Pros
The ingredients are great. I have a cleansing gel that I really love (the Dermatology Gel Cleanser) and the ingredients are similar, so I didn't have any trouble with breakouts and it's moisturizing.
Cons
But for sensitive skin with redness, you shouldn't use cleansing water. The makeup came off well, and it was moisturizing and didn't cause any trouble, but because of the friction with the cotton pad, my skin became weaker and the redness came up more. I didn't feel like it was calming. I tried to switch to the Dermatology one because I can only buy it online and it's too much of a hassle, but it ended up giving me redness, so I stopped using it halfway through. The dermatologist and skin care clinics said that cleansing water is the worst for sensitive, troubled skin, and they recommended using a milk or gel instead. They said the order of irritation is oil > water > foam > gel < milk. For those with sensitive skin, please take note!! I'm really disappointed... The price is on the higher end, but with this level of cleansing power and these ingredients, I really wanted to use it forever... but because of the cotton pad...
Tip
Just use it with a cotton pad. It's important to minimize the irritation from the water as much as possible! I recommend the White Rabbit or Aritaum 5-ply cotton.

Pros
I've already used up the second bottle and left a review. First of all, it's completely non-irritating to my skin, of course. After my first cleansing with a cleansing water, I had dinner, worked out, and did other things for a few hours... And when I took a shower and did the second cleansing, my skin didn't feel dry at all during that time, even without applying anything. I usually get red like a tomato even with the slightest irritation or dryness, but this left my skin feeling moisturized, just like after a proper skincare routine. It doesn't feel sticky or anything, and my skin feels refreshed. I couldn't really find any downsides to this product. Even though I've used up a bottle, I have another new one at home, so I'll keep using it. It's affordable, and Aritaum often has sales and one-plus-one events, so I usually stock up on it then. The volume is also really generous.
Cons
There weren't really any downsides for me, but if I had to nitpick, the design? I do like pretty cosmetic packaging, but this has a very practical design, so it's not really a downside per se.
Tip

Pros
This is the most natural and gentle cleansing water I've used so far. It's PEG-free! I used to use the Avène micellar lotion. It felt moisturizing, cleansed very well, and didn't cause any breakouts, but after finding out it contained PEG, I didn't want to use it anymore. Just as I was about to finish it, I heard that Laneige had released a cleansing water without harmful ingredients, so I tried it and I'm now on my third bottle. 🙂
Cons
- The price range isn't that affordable. There are other good cleansing waters with similar volumes that are much cheaper, so it's burdensome to buy this at full price. I usually only get it when Aritaum has a 50% or buy-one-get-one-free sale. - It seems to have difficulty removing heavy makeup. I use a separate lip and eye makeup remover for my eye makeup.
Tip
- I use this with the Clinique cotton pads and they work well together. I don't feel like it removes everything in one go, so I usually wipe my face 2-3 times (2 times on days I just wear sunscreen, 3 times on days I wear foundation). - Aritaum sometimes has buy-one-get-one-free or 50% off sales, so I'd recommend stocking up during those times.

1. Great ingredients! The ingredients seem pretty good, and it feels like there's almost no skin irritation. 2. Moisturizing I used to only use cleansing oils, but when I tried this, the cotton pad felt moisturizing during the first cleanse. After the second cleanse, my skin didn't feel as tight, which was nice. 3. No breakouts I've never had any breakouts because of this.

The cleansing power isn't super strong, but it's still usable. When evaluating cleansers, I prioritize cleansing power, and this product is decent in that regard. However, when I used two cotton pads soaked in it, there was barely any residue visible, which felt a bit unsatisfying at first. Overall, I'm very satisfied. First, excellent cleansing power Basic makeup can be wiped off quickly with a cotton pad, And point makeup melts away in about 10 seconds. Second, it's gentle! Even though I have thin, sensitive skin that easily gets red from irritation, This product removes makeup without irritation, and my minor blemishes near my cheeks and ears have cleared up. Third, it's moisturizing Unlike cleansing oils, cleansing waters can leave the skin very dry and tight after use, but this product doesn't have that effect at all. When you wipe off cleansing water with a cotton pad, it can be irritating and turn red. But with this product, no matter how hard I rubbed, it didn't turn red! The fact that it's mildly acidic! The fact that you don't have to rinse it off! Even without wiping and rinsing with water, my skin felt moisturized, and I didn't get any breakouts the next day! A scent that won't polarize opinions!

It said it would remove waterproof makeup thoroughly, but the mascara didn't come off very well! I tried several times, but it just wouldn't come off!
