However, for eye makeup and lip makeup, you would need to use a dedicated remover separately. I just used it casually and thought it was quite ordinary, but after removing everything and using another brand's product, I felt that Laneige was better? I'll have to use it a bit more to know for sure..? After removing everything today, I found that no additional water cleansing was needed. Haha, I realized that after removing it all. The packaging was thin and tall, so it was easy to hold in one hand and felt lightweight, which I liked. The opening didn't leak too much either.
ConsI don't remember the original price being very affordable, but I bought it during a 1+1 promotion, so it was okay. It claims to smooth out pores, but I didn't really notice that effect.
TipI would soak a cotton pad with it and use it to remove my makeup. And sometimes when I had a lot of blackheads on my nose, I would do a water cleansing-oil cleansing-foam cleansing-toning routine, and the blackheads would subside a bit.

I use a primer, double-wear foundation, dark concealer, and sebum powder. For mascara, I use Kiss Me Long & Curl, and for lips, I use a tint and lipstick, always removing my makeup with a lip and eye remover and cleansing oil, followed by a second cleanse with a foam cleanser. I also have large pores, especially around my nose. As those who use Double Wear know, if you don't remove it thoroughly, it can cause breakouts. It's so long-lasting that it's difficult to remove with just a cleansing oil, so I don't use cleansing water much, so I don't have many comparison products. The products I've tried are Bioderma, The Saem, and Bifesta. The cleansing power is good, but I didn't notice a significant difference from the other water-based cleansers I've used (though my base has become thicker). However, for those who wear lighter makeup, it should work just fine for removing Double Wear. I've also tried three heavily pigmented tints and Piaa's Last Water Eyeliner. The tints were mostly removed just by blotting with a tissue, and the remaining pigment was easily removed with the water. The eyeliner peeled off like a film, and even Piaa's eyeliner, which is usually stubborn, came off easily with a few gentle wipes. They say oily skin is better off with cleansing water or milk rather than oil, and I did feel a bit more refreshed. It doesn't remove the deeply embedded sebum as thoroughly as oil, but it felt less burdensome, and my skin felt smooth after rinsing with water. I even tried it on days without makeup, and it worked even better. Despite cleansing in the morning, when I wiped it off at lunchtime, it was shockingly dirty - I couldn't even take a photo it was so gross. Unlike just using a toner, it thoroughly removed unnecessary oil and dust. Since it's a no-rinse product, those with body acne could likely use it to wipe away impurities throughout the day. The lack of residue is a plus. The packaging is also pretty, and the fragrance is not overpowering.
ConsCompared to oil, the cleansing power is definitely weaker. You can remove everything if you wipe enough (about 5-6 cotton pads, excluding mascara), but the wiping process itself was quite irritating. It was also difficult to remove makeup that had settled into the pores. As expected, it couldn't remove the Kiss Me mascara. Even after leaving it on my eyes for about 10 seconds and wiping, the mascara remained, only removing the dust on top. You might be able to remove it more thoroughly by wiping harder, but the eye area is prone to stretching and wrinkling, so it's best to use a dedicated eye and lip makeup remover. Removing it from the arms is different from the eyes, so the instructions do say to avoid the eye area. I think I'll continue using oil cleansers. But since it's a no-rinse product, when I used it on bare skin, it did create some lather. Leaving a lathering product without rinsing feels a bit uncomfortable... It didn't lather when removing makeup, though. Compared to Bioderma, it wasn't quite as refreshing. Bifesta is extremely slippery and oily, so this was better, but not overly burdensome. At least it didn't dry out my skin.
TipOn days when your skin is overly oily even without makeup, you can use the cleansing water and then follow up with a water rinse. Oh, there's a sticker on the package that says the pH is 5.5-6.5 when you peel it off. That's good to know!

The scent is subtly refreshing, neither too strong nor too faint, so even those sensitive to fragrance can use it without much aversion. It has the cleansing power to remove lip and eye makeup, but the ingredients are gentle, which is an advantage. Even with my sensitive skin, I experienced no irritation, and there was no stinging sensation when removing eye makeup. About 10 minutes after use, I felt a slightly drying sensation.
ConsIt's a pity that the product doesn't have a pump dispenser! Since the purpose of a cleansing water is convenience, it would have been better if I could have easily soaked a cotton pad by pressing down on it. During the summer when there is more oil and sebum secretion, using this as the main cleansing product may not be able to thoroughly clean the pores. However, in the winter when I'm less inclined to cleanse and there is less sebum secretion, this could work well as the main cleansing product.
TipThis product would be really useful on tiring days, after a night of drinking, or especially during water activities and trips. Right before receiving this product, I had just returned from a vacation, and I wish I had this with me then. After island hopping tours, I had to shower multiple times a day - after sweating, before going out, and after swimming. Repeating the process of showering, cleansing (lip and eye makeup remover + cleansing oil + cleansing foam), and reapplying makeup was very time-consuming and irritating to my skin. With this cleansing water, the process could have been much simpler - just shower, use the cleansing water, and do my makeup. In crowded places like water parks or the beach, it's not convenient to bring and use multiple cleansing products. I could just carry this cleansing water in a travel-friendly container with some cotton pads, which would be more practical than bringing separate makeup remover, oil, and foam cleansers. While pimple pads are trendy these days, they can only wipe off, not thoroughly remove lip and eye makeup. In conclusion, this cleansing water may not be the best for main daily cleansing due to lack of sebum control, but it would be great for travel, water activities, or lazy days when you don't want to go through a full cleansing routine.
