It's a water-based formula, so it flows a lot and feels wasteful, but it ends up feeling dry and tight.

It's not that the moisturizing is incredibly good, but it's a clean and non-irritating toner that's good for the first step, and I plan to keep purchasing it.

For soothing purposes, I recommend applying the ampoule all over the face, and then using the toner-soaked pads, adding a bit more ampoule to the key areas before pressing the pads onto the skin and letting it absorb for 5-10 minutes.
If you're concerned about scarring, after applying the ampoule, you can also use the Nature Republic Vita-Pair C Spot Serum and then press the toner pads onto the skin.
I find this toner to be much less irritating than other toners, so I prefer to use it.

I don't have any major complaints. However, if you don't like a drying or sticky feeling, the toner alone might not be enough. I have combination skin, and using just the toner felt a bit drying. But since you'll likely be using other products along with it, this shouldn't be a significant drawback. The only downside is that the product doesn't seem to be heavily advertised, so many people may not be aware of it.

After going through a lot of skin troubles and trying various products, I decided to prioritize soothing and look for a product with minimal irritation, based on the positive reviews I saw. And the conclusion is - I absolutely love it!! I used the full set, including the toner, ampoule, and soothing gel. For the first 1-2 weeks, I didn't really feel much, as my skin troubles were quite severe, and I had been using a cleansing device incorrectly, causing a lot of peeling and irritation. But unlike other products, this one didn't feel stinging at all. Now, after almost a month of use, with about 70% of the bottle consumed, I'm still using it diligently morning and evening! There's no stickiness, and the cooling effect is great for soothing.

Applying it generously with a cotton pad and then patting it in with my hands once more helped my skin feel even more hydrated and comfortable.

Although it had a lot of moisture and felt hydrating, for my dry skin type, I felt a bit of dryness if I didn't apply the next product immediately.

Ah.. I really want to give it 5 stars because it's so good, but I may just be extra sensitive - the fragrance is just too unpleasant for me 😭😭 The artificial cosmetic smell 😭😭😭😭 I don't know why it has this kind of scent even though it's fragrance-free.. but it's become somewhat tolerable now, though it used to smell like a cheap air freshener and I hated it so much.

It's incredibly good 😭😭 It saved my skin that was messed up from using the wrong cosmetics 😂😂 The ingredient chamomile? I've never heard of that ingredient before, but it seems to be somewhat effective in soothing small blemishes!

The toner is actually more for organizing than for moisturizing,
so the moisturizing power is a bit lacking, but I'm somewhat satisfied.

The best aspect is definitely the ingredients.

Acne-like pimples popped up all over my eyebrows, and several inflamed epidermal cysts and yellowish pimples appeared on my cheeks.

After washing my face before bed and lightly applying it with my hands, I felt a stuffy sensation, but I thought it was just the moisturizing effect. But in the morning, I found more pimples had appeared, so I thought the stuffiness might be the cause. In the morning, I just lightly applied it with a cotton pad, but by the afternoon, the pimples had grown even bigger..
After applying it twice, my face became a mess...
Plus, the lavender oil scent was extremely strong.. It wasn't great at all.
