I've been using this product since my two children were little! I didn't realize how great it was when I was just applying it to the kids, but after having my second child, my skin became so dry and itchy that I started using it too. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it absorbs well and soothes the itching. What a relief! The only downside is the significant price difference between buying it directly from overseas and purchasing it domestically. It's suitable for everyone, from infants to adults! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 16, 2025
I have mild atopy on my body, which causes itching. I've tried various emulsions and creams that claim to relieve itching, but none really worked. I found this product while searching on Naver and decided to give it a try. • Honestly, I thought it would work immediately after one application, but of course, that wasn't the case. I started seeing results on the third day (applying once daily). • The itching truly disappeared. • Even if I don't apply it the next day, the effects still last to some extent. • It's a bit sticky. • It feels like it creates a film on the skin, which might be hit or miss for some people. Buying directly from overseas is much cheaper. Look for sites other than Coupang, like on Naver, where you can find even better deals. However, be cautious as there might be counterfeits, so do your research before purchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 9, 2025
First off, the hydration power is truly top-notch. My face and hands tend to get chapped in winter, but with this product, I stay moisturized all day long. Especially when applied right after showering, my skin feels smooth even the next day. I'm prone to itchiness, but consistent use has significantly reduced that. Being a balm, I initially worried it might feel heavy, but it absorbs surprisingly quickly with minimal stickiness. Its versatility is fantastic - you can use it on your face, hands, elbows, or any dry areas. It does leave a slightly rich feeling on the skin. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. Also, it's not exactly budget-friendly, so using it generously might be a bit of a stretch... Still, considering its effectiveness, I'm satisfied. 1. For maximum absorption and double the moisturizing effect, apply immediately after showering while your skin is still slightly damp! 2. When applying to your face, use a small amount and spread thinly. For drier areas (like around the nose and chin), try layering it on for extra hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 25, 2024
I've been using this product for so long that I've lost count of how many bottles I've emptied. When it comes to hydration, I don't think there's anything quite like it. As someone with super sensitive skin and a dehydrated complexion, I've tried countless moisturizers and emulsions that claim to be great, but my skin usually feels dry and itchy again after just 30 minutes. This product, however, I highly recommend. First off, thanks to its gentle ingredients, it's incredibly mild and almost fragrance-free. The hydration is truly amazing - when you apply it, it feels like your skin is breathing again. It's a hydration and moisture powerhouse, like applying a nourishing tonic to your skin! Even as time passes, there's no dryness, and you can feel it deeply moisturizing your skin. Plus, my boyfriend tried it a few times and says there's no emulsion quite like it. He strongly recommends it too! It's especially great for fall and winter. There are hardly any downsides, but it might feel a bit rich for summer use. You can adjust the amount you apply to make it work. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSep 21, 2024
Oil and moisture balance: This product is full of hydration, addressing even deep dryness. From my experience, it doesn't feel overly rich. It seems perfect for daily use in fall and winter. Texture: The consistency is firm yet moisturizing, absorbs well into the skin, and doesn't leave any sticky or greasy residue, which I really appreciate. Ingredients: Being a dermatological product, I could trust its gentle formulation. It's even better knowing it helps soothe itching and supports skin barrier care. Fragrance: It's fragrance-free! Given the generous amount, I didn't find the price too expensive. So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 20, 2024
As someone with naturally dry and itchy skin, I'm quite sensitive even when it comes to body products. However, this one really suits me well - the ingredients are great and it provides excellent hydration. While it might feel a bit heavy for facial use, it's perfect for the body. I'm particularly pleased that it's fragrance-free, as I dislike artificial scents. There weren't many downsides, but if you have oily skin, you might find it a bit too rich and heavy for facial use. I don't have any specific tips, but I've found that applying multiple thin layers rather than one thick layer seems to be more effective for hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 20, 2024
If you have dry skin, this is the ultimate cream! If you're searching for a cream to combat dryness, I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend this one. With its rich texture, just one application tackles dryness and significantly reduces dead skin cells. I have combination dehydrated skin on my face and dry skin with mild eczema on my body. When I used it on my face, it didn't cause any major blemishes, but it felt a bit heavy due to my oily tendencies. Feeling slightly disappointed, I tried it on my body... and wow! The itchiness from dryness disappeared, and the hydration lasted for hours after application. The next morning when I showered, my skin felt incredibly smooth and moisturized, which was so satisfying. While it's not completely free of stickiness, it's definitely worth using if you want to combat dryness. If you apply it generously to dry skin or specific dry areas and shower the next day, you'll feel like you've just had an expensive dermatologist treatment! The photos show: 1 & 2 - Before use 3 - Generous application 4 - After absorption If you have oily skin, it might feel a bit heavy. Also, there's a slight stickiness, but personally, I think a bit of stickiness equals hydration! As you can see in the photos, if you apply it generously and sleep, those dry, flaky areas disappear completely, leaving your skin soft and smooth! It's truly amazing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSep 20, 2024
I was worried it might be too oily, but it's surprisingly lightweight and perfect for this season. My skin tends to get itchy during seasonal changes, so I'm always on the lookout for a good moisturizer around this time. I think this product will help me manage my skin well this fall! There's nothing particularly disappointing, but if I had to nitpick, I'm slightly concerned about the mineral oil in the ingredients list. For itchy skin, I've found that applying aloe gel to soothe it before using this cream helps relieve the itchiness and provides excellent hydration. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 20, 2024
I had the opportunity to try Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Baume, and I'm excited to share my experience. To give you some context, my skin type is sensitive and dry. The texture of this Intensive Baume is wonderfully moisturizing and absorbs well into the skin. It's fragrance-free, which is great for those with sensitivities to scents. I applied it to dry, itchy areas and found that it calmed the itching faster than the Illiyoon Ato Emulsion I was using before. It was so effective that when I applied it to a friend with even more severe itching, it worked wonders. The hydrating formula is so gentle - it's clear why Bioderma has such a great reputation. While everyone's skin is different, I believe this product could be particularly beneficial for those with super sensitive skin. I wouldn't recommend using this on your face. I tried applying the emulsion to my face once, but it didn't agree with my skin. It's probably best to focus on using it on dry areas of the body instead. It's great to apply generously to the body or dry areas after showering for maximum hydration. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2024
My 9-year-old cousin is currently using a sample of a popular cream, but it's running out. I was considering buying her the one I use from a high-end brand, but it's too expensive. So, I looked for something more affordable that's good for young skin, and I found this. Luckily, even though she often gets itchy hives due to atopy, she didn't have any reaction when applying it to her face. The fragrance-free formula was great, and it spread easily, making it perfect for a young user. Since it's a hassle for kids to apply multiple products, I wanted something that could provide enough hydration in one step, and this cream's moisturizing effect was excellent. As shown in the photo, the packaging was a bit excessive. I thought it would be a larger size, but it turned out to be a palm-sized, elongated container. That might have been my misunderstanding. Regarding the product itself, while my cousin has dry skin, it's not extremely dry, nor is it oily. Her skin occasionally looks a bit pale, and this cream felt more rich than hydrating. So, I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. My cousin doesn't like when her hair sticks to her face due to stickiness, and this cream did cause that a bit. Apart from that, it was okay.
