I have dry/sensitive skin and have been using a sunscreen that I've been using for a while without any issues. The advantages are: 1. It's an easy-to-use cleanser 2. The ingredients are reportedly good 3. I haven't experienced major breakouts 4. It provides good hydration and helps brighten my complexion when applied Drawbacks 1. Prolonged application may cause slight itchiness 2. Excessively drying 3. Feels stiff when applied without prior moisturization 4. Whitening effect Apply after thoroughly moisturizing the skin following cleansing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 24, 2025
I've been using this exclusively since I first tried it! It applies smoothly, and as someone with sensitive skin, I love that it doesn't cause any blemishes. There's nothing I found disappointing about this product. I'm really enjoying using it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 18, 2024
Absorbs well, doesn't sting the eyes, not greasy, doesn't cause blemishes, and has no scent. This mineral sunscreen is a gem I've been searching for during my nomadic skincare journey. At this level, I'm quite satisfied. Will definitely repurchase! The price is on the higher side. Being a mineral sunscreen, it has that characteristic white cast and slightly heavy feel, but it's not bothersome enough to be a deal-breaker. It's still okay. Previously, I used Missha Safe Block RX and Nature Republic Moisture Sun Gel Emulsion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 12, 2024
This is the first sunscreen I've settled on since I started my skincare journey. I've tried many that claim to be gentle, like Plant Base, Cell Fusion C, and Etude's Soon Jung sunscreens, but they all irritated my eyes. However, this one doesn't sting my eyes at all and doesn't cause any blemishes, which I love. I have combination skin, but it doesn't cause breakouts anywhere on my face, and it doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. If I had to pick something, it would be the price. It feels a bit expensive for the amount you get. I've been using this with Cell Fusion C BB cream for about a year now. I think I've found my perfect base makeup combination with these two. They're fantastic! Please keep making great cosmetics. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 12, 2024
I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation! While it does leave a white cast if you apply the right amount, I often go out wearing just sunscreen, so I liked the brightening effect. It makes my skin look fair and healthy! The easy wash-off feature is fantastic. This product is perfect for those who enjoy a moisturizing yet powdery finish when applied. With aloe vera leaf juice as the first ingredient, I have a feeling it might be helping prevent blemishes. It's suitable even for super sensitive skin. I used it well during hot summer days as it seemed to control excess oil. (Highly recommended for oily skin types!) The finish is more powdery than expected, so I think it might cause pilling if you apply base makeup over it. That's why I don't wear makeup over this product. It's disappointing that after some time, it leaves something like eraser dust on the skin. I switched from another brand's mineral sunscreen, and this one doesn't absorb as well. This product seems more suitable for summer use rather than winter! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 6, 2024
Doesn't cause blemishes and is gentle on the skin. The sun protection is truly excellent. I used to skip sunscreen, but now I'm actively searching for products to use. I bought this at duty-free while traveling abroad. Reading the duty-free reviews, I noticed people who used this didn't get tanned. Since it doesn't cause blemishes, I applied it generously without worry. Wow, my face didn't tan at all! I should have applied it to my body too! From now on, I'm going to be more diligent about sun protection. It feels matte, but when applying, it absorbs surprisingly well. Well, there's nothing negative to say! It doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin. If they had a larger size available, I could slather it all over my body when going out too! When I apply foundation over this, it doesn't pill. In fact, it improves the longevity of my makeup. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 28, 2024
I have extremely sensitive skin with redness and atopic dermatitis, but after trying various sunscreens, I've settled on this one. It doesn't cause any blemishes at all, and it's not overly sticky. What I love most is how well it absorbs, despite being a mineral sunscreen. Being a mineral sunscreen, there's a slight white cast. It gives a slightly grayish tint...?? But it's not unpleasant to look at and was actually okay. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJul 20, 2024
A legendary sunscreen that doesn't cause blemishes, absorbs well, and provides just the right amount of brightening Being a mineral sunscreen, it's relatively tricky to apply, but that's unavoidable - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2024
I bought this Kim Jung Moon Aloe sunscreen after watching Director Pi's video! I heard it's gentle enough for the whole family to use and can be mostly removed with just a first cleanse, so I decided to give it a try. I have dry, acne-prone skin! 1. It gives a natural brightening effect! The sunscreen applies smoothly and is more hydrating compared to other mineral sunscreens. When you spread and pat it in, it blends in well as shown in the photo! It becomes slightly powdery after a while. 2. Blemishes I didn't experience any new breakouts! I understand it's a gentle sunscreen that can be mostly removed with just a first cleanse. I trust Director Pi's recommendation and have been using it well. Make sure to do a second cleanse too. 3. Makeup applies well over it Some mineral sunscreens don't spread evenly, making cushions or foundations look messy, cakey, or thick when applied on top. But with the Kim Jung Moon sunscreen, makeup goes on smoothly! It provides a solid base for your skincare routine. Highly recommended for dry, acne-prone skin! The brightening effect is natural, so I'd also recommend it to those who dislike mineral sunscreens with heavy white cast. I'm really satisfied and plan to repurchase when I run out! I didn't have any issues! However, it might not be ideal for those with oily skin during summer. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2024
As someone with acne-prone skin, I love that this product not only brightens my complexion but also doesn't cause any blemishes. It's been great for my skin! While there's nothing particularly disappointing about it, it does contain mineral sunscreen which can feel a bit drying. Make sure to moisturize well before applying!
