As someone with super sensitive skin and severe allergies, especially to sunscreens, I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Being a mineral sunscreen, it caused zero allergic reactions. Even my usual intense itching disappeared when I applied this product. The texture wasn't the thick, pasty consistency I expected from a mineral sunscreen - it was much more pleasant! It seems the white cast is unavoidable with this product. For best results, apply small amounts and spread it thinly over your skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 19, 2025
I have dry/sensitive skin and have been using a sunscreen that I've been using for a while without any issues. The advantages are: 1. It's an easy-to-use cleanser 2. The ingredients are reportedly good 3. I haven't experienced major breakouts 4. It provides good hydration and helps brighten my complexion when applied Drawbacks 1. Prolonged application may cause slight itchiness 2. Excessively drying 3. Feels stiff when applied without prior moisturization 4. Whitening effect Apply after thoroughly moisturizing the skin following cleansing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 9, 2025
As someone with sensitive, acne-prone, and dry skin, I'm thrilled that this sunscreen doesn't irritate my skin or cause any breakouts. It's been a real game-changer! While it's not a major issue, there is a slight white cast and that typical sunscreen richness. However, it's not greasy enough to cause pilling with makeup, so it's not really bothersome. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 8, 2025
The ingredients are great, it absorbs well, and it's gentle. Being a mineral sunscreen, it's safe to use. As expected with mineral sunscreens, it does leave quite a noticeable white cast, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 3, 2025
Snagged two for just over $10 - what a steal! It's a mineral sunscreen, so there's a bit of a white cast, but it doesn't pill or separate. I squeeze out a decent amount and apply with my hands. The ingredients are top-notch and it doesn't sting my eyes. When I use it before makeup, it evens my skin tone naturally and smooths my complexion, making foundation application a breeze. I make sure to apply it on my neck too, so there's no mismatched look between face and neck. As expected with mineral sunscreens, there's a slight white cast. The scent isn't particularly appealing. To avoid patchiness, apply it evenly. For best results, use a sponge or air puff instead of your hands to control the amount and achieve that flawless skin look. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 29, 2024
I loved the cooling sensation when applying it, which made up for the typical thickness of mineral sunscreens. There's a noticeable white cast, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who dislike that effect. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 18, 2024
Absorbs well, doesn't sting the eyes, not greasy, doesn't cause blemishes, and has no scent. This mineral sunscreen is a gem I've been searching for during my nomadic skincare journey. At this level, I'm quite satisfied. Will definitely repurchase! The price is on the higher side. Being a mineral sunscreen, it has that characteristic white cast and slightly heavy feel, but it's not bothersome enough to be a deal-breaker. It's still okay. Previously, I used Missha Safe Block RX and Nature Republic Moisture Sun Gel Emulsion. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 28, 2024
I have extremely sensitive skin with redness and atopic dermatitis, but after trying various sunscreens, I've settled on this one. It doesn't cause any blemishes at all, and it's not overly sticky. What I love most is how well it absorbs, despite being a mineral sunscreen. Being a mineral sunscreen, there's a slight white cast. It gives a slightly grayish tint...?? But it's not unpleasant to look at and was actually okay. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2024
As someone with super sensitive skin, this sunscreen is so gentle that it doesn't cause any tingling sensation. It's so mild that even after trying other products, I always find myself coming back to this one. Personally, I'm not a fan of sunscreens that leave a white cast, so that's a bit disappointing for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 29, 2024
I bought this product after seeing a YouTuber's recommendation. It's a sunscreen with a slight white cast. I liked it so much that I recommended it to my older brother. Later, he told me he absolutely loved this sunscreen! When I asked why, he said: 1. As a guy, he's not comfortable with makeup, but he likes the subtle brightening effect. 2. He loves how it keeps his oily skin in check and leaves a matte finish. I guess that's the male perspective! He even stocked up on a few bottles. While I'm already a fan of this product, I felt proud that my recommendation worked out so well for him. While it works fine for me, those who prefer sunscreens that apply like water might find this product's white cast and texture polarizing.
