It's perfect for me! I'm really enjoying using it. It works well. I think it might be causing some darkening, but I'm not entirely sure.

I bought this during last summer's Olive Young sale, and since I don't wear makeup daily, I only recently opened the refill! (Which speaks to how long it lasts!) My complexion fluctuates between shades 21 and 22, so initially it seemed a bit bright. However, as winter approached and my skin tone naturally lightened, the cushion matched my skin perfectly! Even when it starts to fade, it does so quite gracefully. Plus, the cushion design is absolutely gorgeous! This was my experience with it. As someone with dry skin in winter and combination skin in summer, I found it quite drying when using it from winter to spring. I wouldn't recommend this to those with year-round dry skin! Everything else about it was fine though. For those with super sensitive skin or prone to blemishes, it's always a good idea to patch test new products before applying them to your entire face. I've been using Giverny for about 9-10 months now, and I'm impressed with its adherence and staying power. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I deal with both deep dryness and excess oil on the surface. Despite this, the foundation doesn't break down much, which is great. The downside is that there's a bit of darkening. After wearing it for a while, my complexion takes on a slightly muddy tone. Here's a small tip: if you have a similar skin type to mine, it's better to go light on skincare before application. Ironically, when I apply too much skincare, the foundation tends to separate. As the weather's heating up, I was on the hunt for a summer-friendly cushion foundation when someone recommended Giverny's cushion. I decided to give it a try, and wow! It's perfect for summer with its semi-matte finish. The staying power, adherence to skin, and coverage are all excellent. If you're in the market for a summer cushion like I was, I highly recommend checking out Giverny! While the adherence to skin is good, you really need to be careful with how much product you use. If you don't control the amount well, the foundation can lose its ability to blend seamlessly and might end up sitting on top of your skin instead. No darkening and it gives a beautiful skin finish. Even as time passes, it maintains a lovely appearance rather than breaking down. As I have oily skin, it tends to separate a bit over time, but that happens with everything I use, so I can't really call it a drawback... This foundation seems to work well for creating a flawless complexion that lasts throughout the day. It's particularly good at avoiding oxidation, which can cause darkening. I've been using this for quite a while, about two months or so? It's gentle, which I really appreciate. The skin finish is absolutely amazing, and the staying power isn't bad at all. It really nails that Inner Glow look! It does apply rather thick, making it feel like you're wearing a mask. There's also some pilling. Even though it's supposed to be a warm tone, the color leans more towards coral or pink? As someone with a warm complexion, I found the shade didn't quite match my neck. Make sure to control the amount you use! It tends to apply thickly.
