The color is bright and it gives such a beautiful natural flush to the cheeks! For my dry skin, it darkens significantly, pills, and flakes off. I think I need to focus more on strengthening my skincare routine. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMar 7, 2025
The color is a beautiful, clear ivory. Right after application, it gives a smooth, egg-shell-like finish. The coverage is weak, and as time passes, your natural skin shows through, requiring constant touch-ups. It feels like something is stubbornly clinging to your skin, which can be uncomfortable in summer. As time goes on, your skin starts to look less attractive. Somehow, after applying this base, when you try to add eyeshadow or draw your eyebrows, it doesn't blend well and feels unharmonious. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 7, 2025
I purchased shade 17 Porcelain. The color seems natural and pretty. However, this is truly the worst product I've tried among those recommended for oily skin. Right after application, it's completely matte, making even my oily skin feel intensely dry. After about 2 hours, it settles into wrinkles terribly. The longevity is awful too - by the time I'm leaving work, it has broken down beyond belief, which is so disappointing. To make matters worse, it causes significant darkening. I definitely don't recommend this. Those with oily skin should look for a different product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 25, 2024
It absorbs well, the color matched my complexion, and it felt refreshingly cool The staying power was average, and the coverage wasn't particularly impressive, so I use it when I want a light makeup look - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 1, 2024
The color was beautiful and it was easy to control the amount. Plus, it has great coverage. Unfortunately, it started to lift from the moment I applied it, and that lifting continued throughout wear. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 26, 2024
I'm on my 4th refill now. I'm really satisfied with how it absorbs and its staying power. The color is also beautiful, so I've been using it as my daily base cushion. The finish is so powdery that I don't even need to apply separate powder, which I love. I'm considering trying something more hydrating for winter, but I think if I strengthen my skincare routine, this could work well even in colder months! There's nothing particularly bad. If I had to nitpick, I wish the case was a bit sturdier. Also, they don't often have big sales, so the promotional aspect is a bit disappointing. I recommend applying it thinly by first tapping the puff once, then adjusting the amount. If you really pat it in well after application, you'll have a beautiful skin finish that lasts all day long. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinNov 15, 2024
Easy to apply, with a clean ivory color that effectively covers pores There's some pilling and slight darkening. It tends to be a bit drying for winter use - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 29, 2024
As someone with dry skin, I usually struggle with matte cushions. However, when I applied this over a solid skincare base, it didn't cake up, which I really appreciated. The shade is also quite pretty. Unfortunately, I noticed some darkening of the product over time. It seems like I need to keep touching up throughout the day. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2024
I have sensitive, combination-to-dry skin in shade 17-19, and the staying power of this cushion is absolutely insane! When applied with the right amount, it goes on more smoothly than any other cushion. The coverage is good, and the color is beautiful! (It's darker and less pink than the Layered Fit 19N!) The inside feels moisturizing while the outside becomes pleasantly matte, so it should work for anyone who doesn't have extremely dry skin (though maybe not in winter). It also doesn't seem to settle into the creases around the nose! Unfortunately, it didn't agree with my sensitive skin. Using it caused blemishes on my forehead and worsened existing ones. (My skin is closer to dry, but it gets irritated and flushed when I apply thick or slightly oily creams during my nighttime skincare routine!) Also, except for summer, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells due to its matte finish, which is an issue for my skin that's prone to flaking. I really dislike when makeup looks cakey, and this cushion can go on thick if you're not careful, so you really need to control the amount well! However, if you can manage that, it's great! If only it didn't cause blemishes, it would've been my holy grail cushion. Such a shame! Be careful when dispensing the product onto the lid, it comes out really easily! I don't use powder separately because it emphasizes my dead skin cells, but the staying power is great! I recommend using a Daiso puff or another puff as the included one is on the smaller side. Recommended for all skin types except extremely dry and sensitive skin! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSep 14, 2024
The design is pretty and the shade 20 was just right for my light complexion. When I swatched it on my hand, I thought the yellow undertone was too strong, but it looked fine on my face. If only it had suited my skin type better, I think I would have really enjoyed using it. When I first started using this cushion, I noticed some small blemishes appearing and felt a slight tingling sensation (and yes, I was careful with the amount I used, used a new puff, and cleansed properly when removing it). After 3-4 days of use, my entire face broke out in hard, painful, red blemishes. I didn't even think it could be the cushion, so like an idiot, I kept using it to cover the blemishes, which only made them worse. I repeated this cycle a few times. After using it for almost two weeks, I couldn't take it anymore and switched to a different cushion. My skin returned to normal in just a few days! Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm the only one with this experience, so I can't say there's a problem with the cushion itself. The bottom line is, make sure it suits your skin type before buying! For areas that need more coverage, apply the product but don't pat it in right away. Wait a moment before blending it in. It's called 'fixing' I think. Anyway, it covers better this way!
