The formula is moisturizing and applies lightly. The mesh structure allows for even distribution of the product, making it easy to use. Shade 17 has a bright and radiant tone, suitable for fair skin. It doesn't break down significantly over time and has minimal caking. The coverage and adherence are comparable to typical cushion products. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I stopped using the cushion after experiencing blemishes. Initially, I thought it was just my acne-prone skin acting up, but my skin improved after discontinuing use, suggesting a connection to the product. As skin reactions can vary depending on ingredients, those with super sensitive skin should exercise caution. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2025
Makes skin look like porcelain. Effectively conceals pores and stays put without breaking down. As someone with oily skin, using this alone caused small blemishes to appear, so I couldn't finish the product and had to throw it away. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinDec 8, 2024
Makeup lasts long with minimal breakdown. Applied in the morning, went to lunch, a protest, then drinks - skin still looked beautiful with great pore coverage. Even when it fades, it does so gracefully. I have oily skin prone to deep dryness, but this matte cushion controls oil well. Used alone without foundation, the coverage is a bit lacking. Still, it gives a pretty skin finish. It slightly fades acne scars but doesn't fully conceal them. From the second day, I noticed some small bumps and itchiness... Not sure if it's due to changing products or eating irritating foods - need to use it longer to tell. There's slight darkening and it's darker than other cosmetics, so a brightening moisturizer is recommended - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 4, 2024
Perfect for combination dehydrated skin! It's a neutral-based, long-lasting foundation. The thin, matte texture adheres well to the face. I used to think matte meant heavy and cakey, but this one applies incredibly thin and smooth. Applying a small amount as a base, then another thin layer on top provides great coverage. Most importantly, I didn't notice any darkening, and it seemed to fade naturally rather than break apart. You can even touch up your makeup over it without issues. Color-wise, if you usually use shade 21 or 20, definitely go for shade 17 Porcelain. Even though it's 17, it didn't look too light and matched my skin tone well. Not sure if it's because it clings to the skin so finely, but for some reason, I noticed some small bumps appearing after using this. However, since I have combination dehydrated skin and it was summer, I just kept using it anyway. When winter came, I felt some dryness on my cheeks, so I'm planning to switch to something else. Maybe I'll use this again next summer? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 14, 2024
It covers pores well while feeling light and transparent, so it doesn't feel heavy! Although it's a matte cushion, it gives a subtle, beautiful glow. The initial glow is pretty, but without powder, the staying power drops significantly. Also, I've been getting blemishes since using this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 25, 2024
The texture is so plump and makes my skin look absolutely gorgeous. Plus, it doesn't pill easily. It seems to cause some blemishes. Also, the color is a bit too yellow and the shade is quite dark. It might be too drying to use in winter. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 20, 2024
After applying and letting it sit for a bit, your skin texture looks incredibly beautiful. It's seriously no joke! The semi-matte finish provides excellent coverage, and it doesn't settle into the creases around the nose or look cakey, which I love (though this might vary for different people). It's become my daily go-to - I've been using only this cushion lately! The puff is also nice and soft with a perfect bounce. I highly, highly recommend it! When I first used it, I experienced some blemishes. But now it seems my skin has adjusted and it's fine. However, if you apply it on days when you have dead skin cells, it's a disaster... it really emphasizes the flakiness (I'm okay because I don't often get flaky skin). Everything else is great, but the biggest drawback is the darkening effect. The darkening is really severe... So I apply a base underneath and then put on the cushion. Since this cushion tends to darken quite a bit, I apply a Two-Tone Makeup Base first, then layer the cushion on top! Alternatively, I'd recommend purchasing a shade lighter than your usual. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2024
I have sensitive, combination-to-dry skin in shade 17-19, and the staying power of this cushion is absolutely insane! When applied with the right amount, it goes on more smoothly than any other cushion. The coverage is good, and the color is beautiful! (It's darker and less pink than the Layered Fit 19N!) The inside feels moisturizing while the outside becomes pleasantly matte, so it should work for anyone who doesn't have extremely dry skin (though maybe not in winter). It also doesn't seem to settle into the creases around the nose! Unfortunately, it didn't agree with my sensitive skin. Using it caused blemishes on my forehead and worsened existing ones. (My skin is closer to dry, but it gets irritated and flushed when I apply thick or slightly oily creams during my nighttime skincare routine!) Also, except for summer, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells due to its matte finish, which is an issue for my skin that's prone to flaking. I really dislike when makeup looks cakey, and this cushion can go on thick if you're not careful, so you really need to control the amount well! However, if you can manage that, it's great! If only it didn't cause blemishes, it would've been my holy grail cushion. Such a shame! Be careful when dispensing the product onto the lid, it comes out really easily! I don't use powder separately because it emphasizes my dead skin cells, but the staying power is great! I recommend using a Daiso puff or another puff as the included one is on the smaller side. Recommended for all skin types except extremely dry and sensitive skin! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSep 14, 2024
The design is pretty and the shade 20 was just right for my light complexion. When I swatched it on my hand, I thought the yellow undertone was too strong, but it looked fine on my face. If only it had suited my skin type better, I think I would have really enjoyed using it. When I first started using this cushion, I noticed some small blemishes appearing and felt a slight tingling sensation (and yes, I was careful with the amount I used, used a new puff, and cleansed properly when removing it). After 3-4 days of use, my entire face broke out in hard, painful, red blemishes. I didn't even think it could be the cushion, so like an idiot, I kept using it to cover the blemishes, which only made them worse. I repeated this cycle a few times. After using it for almost two weeks, I couldn't take it anymore and switched to a different cushion. My skin returned to normal in just a few days! Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm the only one with this experience, so I can't say there's a problem with the cushion itself. The bottom line is, make sure it suits your skin type before buying! For areas that need more coverage, apply the product but don't pat it in right away. Wait a moment before blending it in. It's called 'fixing' I think. Anyway, it covers better this way! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 13, 2024
If you apply the right amount, it creates a beautiful skin finish without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. As someone with sensitive skin, I noticed my blemishes seemed to worsen the more I used it. There's also a bit of pilling.
