Cons- It's disappointing that it contains two ingredients to be cautious about. They claim it's a mild sunscreen suitable for children, but I'm not so sure... - Those with oily skin might find it a bit greasy

Especially severe in T-zone, chin, and around the mouth. Skin prone to blemishes. (Dry even in summer) Scent: A subtle forest-like fragrance, but very faint. Texture: Rich cream type Skin feel: Due to its rich texture, if your skincare routine isn't properly done, you might feel some friction when applying. This is characteristic of dry skin types. However, when absorbed properly, it gives a moisturized effect after makeup. I used it for the full period and was concerned about makeup clumping due to its thick consistency, but as it sinks in over time, it feels elastic and hydrated, resulting in a natural finish.
ConsThis is typical for dry skin, but if you apply it hastily without proper skincare prep, it can feel a bit tacky due to its viscosity.
TipAfter ensuring your skincare has fully absorbed, apply an appropriate amount to each area, then gently pat and press it into the skin. This method helps it absorb without stickiness, leaving your skin feeling moisturized.

Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it applies smoothly without any roughness or dryness. Initially, I was concerned the moisturizing effect might be too intense for summer use due to its glossy finish, but it quickly absorbs into the skin. The nourishing ingredients, rather than oils, seem to plump up the skin, giving it a healthier appearance as a bonus. While it's a mineral sunscreen, the brightening effect isn't dramatic, but it does slightly even out the skin tone. Even though it's a 50ml size, the compact packaging makes it great for on-the-go. It doesn't leave white marks on clothes, making it perfect for frequent reapplication.
ConsWhile it's excellent for dry skin, those with oily complexions might find the texture less suitable. Its intense hydration makes it more appropriate for winter or transitional seasons rather than summer.

When I use products that don't suit my skin, my face stings or itches, and I get blemishes. • Gentleness It's incredibly gentle. I always opt for mild products, and this one claims to be suitable even for children. Throughout my use, I've never experienced any stinging sensation and have used it very comfortably. • Hydration You can really feel the hydration. It's stated to contain moisturizing ingredients, and you can definitely sense the richness when applying. It gives a subtle glow, making your skin look beautiful without being excessive. My skin tends to be dry, but just by switching to this sunscreen in my routine, my foundation didn't crack. Since I didn't change any other products, I think it's thanks to this sunscreen. (I love it so much!) • Foundation application after sunscreen There was absolutely no pilling or clumping with foundation. I've been applying cushion foundation after sunscreen, and it didn't pill or clump at all. It's great for comfortable daily use. • Eye irritation & White cast No eye irritation or white cast. My previous product caused eye irritation, so I avoided applying it around my eyes, but with this one, I could apply it to my eye area without any discomfort. Also, from morning application to evening after work, there was no white cast. *Overall It's truly gentle enough for children to use and seems perfect for daily use. I think it would be great for those with dry and sensitive skin like mine. There's no eye irritation or white cast. While it feels rich, I'd recommend this product to anyone who struggles with foundation pilling or clumping before makeup application.
ConsYou can feel the richness on your hands, so you might want to wash them after applying the sunscreen. If you prefer a powdery finish, this product might be hit or miss.
TipAfter cleansing, I applied in this order every morning: Dalba mist - Toner - Serum - Cream - 'Sunscreen' - Cushion foundation There was absolutely no pilling or clumping with my makeup.

However, the Baroncy Ectoin Essence Sunscreen applies smoothly and feels hydrating, likely due to its essence-like formula. It's gentle around the eyes with no stinging or white cast, making application a breeze. It absorbs quickly, which is great for rushed mornings! Recently, I've been prone to allergic reactions, but the gentle ingredients in this sunscreen allowed me to use it confidently without any skin irritation.
ConsAfter application, it feels like there's a slight film on the skin and leaves a bit of a glow. If you prefer a matte, powder-like finish, you might find this aspect a bit disappointing.
TipFor extended outdoor activities, it's best to reapply regularly for complete UV protection. Applying small amounts frequently is more effective than one thick layer.

The Baron-C Ectoin Essence Sunscreen was perfect for my dry skin as it applies super hydrating, just like an emulsion! It glides on smoothly and doesn't leave any white cast! There's no typical sunscreen smell either, making it truly ideal for daily use - gentle and hydrating!
ConsThere wasn't anything I disliked about it. It didn't cause any blemishes, wasn't drying, left no white cast, and didn't pill. I used it with great satisfaction.
TipIt was quite hydrating even when applied just after toner!

I could use it with peace of mind due to its non-irritating formula. Moisturizing: The hydration level is perfect for winter use. Even in dry weather, my skin remained well-hydrated. Glowing complexion: When applied, it gives the skin a natural glow, making it look healthy. It even works well as a makeup base.
ConsRich texture: The rich consistency might be a bit heavy for those with oily skin. It could be especially challenging to control excess oil during summer months. Absorption: Rather than feeling fresh upon application, it leaves a slight residual feeling. It's as if a thin film forms on the skin. Low SPF: The SPF is a bit low, which is disappointing for strong summer sun protection. On days with lots of outdoor activities, you might need to layer with additional sunscreen.
TipRecommended for winter use: I highly recommend using this in dry winter months for its excellent moisturizing effects. It keeps the skin hydrated effectively. Use as a makeup base: If you want a glowing complexion, try using this as a base before makeup. It allows for a natural, healthy-looking skin. Apply in small amounts multiple times: For those concerned about the rich texture, try applying small amounts in multiple layers. This allows for a lighter application. The Baroncy Ectoin Essence Sun Cream has a rich, bouncy texture that might not suit those with oily skin. However, its moisturizing properties make it suitable for dry or combination dehydrated skin, especially in winter. While the low SPF is a drawback, and it does leave a slight residual feeling, its glow-inducing and gentle formula makes it suitable even for super sensitive skin.

It provides a very subtle brightening effect. I prefer mineral sunscreens as organic ones tend to make my face itchy and prone to blemishes, but this one applies smoothly. It doesn't cause pilling or separation when I apply makeup over it. Even though I have very dry skin, it didn't feel drying during summer, but I'm not sure if it would work well in the depths of winter. Unfortunately, I couldn't verify its UV protection effectiveness as my skin was already tanned.
ConsSince it doesn't provide significant tone-up effects, it's probably not suitable for a foundation-free look. Also, it doesn't have a powdery finish, so some people might not like how it feels on the skin.

As someone with sensitive and dry skin, it's crucial for me to find a product that's non-irritating while providing deep hydration without causing any dryness. I can immediately tell if a product is irritating by applying it around my eyes, and this one caused no stinging. Instead of just sitting on top of the skin, it felt like it was deeply moisturizing. The combination of hydration and richness makes it seem more suitable for dry skin rather than oily skin types. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't pill when applied in small amounts and spread evenly. While it doesn't have a whitening effect or tone correction, it does give a lovely glow in bright light, as seen in the photo. Personally, I prefer colorless sunscreens that focus on UV protection, leaving skin tone correction to makeup products, so this suited me perfectly. Although I was initially concerned about the lower SPF compared to the SPF 50 products I usually use, I didn't notice any increase in tanning during daily use. The gentler formula, suitable even for children, likely accounts for the lower SPF. Being a mild mineral sunscreen in a compact size makes it great for on-the-go reapplication.
ConsDue to its rich texture, it doesn't come off easily with just soap or a gentle foam cleanser. You'll probably need a dedicated cleanser or cleansing oil to remove it thoroughly. However, this also suggests it has a somewhat waterproof quality, so it's not entirely a drawback!

I can confidently say it's so mild that even babies could use it. I've had laser eye surgery and suffer from severe dry eyes, which makes me cautious about applying sunscreen, and I'm prone to eye irritation. Usually, if I use the wrong sunscreen, I experience immediate symptoms around my eyes. However, this product is truly gentle, causing no irritation to my skin. I can even apply it right up to my lower lash line without any stinging sensation, which is fantastic. It's exactly the kind of sunscreen I've been searching for! The organic certification adds an extra layer of trust. It's less sticky than others, and the fact that I can share it with my child makes it even more practical. When we go out, I only need to bring this one product for the whole family to use. As someone with sensitive skin post-pregnancy, I find it safe and comfortable to apply. I'll definitely keep using this for a long time.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. I didn't experience any blemishes and I'm very satisfied with it.
TipIt works well under makeup without causing any pilling.
