I wanted to use a gentle mineral sunscreen, but no matter what I applied, my skin felt too tight and I couldn't use it. But the Baron Sunscreen is a mineral sunscreen that is incredibly moisturizing. There's no typical sunscreen smell, and my skin feels so gentle without any itchiness or redness. The natural brightening tone-up effect also makes my skin look clearer.
Cons*It's a bit too greasy *The SPF 37 value is a bit disappointing If you're not extremely dry-skinned, you probably won't be able to use this. The richness is more like 'oiliness + nourishment' than just hydration. Even for my extremely dry skin, it feels like there's something sitting on my face right after application, and my face is quite slippery (from the oil). The texture would probably be hated by those with normal to oily skin.^^ But since I'm extremely dry-skinned right now, this oiliness feels comfortable on my face... In the middle of summer, I don't think I'd be able to wear this out. I also wonder how well it would pair with foundation. I'm still too scared to try it. I think it would balance out well with an ultra-matte foundation. ((It pairs perfectly with Double Wear.)) The SPF value seems a bit low, probably because they tried to make the formula gentle with mild ingredients. But it's still a bit disappointing.^^ So I only use it at home or for quick errands (when I'm not wearing makeup) I don't think I'd be able to use this for outdoor activities, makeup days, or important occasions.
TipFor extremely dry, sensitive skin types, this gentle mineral sunscreen can be a good daily option. (Not recommended for no makeup days, oily skin!!)

I had to double-check because it didn't feel thick and hard to apply at all. I usually don't prefer physical sunscreens because they tend to be thick and difficult to spread, but this one was so smooth that I found myself reaching for it often! The formula feels very moisturizing. 🌟 No Pilling, No Whitecast It spreads on smoothly without any pilling or whitecast. And since it's a physical sunscreen, I can immediately get sun protection after applying it, which is great for when I'm in a rush and need to quickly put on sunscreen before heading out. 🌟 No Breakouts My skin can be a bit sensitive to some sunscreens, where I'll get breakouts after using them. But this one didn't cause any issues, even though I used it during a time when my skin was going through hormonal changes. The product page mentions it's non-nano and silicone-free, which might be why it didn't irritate my skin. 🌟 Effective Sun Protection While the SPF 37 is a bit lower than the SPF 50+ of many other sunscreens, it still seems to provide sufficient protection for everyday use. Physical sunscreens work by physically blocking the sun's rays, so the feeling of sun exposure is quite different. After checking, I found that SPF 30+ is generally considered adequate for daily, incidental sun exposure. So I've been using this sunscreen with confidence.
Cons😿 Oily Finish Compared to other sunscreens, this one does seem to have a bit more of an oily/shiny finish. There was some noticeable greasiness/shine. It seems like the moisturizing properties also contributed to an oily feel. However, it did feel very hydrating. If you have extremely oily skin, this may not be the best option. + Since I've only used it for a short time, I haven't yet experienced any benefits beyond the sun protection aspect.

Although it's an essence sunscreen, the oiliness is too much... If it had been winter, it might have been a five-star review. (I'll post a revised review if the weather gets drier.😅)
ConsMoisture?❌ Oiliness🅾️ Unfortunately, the season I won the product in was summer, so I have no choice but to mention the disappointing aspects... As I have an extremely dry skin, I lack both moisture and oil, and it's too heavy for me to wear in the summer.ㅠㅠ Other people said they felt the moisture, but honestly, I didn't feel the moisture at all, and from the moment I applied it, I only felt the thick, heavy oiliness.. I think I should use it in the winter.ㅠㅠ Wearing this on a hot day and then doing my makeup, the oil made my makeup look unpleasant and break down around my nose. SPF 37 With so many 50 SPF products these days, the 37 SPF feels a bit lacking, you know? The same line's sun cushion is 50 SPF, so if they do a product renewal, I hope the sunscreen will be released as a 50 SPF version!
TipCan't use it in the summer, definitely only in the winter... I'll save it for a few more months and use it then.ㅎㅎ

The thick texture prevents it from running. It is fragrance-free. There is no whitening effect.
ConsWhile there is no whitening effect, the product contains aloe vera leaf, angelica, lavender, and matricaria flower extracts, as well as an organic calming complex to provide moisture. However, it appears to have more oil than moisture. After application, there is a greasy feeling. I do not recommend this product for those with oily skin. As I have combination skin, I do not recommend this product.
TipApplying foundation after sunscreen can help reduce the greasy feeling.

I would recommend it to those who do not want a fragrant product.:) ✔️Texture It's a bit creamy. It seems to have some thickness, but it spreads smoothly. ✔️White Cast & Eye Irritation There is a slight white cast when applied, but it becomes natural after patting it in. As I prefer sunscreens without white cast, I was satisfied with this. There is no eye irritation at all.
Cons✔️Packaging The opaque tube-type packaging requires a bit of force to dispense the sunscreen. ✔️Oiliness It has a bit of oiliness, so if you apply it after your skincare routine, you may feel quite oily. If you have oily skin, wearing this sunscreen alone may not be suitable for going out.

When I applied it, the texture was thicker than I expected. Even after application, I felt quite a bit of oiliness. I think it's because the formula contains shea butter. I have an oily skin type, so I think it might be a bit too heavy for me to use in the summer. However, I think it would be suitable for use in the winter. It seems like it would be a good option for those with dry skin.
ConsThe texture is thick and oily, and even after application, there is a bit of an oily residue. So I would recommend this more for those with dry skin rather than oily skin.
TipSince I have oily skin, I plan to use this in the winter.

Even when applied multiple times, it felt moisturizing without any white cast. I think I understand now why it's called an 'essence sunscreen'. This is a sunscreen I would recommend to dry skin types!! And the fact that it received an Excellent rating from the demanding Dermatologist Test gave me confidence in the product. It's also a convenient size to carry around, so the portability is great too. I would recommend this for taking on trips!
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, the thick formula might be burdensome for oily skin types. Due to the formula, I noticed some greasiness and oiliness, which was disappointing. But I would still recommend this to dry skin types.
TipSince it has a thick formula, I'd recommend applying it in a thin layer.
