Absorbs well - Honestly, I thought it was a moisturizer. It applies incredibly smoothly without any pilling, whispering comfort to my skin. Texture - It's so fluid that you'd wonder if it's really sunscreen. It boasts the quality of a basic skincare product, without the strong scent typical of sunscreens, and it's not sticky but hydrating! Finish - It gives the skin a moisturized look with just the right amount of glow without being greasy, making it not burdensome for makeup application and feeling incredibly fresh! Longevity - It retains moisture for so long that it could pass for a hydrating moisturizer. It feels comfortable and fresh when applied not just on the face, but also on hands, arms, and legs, without any unpleasant stickiness! It's hard to find faults, but if I had to pick one, I wish it came in a larger quantity! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 21, 2024
⚠️I have written this review after using this product for about 1-2 weeks⚠️ Skin type: Dry, sensitive, atopic dermatitis, lots of milia on the forehead, and occasional large breakouts that are slow to clear up 1. Design (appearance) The design is simple, neat, and unexceptional! The tube shape was also convenient to use. 2. Texture The texture was much more fluid than the typical sunscreen texture. It was fluid yet subtly moisturizing, which I liked. 3. Fragrance It had a similar sunscreen scent, but the fragrance was much more muted. 4. Oiliness However, I did feel that it was slightly more oily/greasy than I would have preferred. 5. Skin changes after use No breakouts or irritation occurred. ‼️In conclusion, I felt this product was quite good, as it did not cause any issues for my sensitive skin‼️ However, it is quite fluid, so you'll need to be careful not to dispense too much. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2024
The Hwahae Testers review: Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin (oily T-zone) True to its name, this product has a watery consistency! While it's not as fluid as water, its lightweight texture makes it incredibly easy to apply. The formula is neither clumpy nor thick, and its light consistency ensures it's not sticky. It absorbs well even when layered twice. Being fragrance-free, it's suitable for those with sensitive noses. I've been using it consistently, but so far I haven't found any particular drawbacks. Not recommended to layer twice before makeup. It might cause slight pilling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
It's fragrance-free, so you can apply it generously without any discomfort. It's very comfortable to use. The emulsion has a non-runny texture with a slight yellow tint. It doesn't leave a white cast or feel heavy on the skin. The application is as easy as applying a moisturizer - it spreads smoothly even when applied with one hand. For someone with dry skin like me, I felt a slight dryness when using it outdoors in the middle of winter. However, because it's gentle, it was nice to be able to reapply multiple times without issues. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
I love how it only feels hydrating and doesn't pill at all when applying makeup! Even if your basic skincare routine feels slightly lacking in moisture, this sunscreen covers that need perfectly. The narrow opening makes it easy to dispense just the right amount directly onto your face. Plus, the compact packaging doesn't take up much space in your makeup bag, making it super convenient to carry around! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I was satisfied, but those with very dry skin without any oiliness might find it too lightweight! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 8, 2024
This sunscreen feels incredibly hydrating without being greasy. It applies more like a moisturizer than a typical sunscreen. The finish is non-slippery, moisturizing, and slightly tacky, which helped my makeup adhere better when used as a base. While tone-up sunscreens have their merits, this one without tone-up seems to blend into the skin more seamlessly. The narrow nozzle makes it convenient to squeeze directly onto the face. Although it has a moisturizing finish, it's not quite enough to fully replenish hydration. It won't compensate for a lack of proper skincare, so make sure to complete your basic routine first. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 7, 2024
- The lightweight emulsion-like texture is non-greasy and moisturizing. It's perfect for dry skin types, especially in winter. - Unlike many sunscreens with their distinctive scent, this product is fragrance-free, making it feel more like skincare and easier to apply. - It spreads thinly and doesn't irritate, leaving the skin feeling comfortable. - The design resembles an eye cream container - it's pretty and slim, making it convenient to carry around. - As someone who usually relies on sunscreen alone for makeup and prefers products with a white cast, I personally find it disappointing that this product doesn't leave any white cast at all. It applies like skincare, making it great for use on the neck as well. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJan 7, 2024
Wow, it's so moisturizing and incredibly comfortable! The most important things I look for are no eye irritation and a good base that doesn't pill before makeup application. This product meets both criteria, so I'll definitely keep buying it with my own money! There are honestly no downsides at all! No eye irritation, and even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes or small bumps! It's completely non-irritating, so I find myself reaching for it very often. It's especially great to apply before makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2024
Thank you for selecting me as one of The Hwahae Testers! I've been lucky enough to test sunscreens three times now, and it's been great to compare different products. This one has a light, emulsion-like texture that feels cool and hydrating on the skin. Despite its fluid consistency, it didn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. There's no white cast, and it didn't sting my eyes. The tube packaging is long and slim, making it easy to apply directly to the face and convenient to carry around. As someone who dislikes strong fragrances, I appreciated that this is unscented. Even hours after application, my skin didn't feel dry, and it didn't cause any pilling when I applied makeup over it. Well, I didn't experience any blemishes, and there wasn't really anything to complain about! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2024
I opened the package without much expectation due to the unfamiliar name, but I might just love it! The tube's unique shape, different from typical sunscreens, really appealed to me. Let me list the things I liked: 1. It has a light, emulsion-like texture that applies and absorbs well into the skin. 2. It's incredibly soft, leaving your skin feeling moisturized rather than sticky. 3. Best feature: Absolutely no white cast! Thumbs up! 4. As someone who struggles to find sunscreens due to eye irritation, I'm thrilled this doesn't sting my eyes at all. 5. No blemishes, so it should work well for oily skin too. 6. The nearly fragrance-free formula is a huge plus. 7. No pilling, so you can effectively layer it by applying small amounts. 8. Personally, I prefer the lack of brightening effect, as I dislike looking overly pale. 1. The price point might be the biggest concern. I'd love to buy it when it's on sale. 2. Not recommended for those seeking a brightening moisturizer effect. For best results, pat it in gently and layer as needed.
