I absolutely despise sunscreens that leave a white cast, so I was thrilled to find this one! It's completely free of any white residue and has an emulsion texture that applies with amazing hydration. I love how moisturizing it feels on the skin! The best part? It doesn't sting my eyes at all. It's truly top-notch! There's nothing particularly bad to mention! I highly recommend this to anyone who hates white cast from sunscreens! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinApr 5, 2024
The way this absorbs is top-notch among all the sunscreens I've used so far. No white cast at all! I'm on my third day of use and haven't found any drawbacks yet! - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 21, 2024
I was looking for a sunscreen that could be applied as lightly as a basic skincare product, so I was thrilled to be selected for The Hwahae Testers program to try this one out. The formula is quite fluid, which means it absorbs well. It's perfect for busy mornings when I'm rushing to get ready for work - I can just quickly smooth it on like a regular moisturizer. There's no white cast, and it's not overly rich, making it comfortable to apply without any worries. I was so satisfied with this product that I couldn't find any downsides. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2024
I wasn't just lucky enough to be chosen as a Hwahae Tester, but I've been using this product consistently. And let me tell you, it's become my go-to over my previous sunscreen! It feels like I made the right choice in winning this. The organic UV filter formula applies smoothly and feels hydrating. It has an emulsion-like texture that glides on, and surprisingly, there's absolutely no eye irritation! As someone with sensitive skin, I've experienced stinging with other sunscreens that claimed to be gentle, but this one truly doesn't irritate at all! Thanks to its formulation, there's no white cast whatsoever. Its texture makes it perfect as a pre-makeup step. It feels like applying another layer of emulsion - no heavy or suffocating sensation, and no pilling or thickness. I think it helps makeup adhere better and more smoothly too. The sunscreen's slim, elongated design makes it convenient to place on your vanity and easy to hold while applying. That probably contributes to why I reach for it so often! There's nothing particularly negative to say. I highly recommend it! I might even consider purchasing it with my own money! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
This organic sunscreen was hydrating and left no white cast. If you're looking for an organic sunscreen, this one is a solid choice. It applies smoothly, and I had no real complaints about how it feels on the skin. According to Naver, it's priced in the mid-20,000 won range for 50g. Compared to other similar sunscreens, I can't help but feel the price point is too high. That's really disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
What I loved most about this product is its texture and hydration. I already use Dalba sunscreen for its great absorption, but this one not only absorbs well but also provides moisture. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't pill or look cakey, which is fantastic. It feels as smooth as applying an emulsion, with no pilling or white cast at all. It's a great sunscreen for both dry and oily skin types. Because it absorbs so well, I tend to use more product by applying a thin layer and then reapplying. The tube's shape is longer than other products, making it a bit tricky to squeeze out. For better control of the amount, you need to shake it slightly before squeezing the tube. That's a minor inconvenience. The texture is so smooth for reapplication that I like to dab it gently with a sponge over my makeup, then finish with a cushion for added sun protection. It seems to be an especially great sunscreen for summer use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
Skin type: Sensitive + Dry Texture: True to its 'Water Soft' name, it spreads smoothly and doesn't leave any feeling of tightness after application. There's no white cast, so it feels like applying a regular moisturizer! It doesn't interfere with makeup either. I also appreciated the almost fragrance-free formula. As someone with super sensitive skin, I've experienced stinging with some sunscreens, but I didn't feel any irritation with this Lanc product! Packaging: The long, slender tube offers a good grip, but I'm concerned about getting all the product out towards the end. Price: It feels slightly expensive for the amount you get. With so many great sunscreens on the market these days, the price point is a bit burdensome. Since this sunscreen is quite hydrating, try mixing it with a matte foundation. It creates a beautiful semi-matte finish with good staying power. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
A sunscreen with an emulsion-like texture that absorbs well! It has a fluid consistency and the typical sunscreen scent. No white cast or brightening effect. It feels rich when applied, so if you use heavy skincare or multiple layers before makeup, it might pill. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I apply toner, emulsion, and sunscreen before makeup. When I replaced the emulsion with a serum, I noticed some pilling. It's best to let the emulsion absorb fully before applying this sunscreen. (For reference, I'm generous with sunscreen application.) I'd actually recommend this for those with dry skin! The long tube design seems convenient for carrying around. Despite being called 'Water Soft', it doesn't really have that watery feel to it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
Absorbs well without feeling sticky. I have combination dehydrated skin, so using the wrong sunscreen can make my skin oily and cause blemishes. This one doesn't feel too rich, and I've never had breakouts after using it. No white cast at all. It doesn't cause pilling when applied under makeup. Great ingredients. It doesn't contain any allergens or concerning components! There weren't any real downsides, but if I had to pick something, it would be the price. However, considering the quality of the ingredients, I think it's worth it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 8, 2024
[The Hwahae Testers Review] Skin type: Oily/Combination dehydrated 1. Hydration - Extremely moisturizing, so I applied it mainly on my neck to prevent neck wrinkles. 2. Spreads thinly 3. No white cast - No white cast or brightening effect, recommended for those who want a colorless product. 1. Slight tingling (may vary per person!) - It contains hyaluronic acid, which might cause tingling if it doesn't suit your skin. - While I'm usually fine with other hyaluronic acid products, my sister tends to experience immediate tingling. With this product, I noticed a slight tingling when my skin was tired. - If hyaluronic acid doesn't agree with you, consider applying only to your neck. 2. May not pair well with makeup (specifically Hera Black Cushion) - After applying this product and using Hera Black Cushion, it seemed to create a dirt-like appearance on my skin. - This didn't happen when I switched back to my usual sunscreen, so it seems this product doesn't work well with Hera Black Cushion. 1. Recommended for use on the neck 2. Appears to be incompatible with Hera Black Cushion
