I absolutely despise sunscreens that leave a white cast, so I was thrilled to find this one! It's completely free of any white residue and has an emulsion texture that applies with amazing hydration. I love how moisturizing it feels on the skin! The best part? It doesn't sting my eyes at all. It's truly top-notch! There's nothing particularly bad to mention! I highly recommend this to anyone who hates white cast from sunscreens! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 25, 2024
Absorbs well - Honestly, I thought it was a moisturizer. It applies incredibly smoothly without any pilling, whispering comfort to my skin. Texture - It's so fluid that you'd wonder if it's really sunscreen. It boasts the quality of a basic skincare product, without the strong scent typical of sunscreens, and it's not sticky but hydrating! Finish - It gives the skin a moisturized look with just the right amount of glow without being greasy, making it not burdensome for makeup application and feeling incredibly fresh! Longevity - It retains moisture for so long that it could pass for a hydrating moisturizer. It feels comfortable and fresh when applied not just on the face, but also on hands, arms, and legs, without any unpleasant stickiness! It's hard to find faults, but if I had to pick one, I wish it came in a larger quantity! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 29, 2024
I tried this as a sample when I bought foundation. I've used many sun emulsions and sun milks, but this one really absorbs well and doesn't feel heavy at all after application! It's so light that I almost doubt if it's actually providing sun protection... But it must be, right? Haha! It seems to work incredibly well with foundation, so I'm planning to buy a full-size. It's super hydrating - feels just like applying a moisturizer. Nothing particularly negative to mention. It works great when used with foundation. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2024
I wasn't just lucky enough to be chosen as a Hwahae Tester, but I've been using this product consistently. And let me tell you, it's become my go-to over my previous sunscreen! It feels like I made the right choice in winning this. The organic UV filter formula applies smoothly and feels hydrating. It has an emulsion-like texture that glides on, and surprisingly, there's absolutely no eye irritation! As someone with sensitive skin, I've experienced stinging with other sunscreens that claimed to be gentle, but this one truly doesn't irritate at all! Thanks to its formulation, there's no white cast whatsoever. Its texture makes it perfect as a pre-makeup step. It feels like applying another layer of emulsion - no heavy or suffocating sensation, and no pilling or thickness. I think it helps makeup adhere better and more smoothly too. The sunscreen's slim, elongated design makes it convenient to place on your vanity and easy to hold while applying. That probably contributes to why I reach for it so often! There's nothing particularly negative to say. I highly recommend it! I might even consider purchasing it with my own money! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJan 10, 2024
Here's my honest review! Texture: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Watery When you apply it to your face, it feels incredibly hydrating! It truly lives up to its name - moisturizing to the core! Scent: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The fragrance is quite neutral, so I think anyone could use it without strong opinions either way. One of the best things about this product is how it makes your skin look dewy! It's perfect for those days when you just want to apply sunscreen and head out. Just keep in mind that it doesn't provide coverage - it's all about that natural look. Another plus is that it doesn't leave any white cast, which is fantastic! Oiliness? While I mentioned it's moisturizing, some people might find it a bit too rich if not applied carefully. Highly recommend using this as your sunscreen before applying makeup! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 9, 2024
I totally forgot about The Hwahae Testers event and was 20 minutes late, but I'm posting my review now anyway. I applied for this product to use on my upcoming overseas trip, and luckily I was selected! Even though I received it for free, I'm incredibly satisfied with this product! Despite having oily skin, it didn't feel excessively greasy or sticky after application. True to its 'Water Soft' name, it felt very hydrating and gentle on my skin! As a student currently on break, I haven't been wearing makeup much... So I couldn't really check if it causes pilling or separation. The product texture is very water-like! Keep in mind it's not thick or rich in consistency. Oh, and the product tube is really long and slim. If you're thinking of typical tube products... this one is even more elongated, so take note of that too! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 9, 2024
This is the first sunscreen I've encountered that stays moisturizing for so long! As a woman in her 30s who consistently applies sunscreen due to freckles, I used this product for 6 days as part of The Hwahae Testers. True to its name 'Water Soft Sunscreen', it excels in hydration and absorbs beautifully. It's the first sunscreen I've tried that seems suitable for everyone, regardless of age or gender. There's just one slight drawback. While its strength lies in its moisturizing properties, it takes a bit longer to absorb fully. So if you're in a rush and apply makeup right after, you might experience some pilling. Tip: After applying L'Ange, allow some time before putting on makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
[ Skin Type ] Combination skin with dry inner layers, oily T-zone, and frequent blemishes ------------------------------------------ *Each category is rated out of 5 points ------------------------------------------ [Application] 5/5 Unlike typical sunscreens, this one isn't sticky. It applies smoothly and easily like a soothing/hydrating cream. A little goes a long way, and it leaves your skin feeling moisturized after absorption. [Absorption] 5/5 With a texture between a soothing gel and a sunscreen, it absorbs instantly. After absorption, it feels moisturizing yet non-sticky, leaving your skin hydrated inside and soft outside. It's a unique sensation for a sunscreen - moist inside, velvety outside. [Scent] 5/5 The product is nearly fragrance-free. There might be a very subtle scent, but it's practically unnoticeable. Highly recommended for those who dislike fragranced cosmetics. It's perfect for me! [Skin Soothing] 5/5 Usually, sunscreens are greasy and uncomfortable, often causing small bumps or blemishes. However, this low-irritation product has minimal oil content. It feels gentle on the skin from the first application. The non-irritating formula seems to reduce redness and is comfortable even on acne-prone areas! [Product Packaging] 5/5 The slightly beige cream comes in a tube with a pointed tip, preventing spills and mess. It's great for clean application! The narrow opening allows for precise control of the amount, which is perfect for the soothing gel-like texture. This sunscreen is one of the best I've tried - it's hard to find any drawbacks or disappointments! Since the product absorbs quickly, you can apply other cosmetics shortly after without any pilling or lifting issues. Just wait a moment for complete absorption before layering other products. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
What I loved most about this product is its texture and hydration. I already use Dalba sunscreen for its great absorption, but this one not only absorbs well but also provides moisture. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't pill or look cakey, which is fantastic. It feels as smooth as applying an emulsion, with no pilling or white cast at all. It's a great sunscreen for both dry and oily skin types. Because it absorbs so well, I tend to use more product by applying a thin layer and then reapplying. The tube's shape is longer than other products, making it a bit tricky to squeeze out. For better control of the amount, you need to shake it slightly before squeezing the tube. That's a minor inconvenience. The texture is so smooth for reapplication that I like to dab it gently with a sponge over my makeup, then finish with a cushion for added sun protection. It seems to be an especially great sunscreen for summer use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2024
I originally have skin that's prone to blemishes and gets oily easily despite being sensitive. I usually prefer mineral sunscreens, and I'm currently using Goodal's mineral sunscreen and Dalba. Compared to Dalba, this one seems to cause less eye irritation! While mineral sunscreens tend to improve skin texture and provide a whitening effect at the foundation stage, this product is an organic sunscreen, so it naturally won't do that. However, it moisturizes like an essence before makeup, similar to a water cream. Even though I have oily skin, I think it would be fine to use in winter. At current temperatures, it's not greasy and doesn't feel dry when applied over foundation. The next morning, I was surprised to see a fair amount of watery substance separating from the sunscreen, which was quite unexpected. It seems gentle on the skin. I feel like I could reapply it every few hours without worrying about blemishes.
