After trying this for about a week, I must say, true to its gel emulsion nature, I loved how it moisturized and absorbed into my skin! The scent wasn't overpowering either, so I could use it without any concerns. I usually prefer lighter, fresher textures for my morning skincare routine, and this product's lightweight formula made me think it would be perfect to apply before makeup, especially in summer.
ConsSince I was used to using ampoules before, I couldn't help but feel it was slightly lacking in hydration for nighttime use. I think it would work better if applied twice or used during the summer months.

The formula feels very smooth and hydrating from the moment you apply it - a true gel emulsion type. ◇ Irritation: ★★★★★ The subtle fragrance is lovely, and there's absolutely zero irritation. ◇ Hydration: ★★★★★ It keeps my skin moisturized all day long. I don't experience any skin irritation or itching, and it seems to provide a good balance of oil and moisture. It would likely suit super sensitive skin well. I have combination skin with both normal and oily areas, and it didn't leave me feeling dry. ◇ Sensitivity: ★★★★★ It's just the right level of hydration! Very refreshing. ◇ Overall Review The packaging has a cute, pure concept that really comes through. I recently had laser treatment for a facial mole and have been using Innoan on the area to maintain hydration while it heals. I'm satisfied with how well it absorbs without irritation and its long-lasting moisture retention. As summer approaches, I think this will be an especially comfortable and effective base for spring and summer skincare routines. What I appreciated most was the ingredient list. The combination of ingredients is exactly what I was looking for, making this an emulsion I'm excited to continue using. This product is recommendable for those with redness, blemishes, or super sensitive skin.
ConsWhen I apply sunscreen or foundation after using Innoan, it tends to pill like dead skin cells. It seems the ingredients don't mix well, so I mainly use it at home.

My face tends to get flushed quickly in hot or cold weather. The Innoan Soothing Gel Emulsion really helped calm my redness, as you can see in the photo, and it applied smoothly without any irritation. One of its strengths is how lightweight and refreshing it feels - it glides on effortlessly and leaves a nice, firm texture. For those of us with combination dehydrated skin, using super hydrating products can often lead to excess oil, causing tiny bumps and an overly greasy complexion. However, this product doesn't make my skin feel as oily as others, which is great. It's especially nice for makeup application. I apply a thin layer, let it absorb a bit, and then do my makeup. It creates a smooth base that helps my makeup go on evenly without any patchiness. They recommend storing the Innoan Soothing Gel Emulsion in the fridge, which I've been doing. As the weather's starting to warm up, it feels amazing to apply this cool gel after a shower or before makeup. It tightens my pores and quickly reduces any redness. Comparing the before and after photos, you can really see how well it calms redness. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with frequent flushing.
ConsTo be honest, it's not completely oil-free - that would be an exaggeration. I still follow my usual routine of letting all my skincare products absorb, waiting a bit, and then using oil blotting papers to remove excess oil. This method works well - it gets rid of the oiliness while still allowing the product to work its magic.
TipWhile refrigeration isn't necessary, with summer approaching, keeping it cool can be a win-win. It helps bring down skin temperature and absorbs better, making it extra refreshing and effective.

I prefer lightweight formulas that I can layer to combat dryness without being too heavy, and this emulsion was perfect for that! For those with redness like me, storing it in the fridge and applying it cool helps reduce heat in the skin. It has a light texture, closer to a hydrating emulsion. It's not sticky, applies smoothly and lightly, making it great for daily use. I especially love that it doesn't cause my makeup to pill. I'd recommend this to those looking for a lightweight emulsion or those with oily skin!
ConsI've only been using it for a week, but so far I haven't experienced any blemishes or itching, so I think I'll continue using this emulsion if no issues arise. However, those with deep dryness or dry skin might find it a bit lacking in moisture, so it might be good to apply an additional moisturizer.
TipThis product seems perfect for summer use. The formula itself isn't heavy, so it might be enough on its own in summer. As it's currently between seasons, I'm feeling a bit more dryness, so I'm applying toner-essence-soothing emulsion-cream in that order. When feeling dry, adding a cream could be beneficial. For those with redness, storing it in the fridge and applying it cool works wonders! I noticed my skin's heat reduced and redness seemed to calm down, which I was very satisfied with. If I don't experience any blemishes with continued use, I'd love to keep purchasing this emulsion. Highly recommended!

It's not as heavy as a cream, making it easy to apply. ✔️Ingredients: As a vegan product safe even for babies, it's clear they've paid attention to the ingredients. Instead of regular aloe extract, they've used Cape aloe leaf extract. It also contains chamomile and centella asiatica extracts. With skin-soothing components like madecassoside and asiatic acid, it seems gentle enough for pregnant women and babies. ✔️Absorbs well: It moisturizes without discomfort, so you can layer it after toner and serum without pilling. It feels light enough to use even in summer. ✔️Packaging: The pump bottle will be appreciated by those who dislike fussy packaging. Personally, I find pump products very convenient to use.
Cons✔️Scent: Perhaps due to the mugwort leaf extract, it has a somewhat herbal scent that might not appeal to everyone. Keep this in mind.
Tip✔️For summer, I recommend this vegan soothing gel emulsion over heavy, stuffy moisturizers.

A great moisturizer for frequent application. - The pump bottle design makes it convenient to use. - I have blemish-prone, sensitive skin, but this doesn't cause any breakouts. - True to its 'soothing' name, it's incredibly gentle without any burning or irritation. - The price is reasonable, so I plan to repurchase.
ConsDrawbacks: - It feels a bit rich but not deeply moisturizing. My skin feels tight quickly, so it's better to use in combination with other products.
TipTips: - Use as a moisturizer and reapply frequently. - After using the Innoan Soothing Gel Emulsion, follow up with another product to create a protective oil barrier.

So good I've been using it secretly without telling my husband! From the moment it arrived, the product itself looked gorgeous. It's bigger than I expected and fits nicely in my hand - love it! It's my first time trying a soothing gel emulsion, and initially, the ultra-light texture felt strange (I'm used to richer formulas). It's lightweight, absorbs well, and sinks in super fast. Just by looking at it, I can tell it'd be perfect for oily skin types or summer use. Probably due to its safe ingredients, I didn't experience any itching or redness. But the scent! It's amazing! It's supposed to have mugwort and aloe, but why does it smell like sweet apples? (It's subtle though, not overpowering). It puts me in a good mood every time I apply it! Lightweight, absorbs well, and smells great.
ConsI have combination dehydrated skin. Bit of a curse, but at least I don't have acne. Anyway, It's so light that I can't use it alone. It feels fine right after application, but about two hours later, I feel like I need to apply something more. Though I guess this is typical for soothing gels. It would probably suit my super oily husband perfectly, but it's too precious to share!
TipThe best way I found to use it over the two weeks (recommended for combination dehydrated skin): Toner - Serum - Sheet mask - Soothing gel emulsion - Cream This routine worked best for me. Toner: Wellage toner / Serum: Daiso tomato pore serum / Sheet mask: Seaweed mask / Cream: La Roche-Posay B5

Meanwhile, my skin feels dry underneath, causing severe redness and heat on my cheeks. I need something soothing, but not too rich. That's why I prefer lightweight products that can deeply hydrate. This product fits the bill perfectly! I highly recommend it for those with combination dehydrated skin. ❣️Packaging❣️ The pump dispenser is convenient, dispensing just the right amount for one application! ❣️Texture❣️ Despite being called an emulsion, it's a light and refreshing product that hydrates deeply without feeling slippery. It absorbs well, leaving no sticky residue. ❣️Hydration & Moisturizing❣️ It feels just like applying aloe gel, providing deep hydration. It could even replace your cream in summer! ❣️Makeup Application❣️ It's moisturizing yet finishes cleanly and absorbs well, making it great under makeup. It provides hydration without causing pilling. ❣️Side Effects❣️ True to its gentle, EWG green-grade ingredients and soothing properties, I experienced no adverse reactions. With its lightweight feel, this product is perfect for summer use - hydrating and clean-feeling!
ConsThe scent isn't completely fragrance-free. It has a subtle aroma reminiscent of aloe gel, which might not appeal to those sensitive to fragrances.

It feels light rather than heavy, so you can use it without any stickiness or burden. It's perfect for those looking for a fresh and lightweight moisturizer. I think it would be especially good for providing hydration in summer. It absorbs quickly too. It's great to apply a thin layer before makeup. What caught my eye first was the design... The package is white, sturdy, and pretty, which I like. It doesn't seem heavy, so it looks good for carrying around. Plus, it's a pump type, making it super convenient to use. The ingredients seem gentle, as I didn't experience any blemishes at all.
ConsThere's hardly any scent, but... there might be individual differences, but to me it had a slight cucumber-like smell? It seems like the natural scent of the soothing gel without any added fragrance...? While this might make it gentle, personally, I found it somewhat unpleasant, which was a bit disappointing. The volume isn't particularly large, so I think it will run out quickly.
TipI find that if you use a toner to prep your skin before makeup, then apply this product in thin layers two or three times, your makeup seems to adhere better.

Texture Incredibly hydrating and lightweight! I really dislike heavy emulsions, but Inoang's is pleasantly light. The texture isn't overwhelming, making it perfect as a base before makeup for that flawless application. 2. Scent While it might be a matter of personal preference, I loved it! It has a slightly sweet aroma that really lifts my mood. 3. Vegan and Gentle Ingredients Cheap skincare with poor ingredients often causes blemishes for me, but Inoang's vegan and gentle formula didn't cause any skin issues. That's a big plus! 4. Eco-Friendly Packaging I was impressed by the beautiful and environmentally conscious packaging right from the start. 5. Pump Bottle Design The pump dispenser makes it so easy to control the amount... This is my favorite feature!
ConsWhile I didn't have any issues, I think the scent could be divisive for some people.
TipHighly recommended as a base for flawless makeup application... I'm absolutely loving it!
