After using it for a week, here's my honest review: Skin type: Atopic, sensitive, and dry Application: The texture is incredibly hydrating and applies smoothly! There's no stickiness at all, it just absorbs right into the skin. It also has a cooling effect when applied, which feels great! The packaging mentions it's been tested for soothing skin against external irritants, and I can definitely feel it helping to reduce any heat or inflammation. Pros: The best thing about this product is that it's vegan and therefore very gentle! I have atopic and sensitive skin, and the product page even has a baby's footprint image, suggesting it's gentle enough for a baby's skin. When I used it, I experienced no blemishes at all! Usually, I need an adjustment period with new products, but not with this one.
ConsCons: While I was satisfied with almost everything, there's one major drawback - the scent. I really wish it could be fragrance-free! The smell was so unpleasant for me that I had to hold my breath while applying it. Thankfully, the scent does dissipate as the product absorbs, so I just had to wait it out.
TipIt's definitely a soothing gel emulsion with a very light texture, so while it's hydrating, don't expect intense moisturization! It's probably better suited for summer use or for those with oily skin. As someone with dry skin, I found that applying a rich cream over this product while my skin was still damp worked well without any pilling.

Cons* Scent: The fragrance might be polarizing. While it doesn't linger for long, I personally find the initial scent slightly off-putting.

While most cosmetics these days look quite similar, Innoang stands out, and it's even more beautiful in person! It looked small in photos, but when I saw it, the case quality was noticeably different... It feels solid and sturdy, which I really like. The grip when you hold it is unique too! You can tell they've used a high-quality container. 🌱 Cooling Effect I used this without much prior information, so I was surprised by the cooling sensation when I first applied it. My skin is extremely sensitive, and if something doesn't agree with it, my face turns red and burns within seconds. But when I looked in the mirror, my skin was smooth and fine... Huh? I looked it up and realized it has a slight cooling effect! As someone whose face tends to flush easily, I found this quite pleasant. It's especially nice for calming blemishes with its cool sensation!! Don't be alarmed, everyone - just be aware of the cooling function when you use it! 🌱 Fragrance I prefer more natural scents, so I was a bit disappointed that the fragrance was slightly sweet. Of course, it's not bad since it's just a scent, but I realized I prefer floral or herbal natural fragrances. Also, the sweet scent doesn't seem to match the packaging vibe? Even if sweet, I think a fresh sweet scent would fit better. This is just my personal preference. 🌱 Hydration Despite being a gel emulsion, it's more hydrating than I expected, with a feeling of moisture rising from within the skin... The effects were genuinely better than I thought. It also feels like it's slightly firming the skin from the inside. I found it even better when applied meticulously in layers. When I applied it carefully before bed after a late night, my skin had a real glow the next day. Honestly, I hadn't seen much functional effect from gel emulsions before, but this might be the best one I've tried! When I'm tired, I tend to get redness around my nose and mouth, but this immediately calmed those blemishes. I think this would suit people with sensitive and dry skin like mine.
ConsOverall, there wasn't anything disappointing, except that the fragrance wasn't to my taste...? But since skincare scents don't last long anyway, it wasn't a major drawback.
TipLayering is a must!! Honestly, it's a bit of a hassle for me too, but the difference in my skin when I apply it meticulously in layers versus when I don't is so noticeable that I can't skip it. Especially with this product, make sure to apply it in thin layers. It's super effective on skin with blemishes caused by fatigue!!

First off, it's completely non-irritating, so I used it with peace of mind. It didn't cause any blemishes with my other skincare products either. Initially, I was worried about the strong scent, but it wasn't an issue at all. In fact, it reminds me of a nostalgic fragrance, though I can't quite place it. The scent is quite strong during application but fades quickly, which is interesting. Anyway, I'm very pleased with how it provides hydration and absorbs into the skin comfortably without any issues. I'm particularly attentive to hydration, and adding this to my routine seems to quietly fill in those little gaps I was missing. It's like it subtly completes my skincare needs without being over the top. I find that these kinds of products tend to become long-term staples in my routine. Highly recommended!
ConsThe scent is quite strong when applying, but it dissipates quickly so it's not a problem. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

It feels like a typical vegan emulsion - nothing out of the ordinary. It goes on smoothly, absorbs well without leaving any residue, and has a refreshing finish. I think it would be great for those with oily skin too. While it doesn't provide an intense burst of hydration, it offers a decent level of moisture typical of gel-type emulsions. Irritation: As someone with super sensitive skin, I found it to be incredibly gentle with absolutely no irritation! However, I did experience some eye sensitivity for the first 3-4 days, but that disappeared after that.
ConsThe scent... It has an incredibly strong plum fragrance. Maybe because of the stereotypes associated with vegan emulsions, I was expecting it to be fragrance-free or have a very subtle, fresh scent. But the fragrance is almost as strong as a perfumed body lotion, which made it a bit uncomfortable to apply. Of course, the scent doesn't linger for long - it's just very noticeable during application. Once I layer on moisturizer and barrier cream, I don't really notice the scent anymore. This might be a love-it-or-hate-it factor for some users.

Here's my 2-week usage review. The absorption is great - it's a gel-type emulsion that applies lightly! It's gentle! I have somewhat blemish-prone skin that worsens with incompatible cosmetics, but I used this without any blemish issues. I liked that it can be applied to both face and body. After showering, I applied the emulsion before dressing, and unlike sticky products I dislike, this formula absorbed well with a fresh feeling and no discomfort.
Cons- Dislike the scent: While not overpowering, there's a brief artificial fragrance that I don't particularly enjoy, so I wouldn't recommend it for facial use. However, it doesn't linger long, so it's tolerable. - Longevity: While the moisturizing effect is good, I didn't feel it lasted very long. This might be due to the dry weather. It's more of a light emulsion suitable for summer rather than winter?
TipIt's an emulsion light enough for summer use. When you need neck wrinkle hydration but dislike stickiness, it's great for lightly applying to the neck area. If you dislike the slipperiness of hand creams, apply this lightly to the back of your hands frequently. It's refreshingly moisturizing and recommended for adequate care in dry weather!

However, this vegan product, suitable for everyone from children to pregnant women, lived up to its emulsion reputation with a light, non-irritating finish. The formula absorbs well without any rich feeling, though if you have dry areas, you might want to layer your usual moisturizer on top. (I have combination dehydrated skin!) A big plus is the pump dispenser, which allows for hygienic use.
ConsThe opaque container makes it difficult to gauge how much product is left. Also, there's a subtle floral scent when first applied, so those who dislike fragranced products might want to consider this before purchasing. (Though the scent does dissipate quickly.)
TipIf you feel any deep dryness after applying the product, try layering a moisturizer on top for extra hydration.

The Innoan Soothing Gel Emulsion, being a vegan product, felt gentler and I could use it without any irritation, which was great. The name 'Soothing Gel Emulsion' was unfamiliar at first, but after applying it, I understood. It seems to combine the benefits of a soothing gel cream and an emulsion. It applies smoothly with a hydrating feel and absorbs well into the skin.
ConsAs someone with combination dehydrated skin that becomes dry in winter and during seasonal changes, I found it slightly drying and needed to apply additional cream. There's a subtle scent, though I can't quite place it. While the fragrance dissipates quickly, those with sensitive skin might find it challenging.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated or dry skin, it might be too light on its own. I'd recommend layering it in a comprehensive skincare routine - apply the Innoan Soothing Gel Emulsion after your basic steps, then follow up with a moisturizing cream or a richer cream for optimal hydration.

It was a nightmare! I've been collecting all sorts of soothing products for the past few months, and this one is the top pick. I didn't even buy it - I was lucky enough to receive it as a Hwahae Tester. It's a hydrating gel that's great for calming the skin and has no oily residue, yet the moisturizing effect lasts incredibly long. My dermatitis appeared around my eyes, and without applying anything, it would sting and itch. Other so-called soothing products often left an oily film that made my eyes cloudy, irritated, and hard to open - it was driving me crazy! But this product is fine even when applied generously around the eyes. It doesn't sting even on areas with dermatitis. The absorption might be a bit slow, but once it's fully absorbed, my skin feels so firm and supple. I apply it all over my face, focusing on areas that need extra soothing, and it just works its magic - absorbing, moisturizing, and calming on its own. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this. Please have some sales events - I need to stock up!
ConsIf I had to pick one downside, it would be the scent. The product smells like argan oil, the kind you'd use on your hair. But the scent disappears quickly.
