When applied, there's a grassy scent - probably from the mugwort. Though it has a water-like consistency, it feels a bit like applying an essence. However, after it's fully absorbed, it doesn't leave the same rich finish as an essence would. While it's not exceptionally hydrating due to its light texture, it's perfectly suitable for summer use. Additionally, while it may not completely eliminate blemishes, it seems to have some soothing effects on the skin.
ConsAlthough it claims to reduce sebum production, I didn't particularly notice this effect.
TipSince it comes in a large quantity, I also mix it into my DIY mask recipes.

The green packaging was also quite pretty. The scent was a mix of slightly sweet green grape with herbal notes. The formula is a watery toner that absorbs quickly without any stickiness. It's great for cooling down the skin in summer as a skin pack. With its cica and mugwort ingredients, it felt moisturizing and gentle enough for everyday use. It's suitable for acne-prone skin, making it comfortable to use even on days when your skin is acting up.
ConsI was shocked by the price... 38,000 won? Even though it's a large size, I don't think it's worth investing that much in a basic watery toner without special functions. It claimed to remove sebum from pores and reduce redness, but I didn't notice any particular effects. It's just an ordinary watery toner that cools and hydrates without any other notable functions. Mugwort skincare products are gentle and moisturizing, but this one doesn't seem to have any standout pros or cons. Despite containing mugwort, cica, and tea tree-like ingredients, I expected some exfoliating effects, but even when used as an exfoliating toner, I didn't see any improvement in dead skin cells, sebum removal, or skin texture. I felt that tea tree products still work better for oily skin.
