(I used it after cleansing in the morning and evening.) The main positive point I found is: First, it's excellent at removing dead skin cells. Beyond just providing hydration, which typically helps with exfoliation, this product seemed to actually eliminate dead skin cells. I'd recommend this to anyone who usually experiences makeup caking or floating due to dead skin cells.
ConsThere are three main drawbacks I noticed: First, it's not exceptional at replenishing moisture. A toner's basic function is to provide hydration. However, with this product, I didn't feel like it was deeply moisturizing my skin. Also, due to poor absorption, it left my skin feeling oily. Second, it can be irritating. For a product aimed at sensitive skin, it caused considerable irritation. Instead of reducing redness, it actually made my skin redder. Unlike typical toners that exfoliate through hydration, this seemed to aggressively remove dead skin cells, which made my skin feel increasingly sensitive with continued use. Third, it's bulky. The toner comes in a very large quantity. As a result, the product itself has some weight and thickness, making it cumbersome to hold. (Also, considering its actual performance and quantity, I don't feel the price is particularly economical, so the large size doesn't seem that beneficial.) Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this to people with sensitive skin, those seeking deep hydration, or those with smaller hands or who dislike heavier products.
TipSince it's excellent at removing dead skin cells, I highly recommend it to those whose main goal is exfoliation.

Usually, toners make my skin red or cause a tingling sensation, so I avoided them. However, this Cica Mugwort toner instantly adheres to the skin, giving a hydrating feel. I love that I can apply it daily without any irritation! I'm considering making this my go-to toner once I finish it. It's suitable for those with super sensitive skin. Please, everyone, give it a try! The texture is what you'd call a water-based toner. When applied with a thin cotton pad, it also has a soothing effect. You could even use it as a mask. I was pleasantly surprised by its pleasant scent, despite being a mugwort toner.
ConsWhile there weren't many downsides for sensitive skin, those with oily skin might notice a slight increase in oiliness. Also, if you have very dry skin, you may need to apply a generous amount of moisturizer over the toner. I noticed some deep dryness after a while!
