I switched from using oil to this cleansing balm, and it's been a game-changer! I've tried other balm formulas, but this one removes makeup the best and feels the lightest. No exaggeration, you can literally see the makeup melting away as soon as you apply it. As someone who doesn't enjoy long cleansing routines, this helps me finish washing up quickly. I used to buy whatever cheap skincare products, foam cleansers, oils, or balms I could find, but this is definitely a product I'll keep using from now on!
ConsAs someone always looking for the best value for money, I felt it was a bit pricey. So I bought it from Hwahae during their biggest discount event! Got it for 12,900 won.

When applied to the skin, it melts gently with body heat without causing irritation. ✔️ Cleansing effectiveness: Effectively removes base makeup, color cosmetics, and even waterproof eyeliner and mascara. However, double cleansing is a must! There's a slight residual feeling As you massage, it helps draw out sebum, which is great for pore care Whiteheads and blackheads gradually fade and disappear completely
ConsNo major drawbacks, except perhaps the price being a bit high for the amount you get?

This cleansing balm was my first experience with this type of product, and I'm glad I had the chance to try it. The texture is delightful - it's like scooping sherbet or snow, making me want to keep using it just for fun. I love that it's fragrance-free with a beautiful pastel sky blue color, and knowing it's not from artificial coloring makes me feel even better about using it. Compared to my usual cleansing water, it's less irritating but more effective at cleansing, so I'll likely use this balm more often when wearing makeup. It's gentle on the skin with no irritation or heaviness. Some products with high nutrition or incompatible ingredients can cause blemishes, but I didn't experience any issues with this. Once, I even used it to remove eye makeup without a separate remover, and it didn't sting my eyes.
ConsConsidering it's a daily cleansing product, the price-to-volume ratio might be a bit high for everyday use. It might be best to purchase during sales.
TipWhile I don't have any special tips, I noticed that the balm melts smoothly when applied to the face. I like to massage it gently into my skin as it melts, then add a bit of water to emulsify it thoroughly!

I've been using another brand's green cleansing balm since its release, and I must say, I'm absolutely in love with this one too! • Sebum and dead skin cell removal: In my experience, this balm's effectiveness in removing sebum and dead skin cells is top-notch among all the cleansing balms I've tried. It's so satisfying to feel those impurities being lifted away. • Makeup removal: I usually avoid using separate eye makeup removers as they can irritate my eyes, so I rely on cleansing balms to remove all my eye makeup at once. This balm effectively removes even mascara without causing any eye irritation, which I'm very pleased with. • Emulsification: This might be a matter of personal preference, but I actually like that it emulsifies to a thicker consistency. It allows for a longer massage time, enabling a more thorough cleanse. • After-feel: While the other brand's green balm left my skin feeling fresh, this product leaves my skin feeling moisturized yet refreshed without any tightness, which I prefer. • Packaging: Unlike the typical screw-top jars for cleansing balms, this one has a convenient snap-open lid. Plus, it has a double-layer design and comes with a spatula, making it more hygienic to use.
Cons• Price: The other brand's 100mL green balm is on sale at Coupang for 13,720 won, while this 60ml product is 21,300 won on sale at the official store. Since it's a product I use frequently, I wish it were a bit more affordable. However, the quality of the product is truly excellent!

The packaging is sleek and clean-looking, as shown in the images. It's designed with hygiene and convenience in mind, featuring a separate cap and spoon. The texture melts easily with body heat and spreads well, while also providing hydration! As someone not used to cleansing balms, I found it much gentler and more suitable for my dry skin compared to regular lip and eye makeup removers when applied before cleansing.
ConsThe price feels a bit high for the amount you get, and the texture is somewhat firm for a cleansing balm. It's important to melt it well in your hands and massage it in thoroughly. Personally, I found that using a cleansing foam for a second cleanse was necessary to finish with a fresh feeling.
TipSince it's a cleansing product, I recommend emulsifying it for a more thorough cleanse! Start by melting the cleansing balm with your body heat and massaging it to break down makeup. Then, gradually add water while continuing to massage. This helps dissolve the cosmetics effectively, resulting in a clean and thorough cleanse.

This one doesn't drip, making cleansing noticeably easier. It's also great for travel - I just scoop some into a smaller container, and cleansing becomes a breeze. What I really love about this product is that the lid is attached to the main container. Unlike typical cleansing balms, you don't need to unscrew or keep track of a separate lid, which is incredibly convenient. They even provide a space to store the spatula, making it more hygienic too.
ConsWhile the texture is gentle, it's a bit disappointing that it contains two potentially irritating ingredients. It would be better if the formula was even milder so that those with super sensitive skin could use it comfortably. Also, considering the amount you get, the price seems a bit steep.
TipAfter gently massaging it in, make sure to emulsify the product for a smooth cleansing experience.

Usually, when I switch cleansing products, I get blemishes, but this one is different. It has amazing cleansing effectiveness, yet the ingredients are so mild that even with my acne-prone, sensitive skin, I didn't experience any irritation. It truly exceeded my expectations! Unlike other cleansing balms where it's hard to see if you're emulsifying properly, this one visibly emulsifies as well as a cleansing oil, allowing for a more thorough cleanse! It's also fragrance-free, making it perfect for those of us with sensitivities to scents. The spatula storage is convenient, so even if you're prone to losing things like me, you won't misplace it! While it is on the richer side, considering the double cleanse method, I found it didn't cause any deep dryness for my combination dehydrated skin. I think it would work well for oily, dry, and combination skin types. I'm so satisfied that I'll definitely purchase it again. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!
ConsWhile the cleansing effectiveness was good, don't expect the pore tightening effect mentioned in the product description. It doesn't seem to tighten pores much at all. Blackheads might appear slightly lighter, but there's no dramatic effect. Also, compared to other cleansing balms, the texture is extremely firm. Lastly, the amount seems too small for the price.
TipDue to the nature of cleansing balms, residue often remains, so I recommend doing a second cleanse. When using a balm formula like this, don't forget the crucial emulsification step before rinsing! Wet your hands slightly and massage until it turns white. If you skip this, using a cleansing balm becomes pointless. Lastly, this cleansing balm has a firmer texture than others, so if you apply it directly to your face with the spatula, it'll just fall off in chunks. Instead, scoop out the right amount onto the back of your hand, warm it up by rubbing it a bit, then apply it to your face!

I love that I don't need to bother with a separate lip and eye remover for a third cleanse anymore. Unlike the previous brand's cleansing balm I used, which had a slightly inconvenient screw-top lid, this product has an easy flip-top design with an attached cap, making it incredibly user-friendly. The ingredients are so gentle that I haven't experienced any eye irritation or blemishes after use.
ConsThe product feels a bit firm, so when you first scoop out the balm and place it on your face, it tends to slide off. Considering the price, the quantity seems a bit on the smaller side.

This product is so gentle that it doesn't hurt even if it gets in your eyes a bit, making it great for removing eye makeup. (Of course, I used a separate lip and eye cleanser for mascara first. Otherwise, you'd lose all your lashes!) I don't have double eyelids, so I don't line my waterline, but for those who do, this product shouldn't cause any eye irritation when removing makeup. Lately, I've been using cleansing balms a lot to remove makeup, and compared to other products, this one is gentler and seems good for managing sebum too. The color is soft and ethereal - I thought they might have added artificial colorants, but it turns out it's from natural sources. What I personally found satisfying was the sturdy lid. You know how some balms have those spoon-like scoops? This one has a robust lid that doesn't fall off easily, which is great because twist-off lids can be a bit inconvenient. Another advantage of cleansing balms is that they don't leave your skin feeling dry after removing makeup! Of course, I still use a cleansing foam afterwards just to be safe... They say double cleansing isn't necessary, but I feel uneasy otherwise... In conclusion, it removes makeup really well!
ConsThere aren't really any downsides. It's not so much a flaw of this product, but like all cleansing balms, it does run out quickly... Compared to cleansing oils, it might not be as cost-effective, but it's so much more convenient to use!

Even after brushing my teeth post-cleansing, it didn't drip into my eyes and stayed put where I had applied it. Whether rinsed off with water or wiped away with cleansing water, it left no residue and my skin felt refreshed. The way it melts like sorbet during cleansing is so pleasant that it makes even the most tedious cleansing routine enjoyable. It didn't sting if it accidentally got into my eyes. Being fragrance-free, it was easy to use without any aversion. Perhaps due to its balm form, it seemed to effectively manage sebum. On days I used this for cleansing, my skin surface felt smooth, and the moisturized texture lasted until the next day. Looking in the mirror, it's as if I've just done a hydrating sheet mask. The accompanying spoon is cute and convenient for application. Although I usually break out from balm or oil cleansers, I used Bellflower daily without any blemishes. In fact, it improved my skin by removing dead skin cells and regulating sebum.
ConsI was surprised that it didn't remove tint very well (second cleanse with cleansing water is necessary). The price is a bit steep. While there's a spoon included, it's actually easier to use with hands, so I wonder if they might consider changing to a tube format. The product doesn't specify how long it can be used after opening. I inquired about this, but a week has passed without any response. It might be inconvenient when questions arise.
