Absorbs beautifully and tackles deep dryness after application Absorbs well without feeling sticky, which is great Leaves skin with a dewy glow, possibly due to its rich formula Avoid applying near eyes as it may cause a tingling sensation if it gets in Using too much can lead to excessive shine Recommend giving it a try - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 6, 2025
Used for a week For T-zone excess sebum, sensitive skin, redness, pores, and U-zone dryness I previously used The Haruharu Wonder Cica-ide Cream, but felt it wasn't enough on its own to manage fine lines in the U-zone due to dryness. So I decided to try this. It's moisturizing with a rich feel, so one application keeps my skin from drying out easily and I didn't experience any deep dryness at all. When applied to cracked and flaky skin, it gives a healing sensation. It stings quite a bit if it gets into your eyes Compared to other products, it seems to have a bit more of a rich texture, which may be why I got one or two blemishes in my T-zone I recommend applying only a small amount as it provides sufficient hydration even with minimal use. Avoid applying too close to the eyes - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 1, 2025
I usually use Physiogel as my go-to, but I found this to be similar yet different. When squeezing it out, they seem alike, but when applying, you can see that Physiogel is slightly more opaque and richer. In comparison, COSRX spreads more like a hydrating cream - a bit more transparent and easier to apply. It absorbs well and the size is convenient, making it perfect for those like me who only use sunscreen as a base and want something to touch up with throughout the day. That's exactly what I do! My office gets quite warm and my cheeks often feel hot, but applying this and following up with a mist helps calm my skin. Like Physiogel, it forms a slight film when applied, giving your skin a beautiful glow. This might vary from person to person, but it does form a film-like layer similar to Physiogel, so those who prefer a fresh finish might not be fans. Also, after seeing reviews mentioning eye irritation, I avoided applying it around my eyes. Great for carrying around and reapplying on cheeks, forehead, etc. throughout the day! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 26, 2025
✓ My skin type: - Combination skin - Somewhat visible pores - Prone to small bumps - Easily gets blemishes when changing skincare products - Doesn't do well with oily products - Works well with tea tree and cica ingredients I discovered COSRX through their pads, which are honestly the best I've ever used. That positive experience made me excited to try their cream. ■ Scent & Texture It comes in a tube, white in color, and is completely fragrance-free. I mean zero scent! Usually, there's at least a slight medicinal smell, but this is truly unscented. The texture is creamy with a hint of hydration, not too thick. ■ Application The application is fantastic! It glides on so smoothly and softly. I've noticed that products with great application often contain dimethicone (a silicone derivative). It's used to improve texture and moisturization, and in appropriate amounts, it's generally safe. Just remember to cleanse thoroughly as it can potentially clog pores. There's hardly any stickiness, and it absorbs well. There's a slight richness to it, and you can feel a bit of that after application. ◾️ Hydration It's genuinely very moisturizing. Perhaps due to its slight richness, there's no feeling of tightness at all. Both my sister and I have been using it, and we both agree it's super hydrating. It keeps skin moisturized all day long. The next morning after use, my skin feels smooth and soft. This would be great for those with dry skin. ■ Blemish Check My skin usually reacts quickly to incompatible ingredients, but I experienced no blemishes. I was worried because it contains some pore-clogging ingredients, but fortunately, I had no issues. ◾️ Drawbacks It stings my eyes and makes my vision blurry. The eye irritation feels similar to wearing sunscreen. I'm not sure if it's due to the richness, but even when applied after cleansing at night, it makes my eyes cloudy and teary. Both my sister and I experienced the same issue. Not recommended for oily skin types or for use in the peak of summer. While I'm satisfied with everything else, the eye irritation means I can only use it before bed. If it weren't for that, I'd be completely happy. It's a product that leaves me with a bit of regret.
