It was nice and gentle. I'm glad they didn't add any fragrance. I'll definitely use it in the winter. Some people may find it a bit stuffy. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 14, 2016
This is a real deal for sensitive skin 😍 Highly recommended!! My usual skin type is somewhat oily with a bit of dryness in the T-zone area. And I have extremely sensitive skin... My skin is reddish. I have a skin type that is dry or has clogged pores, leading to a lot of milia (small bumps). When those milia get blocked, they turn into acne-like blemishes. 😥 After struggling to find a way to soothe it, I decided to purchase this product! I found that applying a few drops of oil after toning and then following with a cream works better for me. But using just a couple of drops of oil directly can feel heavy and occlusive, so I was wondering if there's a better method. After toning with a witch hazel toner, I mixed some of the toner into a mist bottle with some herbal oil and sprayed that on, then applied a lotion. This has dramatically reduced my milia and prevented new blemishes from forming!! For those of you who don't have major breakouts but struggle with a lot of milia, I highly recommend trying this method!! The results are amazing. Using the oil alone can feel heavy and occlusive, especially for oily skin types. For oily skin, I really don't recommend using an oil as the final step in your skincare routine!! Mixing the toner and oil in a mist bottle, then misting it on a few times before applying cream helps the absorption without leaving an oily residue, while still giving the skin a nice glow! This is especially great for dry skin types that struggle with milia and the occasional blemish, but don't have full-blown acne. Even if you don't have a lot of acne, but are dealing with persistent bumps, I highly recommend trying this method after your regular toner step. The results should be really beneficial! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 1, 2016
It seems to be really good for pore management My acne is gradually disappearing My skin also feels more supple. I have oily skin with dehydration... I thought it would suit me well, but it feels like it's not absorbing properly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2015
The redness on my forehead disappeared after one application. My skin is smooth and porcelain-like. I can achieve a dewy, glowing complexion. However... it doesn't seem to have much effect on the red blemishes on my cheeks (I didn't use it consistently for a long time). Also!!! My skin looks dewy and glowing right after application, but over time, my face becomes shiny, oily, and accentuates flakiness. My face also feels very dry and tight. At a glance, it looks like a dewy, glowing complexion, but upon closer inspection, the area around my nose is uneven and flaky, and it feels very tight... I think my skin type is combination-dry. I'm on the oily side, but I usually don't feel very dry. But when I use oil and apply makeup, it feels very tight... For reference, I use oil and apply a rich, creamy moisturizer before makeup. I'd recommend using products that are 100% formulated for oily skin... Only those with truly oily skin all over (forehead, cheeks, nose, chin) should use these. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to get a separate product for treating blemishes. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinMar 27, 2015
Not overly shiny, but has a nice natural glow It's an oil but doesn't look greasy and absorbs right in None..oh dear.. There's nothing lacking but writing 20 characters is hard If you mix in a drop or two when applying, it stays moisturized all day - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2015
When mixed with a drop during makeup, it doesn't get too shiny and stays moisturized just right. I used the honey glow oil as a sample, but since it was a bit too oily, mixing it into the BB cream made some parts slightly slide or float, but the herb oil gets absorbed well and seems to give a nice glow. The scent... I bought it because I'm okay with herb scents, but unlike other reviews, it's more like an essence of medicinal herbs + earthy smell rather than herbs. Anyway, it's extremely strong. Even stronger than Chinese medicine... Also, as someone who has had LASIK and has sensitive eyes, when I apply this, my eyes feel stuffy, as if the oil has gotten into them, even though I've avoided the eye area. Mixing a drop into the BB cream is great!
