I thought I'd need to apply it consistently for at least 3 days to notice even a slight difference. After regular use, while there wasn't a dramatic change, I noticed that my blemish-prone skin stopped developing any new pimples. Although it's marketed as effective for redness and flushing, it does seem to reduce heat in the skin, but I didn't find it particularly helpful in alleviating redness. Then again, I've only used it for 2 weeks! I was initially concerned about using a red-colored serum for reducing redness, but it seems the pigment doesn't have much impact. The scent is pleasant and subtle, so there's no aversion to using it. It spreads smoothly, absorbs quickly into the skin texture, so the overall user experience was good!
ConsWhen using it, perhaps due to air getting in, bubbles always come out along with the serum. It doesn't affect the usage at all, but it just feels a bit off! It's not that it's bad - once the bubbles are out, the serum comes out normally again. If I had to point out a drawback, it might be that the price could be a bit burdensome for some. While the individual packaging seems very hygienic and allows for clean usage, I think more people would be inclined to purchase if they could reduce packaging costs by offering it in a single bottle. Although the effect on reducing redness is still minimal, I haven't experienced any blemishes at all. In fact, it's been very helpful for my acne-prone skin. I'll continue using it consistently and update on any differences I notice!
TipI initially thought each bottle was a bit small, but after using it, I don't think the amount is too little! While it applies well, I'm not using it as a mask because I feel like it would run out too quickly that way. I believe you need to apply it consistently to see results!! I'll write an update after using it for at least a month!

Using this product cleared up the blemishes near my eyebrows, and it didn't cause any new breakouts! Unlike some products that drip when you squeeze them onto your face, this one doesn't run or drip at all! It absorbs well too! When it comes to skincare, strong or unpleasant scents can be a deal-breaker, but this product has a mild, inoffensive fragrance that I really like! The small container doesn't take up much space on my vanity and would be super convenient for travel!
ConsThe price is quite steep, which is a real drawback. Even though I'd like to repurchase, the cost almost forces me not to. While you might expect this serum to clear up blemishes, I didn't see any dramatic effects. I'm not sure if it was because it coincided with my menstrual cycle, but I actually developed quite a few blemishes around my nasolabial folds, and the serum didn't seem to help.
TipAs someone who dislikes sticky textures, I initially applied toner, then serum, then moisturizer. This left my skin feeling a bit oily, so I tried applying toner twice, followed by two layers of serum. This method left my skin hydrated without any oiliness! If you dislike stickiness and oiliness, try applying the serum twice. Don't be stingy with the application - use a generous amount! When you apply plenty and let it absorb completely, you can feel the deep hydration all the way down to the inner layers of your skin.

It seems to apply very lightly, which is great.
ConsFor me, it didn't seem to have much effect on acne (especially small bumps and whiteheads). I was hoping for dramatic results considering the price, but even after extracting the bumps and applying it, I didn't see significant improvements. Looking at the photos, there doesn't seem to be much change, unfortunately.
TipFor dry skin, it might be beneficial to layer this with a hydrating essence for better results.

I thought my cheeks would tear when I said 'a-e-i-o-u', but that's no longer the case! My blemishes have stopped appearing, and many of the small bumps have disappeared. While it couldn't do much for existing inflammatory acne, I'm satisfied that no new ones are forming. My acne scars have also faded quite a bit, which is great. It seems to work well for me, so I'll keep using it! I'm extremely satisfied.
ConsAfter using it for about a week, I don't have any particular complaints yet. I thought it would be sticky since it's an ampoule, but it's not very sticky at all. It absorbs well, which is great!
TipI didn't use many products, just Anua Skin, Red Pot Ampoule EX, and Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream. My blemishes have significantly reduced, and the deep dryness in my face has greatly improved. If you're struggling with small bumps and acne, I cautiously recommend giving this a try.

Even before using it, I wasn't really expecting much. I started using it thinking, 'As long as it doesn't cause more blemishes, that's fine.' But as I applied it, I thought, 'Wait, what's this? This might actually be good.' You know that feeling chronic blemish-prone people get, right? That sense of 'This might cause another breakout... or maybe it'll be okay.' The day after first applying it, I was really impressed. The feel, absorption, soothing effect - everything was great. It even seemed to help with dryness. I've been using it consistently every day since receiving the product, and I'm satisfied overall. While it's not miraculous, I feel like my skin is gradually improving. Actually, I've been using some high-end products for months that claim to help with redness, blemishes, soothing, and dryness. They're decent aside from being expensive, so I was considering continuing to use them. But this Dr. Mind ampoule feels more effective than the cosmetics I'm currently using. It's not that I don't get any blemishes at all, but they're less frequent than before, and the soothing effect and fading of marks seem better too. It's been about a week since I started using it. I'm hoping for even better results with longer use. My toner is almost finished, so I'm thinking of switching to Dr. Mind toner next. I really hope it continues to work well. My skin is so unpredictable, so who knows what might happen... haha!
ConsWhile I fundamentally believe that if something works, it's worth it, I think it's a bit pricey to apply liberally without concern.
TipSince it's an ampoule, I mixed it with my current hydrating toner. I combine appropriate amounts of the ampoule and toner in a mist bottle, spray it on my face, let it absorb, and repeat this about three or four times. Then I apply the ampoule separately, let it absorb, and finish the rest of my skincare routine. That's why I'm considering switching my toner too. If I continue to see good results after using it a bit longer, I'll definitely purchase it. Haha!

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsThe Hwahae Testers Review: My skin is currently combination-dry and sensitive, with occasional blemishes around my mouth and forehead before my period. Since I've been using madecassoside products in my skincare routine, I was able to use this product without any irritation. The texture has a slight viscosity but isn't too sticky. It absorbs quickly into the skin without any residue, which I really liked. There's no greasy feeling, so I could layer a heavier cream on top without any pilling or discomfort. What I loved most was that it's almost fragrance-free! I don't like skincare products with strong scents, and this one applies fresh and pleasant. However, if you have dry skin, you might find this product alone to be insufficient for hydration. I also loved the packaging. Usually, these types of products come in dropper bottles, right? Droppers and pumps can be inconsistent, especially when you're almost out of product - so frustrating! But this product comes in 10 small individual containers, which I appreciate. I can apply it directly to my face without getting it on my hands, squeezing out just the right amount. The packaging is simple but hygienic and allows you to use every last drop. It's also great for travel and everyday portability. I've been using it for about a week and haven't finished one container yet, so I feel the amount is quite generous. My skin doesn't react negatively to Centella asiatica and madecassoside. I've been using madecassoside products in my routine for a while, so I expected this product wouldn't cause any blemishes. After using it for a week, I indeed had no irritation. It coincided with my period, and while it didn't affect existing blemishes, no new ones appeared. It makes my skin feel smooth when applied. Some people say it brightens the skin, but I haven't noticed that effect in just a week. Like all Centella products, this ampoule needs consistent use to see improvements in skin soothing and overall condition, so don't expect dramatic results in a short time. Years ago, I had redness, sensitivity, and extremely dry skin. I simplified my skincare routine to just a few products, focusing on a madecassoside line. Within 1-2 months, I saw amazing improvements in my skin. I've been consistently using this method for years, and now I no longer have redness, rarely get small bumps, and my skin has changed from extremely dry and sensitive to combination-dry with only slight sensitivity (reacting to only a few ingredients). My current routine is toner - madeca skin - A-pot Red Ampoule - madeca essence - madeca cream. There's no pilling, and my makeup applies well. Oh, and lately I've been applying a small amount of the ampoule to a few blemishes on my chest! It would probably work well for body acne too.
ConsIt's 49,000 won for ten 10ml bottles. Personally, I think it would have been perfect if it was in the early 40,000 to 30,000 won range. If I were buying it with my own money, I'd feel it's too expensive to use on my chest or back.
TipAs I mentioned above, Centella and madecassoside work well for my skin. While the Red Ampoule feels gentle, those who are sensitive or don't respond well to these ingredients might experience irritation. It's best to patch test first, use small amounts, or apply only 2-3 times a week. Also, if you have dry skin, never use this alone. It absorbs well and feels light, so you might find it drying. Make sure to finish with a moisturizing product that balances oil and hydration.

The photos I've attached show before and after use. To be honest, I didn't notice any dramatic changes, but that's to be expected. It's difficult to see significant results from home care in a short period. Given that my skin is super sensitive, I consider this a good product since it didn't cause any blemishes. I had to write this review within a set timeframe as a Hwahae Tester, so I'm writing on the last day, which is unfortunate. I feel it would take at least a month of use to see real effects, but I had to evaluate after just a few days. (I'll continue using it and update my review later!) So far, it has helped calm some larger whiteheads, but I'm unsure about other effects. I applied the toner followed by the ampoule, and you can feel your skin becoming more firm. The texture is thin yet elastic. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, it works well for me, but those with dry skin might need to apply a cream afterward. For skin types like mine, it provides deep hydration without being too oily or dry. The 10 eye-drop sized bottles are great for travel and on-the-go use!
Cons- Not moisturizing enough for dry skin types - The design resembles eye drops (could be a plus for some) - Didn't see remarkable effects on blemishes
TipAs mentioned above, for your convenience: Those with normal to dry skin should apply a cream after the ampoule to keep skin moisturized. For combination dehydrated skin types, the ampoule alone might be sufficient, but feel free to add more products depending on your skin's condition!

Absorption On my skin, the absorption is just okay. It doesn't absorb exceptionally well, but it's not bad either! With a bit of patting, it absorbs quickly. 2. Ingredients Given the price point, the ingredients are quite good. 3. Blemishes While some reviews mention breakouts, I didn't experience any particular blemishes on my skin.
ConsI didn't notice any changes... After using it for about 10 days, there was absolutely no change in my skin... I applied it every single day hoping for improvement, but my skin remained the same... Considering the price point, the lack of noticeable effects makes it feel a bit expensive to purchase with my own money. (+ It's possible I didn't see results due to the relatively short period of use, and I still have 8 ampoules left!! So I'll continue to apply it consistently, and if I notice any positive changes in my skin, I'll update my review)
TipIt seems additional moisturizing will definitely be necessary after applying this. Rather than squeezing it onto your hand first, it might be better to apply it directly to your face.

I didn't experience any new breakouts from using this product. The texture is non-sticky and fluid, absorbing quickly when patted into the skin. I found it particularly effective for deep dryness. Although the individual containers are small, you get 10 of them, so the overall quantity is quite generous and should last a while. It's also convenient for travel and seems hygienic.
ConsIf this ampoule had dramatically improved my skin, I would have continued using it. However, considering the price point and the results, it might be a bit too expensive for long-term use.

Surprisingly, since using this product, I haven't had any new breakouts, and my deep dryness has slightly improved. For some reason, my nose area and chin are drier compared to other parts, so I usually avoid applying makeup there. I typically just use a hydrating cream and a bit of oil, skipping foundation. Applying foundation would cause dead skin cells to appear and make my makeup look patchy, so I always avoided it. But since using this, I haven't experienced any flaking, and while it still feels a bit dry, when I look in the mirror, my skin looks perfectly fine. My complexion is also improving. I'm not knowledgeable about cosmetics or ingredients - I just look for products without harmful ingredients - but I'm amazed by the results, which is why I'm leaving this review. I've only added this one product to my usual skincare routine, and it seems to suit me really well. I actually wanted to use it for about three months before reviewing, but since the registration deadline is tomorrow, I'm sharing my experience after using it intensively for a short but revealing week.
Cons1. The price... I saw it was 100,000 won for 10, but now the price has changed? Is it on sale? I wish they'd release a smaller, more affordable version for testing. (Though it's highly concentrated, so I've only used less than half a bottle in a week) 2. Dryness. I'm not sure about others, but for me, it absorbs quickly, leaving my skin super dry, so I layer an emulsion and hydrating cream on top. 3. Lack of usage instructions. You might think it's unnecessary, but I was a bit confused when I received just the product. It would be nice to have a small guide on how to apply it effectively and at which step in the routine. This would be helpful for users of all ages.
TipSince it's highly concentrated, I only applied it at night. My evening skincare routine is: After cleansing, without drying with a towel, I use a cotton pad soaked in thermal water mist to wipe my face. Then I apply toner, Dr. Mind Red Pot Ampoule (only on problem areas), emulsion, hydrating cream, and a small amount of oil. I'm so happy that it's addressing my deep dryness and preventing my skin from getting worse!
