I had severe acne breakouts, so I changed all my skincare products. I bought this believing it was a highly concentrated ampoule, though the price was a bit steep. As expected from an ampoule, it has a thin consistency but doesn't feel oily, which is suitable for acne-prone skin. The packaging is hygienic - you have to squeeze it like eye drops, and it only comes out with a firm press. Interestingly, the product is a clear, reddish color (like hibiscus) with some white substance mixed in. I was initially concerned, but since all 10 bottles I used were the same, I continued using it. It's too light for combination dehydrated skin. I'm not sure about its soothing effects, unfortunately. It would be great to layer this with another ampoule to boost deep hydration. - rm****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 9, 2020
I was struggling with mask-related blemishes, but after using this, my skin issues have calmed down and the redness is gradually improving. The ingredients are good and it's effective, so I plan to keep using it. The only downside seems to be the price, which is a bit on the expensive side. It pairs perfectly with the Skin&Lab cream. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2020
As someone with combination skin, I was concerned about my small blemishes, which led me to try this product. I loved how it applied without any stickiness. The next morning when I looked in the mirror, I could see a noticeable improvement. The disappointing aspect is that after some initial calming, there hasn't been much progress. While it's better than before, my skin hasn't cleared up completely. When I apply makeup, my skin still reacts the same way it used to... - mm***Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Texture & Color: The texture is slightly viscous, similar to a runny toner mixed with water. The ampoule has a light reddish tint. 2. Packaging & Volume: It comes in 10 individually packaged 10ml bottles, similar to eye drop containers. This packaging is fantastic for maintaining hygiene! 3. Effectiveness: After 2-3 days of use, I was relieved to see no blemishes appear, though I didn't notice significant improvements. However, after 5+ days, I observed a gradual calming of red blemishes. What really impressed me was its performance after nights out. Usually, when I'm too lazy after drinking, I just use a pad to cleanse and apply a single ampoule before bed. Typically, this results in small bumps appearing, but with this Red Ampoule, no bumps appeared at all! Additionally, as someone with redness-prone skin, my cheeks often become very dry and flushed when I'm overheated. Applying this ampoule in those moments really helped soothe the redness. 4. Price: I was shocked when I first saw the original price of 100,000 won. However, checking back for this review, I noticed the price has dropped. At 49,000 won for 100ml, it seems reasonably priced now. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about this product. With its hygienic packaging and consistent use, it proved to be highly effective in caring for blemishes! For long-lasting hydration from surface to deep layers, try this routine: Hyaluron Shot Toner -> Red Ampoule -> Ceramide Shot Ampoule. If you're experiencing dryness and severe redness due to overheating, try applying two layers of the ampoule for extra soothing effects. - mi****Dry SkinFeb 25, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I was lucky to be selected just as I was dealing with some blemishes. For an acne product, it's surprisingly hydrating. My skin was quite sensitive at the time, so I applied it generously like a hydrating gel. The texture is thicker than a toner, almost like a runny serum. It's only been about two weeks of use, so I haven't noticed significant results yet. I'll have my sibling with acne try it out and update my review later. Perhaps due to the alcohol content, it felt moisturizing at first, but later my skin felt a bit tight. Mixing it with a drop of oil helped! The price is a bit disappointing for this size - I wouldn't have purchased it at full price. It might be more reasonable if it were a 30-40ml bottle priced in the $20 range. For those with super sensitive skin, using this product alone or mixing in a drop of facial oil works well. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020
First off, this comes in a set of 10 vials, each containing 10ml! The color has a slight reddish tint, and the finish feels amazing. Since it's a highly concentrated ampoule, the redness is slightly subdued by the next day! I don't think I have any complaints about this ampoule! I'm currently using Dr. Mind's toner, ampoule, and cushion. When you use the toner and ampoule together, it really helps control redness effectively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

So, I started trying products with tea tree oil, but soon realized that neither cica nor tea tree suited my skin. That's when I asked my older brother to give it a try instead. My brother has sensitive combination dehydrated skin. He doesn't have adult acne, but his skin tends to flare up when he's feeling warm or when he's been wearing a mask daily, like nowadays. I instructed him to use the toner to even out his skin texture, apply two more layers, and then follow up with the ampoule. Compared to using prescription treatments, his skin seemed to stabilize gradually. While prescription meds tend to work aggressively - clearing things up quickly but often leading to sudden relapses - this product felt more like it was soothing the skin. As an observer, I could definitely see the difference. The price point feels a bit high. While the ingredients and their ratios might justify it, there's still a sense that it could be more affordable. My brother mentioned that he really noticed a calming effect when he used the toner just enough to prevent skin tightness, allowed it to absorb fully, and then meticulously applied the ampoule! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I'm thrilled to share my review as one of The Hwahae Testers~!! Thanks to this product, I've seen fantastic results in blemish care~ First, let me highlight what I loved about this product: The most significant advantage, in my opinion, is how hygienically it's packaged in individual portions! Considering the product is designed for sensitive, blemish-prone skin, the fact that it comes in ten separate 10ml bottles makes it much more hygienic to use. I found that each 10ml bottle lasted just over a week~!! I applied it primarily to blemish-prone areas during my evening skincare routine, focusing mostly on my nose and cheeks~!! The texture is initially moisturizing, but it finishes with a fresh feel - not sticky at all. I really appreciated how lightweight it felt on the skin!!! When I first used it, I was surprised by the reddish tint of the ampoule, but after some research, I was relieved to learn that it's not artificial coloring, but a natural hue from the plant-based ingredients~!! Now, for the most crucial part - blemish care. I'm truly satisfied! After a week of use, my inflamed blemishes and redness had almost completely subsided. I'm so disappointed I didn't take before and after photos :( I highly recommend this for skin soothing and recovery!!! Please give it a try. The Centella Asiatica extract and Madecassoside (cica ingredients) were very effective for calming my skin. Before receiving this ampoule as a Hwahae Tester, my skin was in the worst condition of my life, but this ampoule's anti-inflammatory and immune-regulating effects were a huge help. Plus, being a pH-balanced, slightly acidic ampoule, it really helped restore my skin health~!! As a result, my skin has returned to its healthy state~ I was really feeling down every day when my skin was in such bad shape... Lastly, while everyone's experience may differ, I have sensitive, dry skin and even had atopic dermatitis when I was younger, so my skin is extremely sensitive. However, I didn't experience any sensitivity issues while using this product~!! As for downsides, I honestly haven't noticed any yet. If I do after continued use, I'll be sure to update you~!! When using the ampoule, I applied it locally, so while those areas felt moisturized, the rest of my face felt dry. To combat this, I finished with an all-over application of a moisturizing cream~!! This left my skin feeling completely hydrated throughout the day~!! - mo************Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I've been using this for about two weeks now. My skin type is combination dehydrated/oily, and I'm prone to occasional but persistent acne and blemishes. Let me share the positives with you! 1. The blemish-calming effect is truly outstanding. It's almost on par with prescription acne medication from the pharmacy. It's effective on red, inflamed acne, and if you apply it before bed, you can see the soothing results immediately when you wake up. 2. The serum comes in several small containers, making it hygienic to apply directly to your face. Let's be honest, if an acne product works on acne, that's all that matters. I've seen really great results. Now I don't have to worry when blemishes pop up! 1. There's a tendency for the applied areas to become dry. Don't apply it all over your face; instead, focus on the acne-prone areas. Those with dry skin should be especially careful. 2. The price is truly, truly wicked... If they don't lower the price, I think it'll be absolutely unaffordable for students. It might not suit everyone's skin, so for the first couple of days, apply it to a small area and gradually increase the application area. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2020Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I thought I'd need to apply it consistently for at least 3 days to notice even a slight difference. After regular use, while there wasn't a dramatic change, I noticed that my blemish-prone skin stopped developing any new pimples. Although it's marketed as effective for redness and flushing, it does seem to reduce heat in the skin, but I didn't find it particularly helpful in alleviating redness. Then again, I've only used it for 2 weeks! I was initially concerned about using a red-colored serum for reducing redness, but it seems the pigment doesn't have much impact. The scent is pleasant and subtle, so there's no aversion to using it. It spreads smoothly, absorbs quickly into the skin texture, so the overall user experience was good! When using it, perhaps due to air getting in, bubbles always come out along with the serum. It doesn't affect the usage at all, but it just feels a bit off! It's not that it's bad - once the bubbles are out, the serum comes out normally again. If I had to point out a drawback, it might be that the price could be a bit burdensome for some. While the individual packaging seems very hygienic and allows for clean usage, I think more people would be inclined to purchase if they could reduce packaging costs by offering it in a single bottle. Although the effect on reducing redness is still minimal, I haven't experienced any blemishes at all. In fact, it's been very helpful for my acne-prone skin. I'll continue using it consistently and update on any differences I notice! I initially thought each bottle was a bit small, but after using it, I don't think the amount is too little! While it applies well, I'm not using it as a mask because I feel like it would run out too quickly that way. I believe you need to apply it consistently to see results!! I'll write an update after using it for at least a month!
