Pros
This is a comprehensive review of the product. I was very satisfied with this product. I just needed to take a moderate amount of cotton pads, wipe it on, pat it gently, and apply a suitable amount of cream - that was enough. Even though it's an oil product, it wasn't sticky or uncomfortable, and had a nice, refreshing feel. It absorbed well too. I don't usually use oil products, but this changed my preconceptions. It was usable because it was moisturizing and had good ingredients! I found that absorbing it is better than using it as a toner that you wipe off.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it would be that the layers are separated..? And I'm a combination skin type in the winter and an oily skin type in the summer, so I don't think I could use it in the summer.

It rises up firmly from within. But the surface doesn't look glossy, just a nice, dewy glow. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy, and it absorbs well. The scent is not too strong, everything is just right.

As this was my first skin, I thought absorption and moisture were extremely important, and this skin was able to satisfy both. When absorbed, my skin felt stabilized without any tightness, and the oil content prevented the skin from running down my wrists when applied.
Cons
Since it contains oil, using a cotton pad to apply it was a bit difficult. However, applying it with my hands was completely comfortable.
Tip
Unlike other skins, I apply this one twice. First, I apply it the same way as other skins, and then a second time, generating heat in my hands to help it absorb better. This makes me feel like the product is properly absorbed, not just on the surface, but deep down.

At first, when I put it on my hand, it seemed like it wouldn't be absorbed, so I was a little worried. But when I patted it on my skin, it was absorbed much faster than I expected! After it's absorbed, it doesn't just fly away, but it leaves a silky, protective layer on the surface of my skin that I can actually feel!! Anyway, it has a really amazing sensation when you apply it. I usually put this product on at night before bed, and because of the protective layer, I can feel the moisturizing effect still there when I wake up in the morning. I think this is the perfect product for the winter season :) By the way, even though I have sensitive skin, this product has never caused any trouble for me.

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and have been using it from December 18, 2019 to December 31, 2019. I gently wiped my face with the toner I was using before, then squeezed about two drops of the Rice Filla Oil Toner onto my left hand and patted it onto my cheeks. I was very worried that the oil toner would feel sticky or heavy, but it just glided on smoothly and absorbed right into my skin without any residue. The moisturizing effect is definitely better than a water-based toner. But it doesn't feel sticky like a hyaluronic acid-based skin like when you layer products, so I really enjoyed using it. I would take 2-3 drops in my hand, apply it all over my face, and let it absorb, then move on to the ampoule. Even though it's an oil toner, it absorbs well and doesn't interfere with the absorption of the ampoule. And most importantly... the pesky milia... By balancing the oil and moisture from the toner, the dehydration that was causing the stubborn milia has been calmed down. Even though I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and got to use it, I was really worried the oil toner would make my milia flare up. But no need to worry at all. My super sensitive skin approves - it's gentle with no irritation at all. The application, absorption, and moisturizing are all great, and without any greasy residue. It balances the oil and moisture so well that my rough skin texture has been smoothed out. I will definitely repurchase once I finish this. If you have dry, dehydrated skin that's prone to milia in this harsh winter, and regular moisturizers aren't cutting it, I highly recommend trying the Rice Filla Oil Toner!
Cons
I haven't really found any major downsides to using it so far. Ah, the price - it's in the 30,000 won range for 150ml, which is a bit burdensome. And you have to make sure to shake it well before each use. The contents tend to separate into two layers really quickly, you see. So even when layering it, you have to remember to shake it again before dispensing, just like the first time. It's easy to forget, especially when you're in a hurry. But despite these minor inconveniences, I'm still going to repurchase it because it's been so effective for my dehydration and milia issues.
Tip
I found that it's better to take just 2-3 drops in the palm of my hand, let it absorb well, and then apply another 2-3 drops layered on top. I was worried that the oil toner would make my skin look greasy, but the absorption was really good! It's not too much, just the right amount of oiliness, if you will. And since my skin is quite sensitive, I didn't have any breakouts, which was great! Also, the fact that it doesn't have any artificial fragrance is really nice! +Adding an update after using it for almost a month. My skin has stabilized a lot, and I'm just using this and a cream - I used to use 5 products (ampoule, toner, essence, lotion, cream) and would apply a lot since I like a dewy look. (To be honest, that did make my skin look better) But after having a baby, it became too much of a hassle and I got lazy about absorbing everything, so my skin got really bad when I was just using one cream. But with this product and another cream, my skin has really stabilized a lot.
