It absorbed quickly, making it easy to use. It needs to be shaken before use.
ConsThe oil contains rice ingredients, so it may not suit sensitive people. I continued to use it and started having breakouts.

My skin used to have a lot of dead skin and uneven bumps on my forehead and around my nose, but after using this, it's really cleaned up a lot. And since it's an oil toner, it even has a moisturizing feel to it.
ConsSince it's an oil toner, when I applied a bit too much as a combination skin type, I did get a few minor blemishes.
TipThis is the best for cleansing. It pairs perfectly with a slightly textured cotton pad.

It's a shake-to-use product, and the formulation resembles somewhat low-fat milk. When used, there is definitely a moisturizing effect. These days, regular toners tend to dry out quickly, but this one stays moisturized for quite a long time. So it seems to provide a lot of hydration, to the point where I sometimes use it as a cotton pad pack in the morning. *Absorption It broke my prejudice that it would be oily, as it has quite good absorption. Using it as a 7-skin method made my T-zone too greasy, so I used it 2 times just by soaking a cotton pad and wiping, and about 3 times I just patted it lightly on my dry cheek area. This way, it absorbed quickly and left a nice, moisturized finish.
Cons*Irritation felt I'm not very sensitive to most cosmetics, but after using this product as a cotton pad pack, my cheeks started to feel hot. Small bumps also started to appear. Since it was so moisturizing, I ignored the burning sensation and kept using it, but eventually my cheeks became continuously red and flushed, so I had to stop using it and switch to a different toner. Even though it's known as a gentle product... it seems my skin just didn't agree with it. It might be because of the rice bran, which could naturally cause some peeling... but I'm not sure if that's the reason. *Oil-moisture balance While it claims to balance the oil-moisture balance, it's actually just a toner for dry skin. If you use it on the T-zone like I did... that day, your oil will just start gushing out.
TipFor skin like mine that's prone to dryness, I'd recommend layering it several times on the cheeks. Then you'll likely feel an intense moisturizing effect. It didn't work for me, but it might work well for others.

The amount seems adequate, which is nice.
ConsI used it consistently, but there wasn't a significant whitening effect, and it didn't absorb well, leaving a tacky feeling. Most importantly, I rarely get blemishes, but I developed a few after using this product. It may work differently for everyone, but it wasn't the right fit for me. Also, the packaging dispenses the product in small amounts, which was a bit inconvenient. If you're looking for a gentle toner, I'd recommend the Dokdo Toner over this product.

Product Description I have a combination skin type, with an oily T-zone and dry U-zone. This toner is meant to be shaken to mix the oil and toner before use. The moisturizing effect was amazing as soon as I applied it! It balances the skin with rice ferment, charges moisture, and forms a moisturizing film with 8 natural oil ingredients, providing a double-layered moisturizing coating, as advertised. The company's confidence in the moisturizing properties of this product is evident. 2. Usage I had been using the Ninewhys products in the order of skin, ampoule, and cream. After receiving this product through the Hwahae Trial, I used it for 10 days (and then discontinued use, which I will explain in the 'Cons' section). The application method is: after cleansing, remove as much moisture as possible, shake the toner, and gently pat it onto the skin using a cotton pad, following the direction of the skin texture. Applying too much can result in an oily feeling, so I found that 2-3 pats from the cotton pad was the right amount. I felt it was too heavy to apply a cream on top, but using it just with a mist would be insufficient, so I additionally sprayed a mist. I think it would be better to put this product in a mist bottle and use it as a toner-like mist, as it would be easier to control the amount. The immediate feeling after application was excellent in terms of moisturizing, but it didn't seem to fully address the inner dryness, as I had been using a skin that effectively addressed that concern. 3. Effectiveness The product claims to have whitening and wrinkle improvement effects, but I didn't notice the wrinkle improvement. However, I did feel a slight whitening effect, as my skin appeared a bit brighter when I cleansed in the morning after using it the previous night.
ConsIt seems like this product had many disappointing aspects for me. 1. Even though I don't have sensitive skin, after first using this product, my face became a bit red. Starting from the second day, I experienced a major breakout - 3 large pimples on my left cheek, 3 on my right cheek, and 1 next to my right eyebrow, totaling 7 big pimples, plus some smaller breakouts. I'm not sure if there was an ingredient that didn't agree with my skin, but as an obligation of being a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, I used it for 10 days until my skin became seriously problematic, and then I had to discontinue use. I tried different application methods, like using just a small amount the size of my pinky fingertip, or only using it in the evenings, but nothing worked and my skin just kept getting worse. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing this to carefully check the ingredients first. 2. The price is quite high for a toner product. Even if this had worked well for me, the cost would have made me hesitate to repurchase. 3. Controlling the amount used is crucial with this product. Applying too much leaves an overly oily feeling, to the point of needing to cleanse again. I found that just 2, or even 1, pat from the cotton pad was the right amount. You really need to be mindful of the application quantity.
TipI would recommend using this product like a toner mist, rather than applying it with a cotton pad. I think this method would make it easier to control the amount, and since it's a moisturizing product, it may help avoid the overly oily feeling if it's applied evenly across the skin rather than concentrated in one area.

At first, it was fun to use it as a shaker, as it was something new. It has an oily feel, but it doesn't feel tight or dry after applying.
ConsI've been using a cleansing toner (Dactto) as part of my usual skincare routine. I only changed the toner in my skincare routine, but then breakouts started to appear. ใ ใ It's not my ovulation period, so there were no hormonal changes, but suddenly small pimples started appearing on my nose and around my chin area. ใ ใ .. I usually have a dry skin type, so I think using a toner with more oil content was too much for my skin. I recommend this to those who have an oil-deficient skin type rather than a moisture-deficient one!!!

My skin is combination/sensitive with a lot of oil in the T-zone, and I've been feeling quite dry lately due to the changing seasons. The spray force was just right - it came out in the amount I could use when I shook and sprayed it. The holes weren't too big. The fragrance was completely unscented, which I liked since I'm sensitive to strong smells. Those who prefer unscented products will likely enjoy this. After using it, I did feel a bit of dryness after washing my face, but applying it right away helped alleviate that. However, it didn't seem to fully address the deeper dryness.
ConsBeing an oil-based product, there was a bit of an oily feeling, though not to an extreme degree. There was also a slight sense of heaviness. After using it for a few days, I started to notice some small bumpy blemishes on my right cheek, though they didn't develop into full-blown acne. After using it, my usually supple skin would suddenly feel quite parched, as if the oil had stripped away my natural moisture. Because of this, I ended up not using it regularly and only completed about 2 weeks of the trial before writing this review. If I had purchased this product, I would have been quite disappointed.

I thought it would feel heavy since it's an oil, but there was no such issue. Even my acquaintances who used it together said it was soft and moisturizing. There was no stickiness and it absorbed well. My complexion also seemed a bit brighter. Even if it's not for milia, I want to keep using it because the usage experience is good and it's soft and moisturizing.
ConsI stopped using it after 3 times. From the first use, milia appeared all over my face. I don't know what the problem is, but usually when I use whitening products, I only get a slight breakout, so I was really upset that so many milia appeared this time.
TipIt seems you need to use a small amount. When I first used a generous amount on a cotton pad, a lot of milia appeared. ใ ใ The two people who used it with me were also satisfied when using a small amount, but when they used a generous amount, milia appeared for them too. ใ

And since it's an oil toner, it feels like it wraps a layer of oil around my skin after application! That's why when I used to use other toners, my skin would feel very tight and dry after just one layer, but this toner hardly makes my skin feel tight at all!
ConsAt first I couldn't feel anything, but after using it for 3-4 days, my skin started to feel a bit stingy (it's not too severe for me, but I've had mild atopic dermatitis since I was young! So while I don't have an overly sensitive reaction, I still felt a slight... stinging sensation every time I applied it)
TipIt's best to apply the toner generously on a cotton pad and then follow up with a light lotion! For those with extremely dry skin, especially in the winter, you can also add a moisturizing cream on top of that.

Fragrance: The fragrance could be described as the scent of ceramide toners. It has a refreshing fragrance. There is no unpleasant cosmetic smell, which is good. 2. Finish: It's labeled as an oil toner, so I thought it would be greasy, but it absorbs quickly and leaves a moisturized, yet refreshing and smooth finish. Unlike other toners that can be drying, this one does not have that issue, which is great. 3. Blemishes: I usually have trouble with blemishes, but I didn't get any new ones after using this. Also, the small bumps on my forehead have diminished a bit. Skin types may vary, so take this as a reference. 4. Texture: The toner has a watery, runny texture like water. There is an oil layer on top, so be sure to shake it before use. Overall: As a sensitive, trouble-prone skin type, I was worried it might cause breakouts, but it didn't lead to any cystic acne. While it did sting a bit upon application, the small bumps on my forehead improved, and unlike other toners that left my skin feeling tight, this one kept it moisturized without any discomfort. It exceeded my expectations.๐๐
ConsSince I have trouble-prone skin, it stung a little bit when I applied it after cleansing. My dad, who has dry skin, took it from me and used it, and he also said it stung a bit after shaving.
