Pros
With a texture similar to milk, it's not too thick or sticky. The amount seems adequate, which is nice.
Cons
I used it consistently, but there wasn't a significant whitening effect, and it didn't absorb well, leaving a tacky feeling. Most importantly, I rarely get blemishes, but I developed a few after using this product. It may work differently for everyone, but it wasn't the right fit for me. Also, the packaging dispenses the product in small amounts, which was a bit inconvenient. If you're looking for a gentle toner, I'd recommend the Dokdo Toner over this product.

Pros
I used it diligently morning and evening for a full week. It doesn't seem to be for medical use, but absorption is the best. Please shake it well before use and pat it in thoroughly to absorb it. I have redness and sensitive skin, so it stung a bit, but I didn't have any breakouts.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it felt like it wasn't absorbing well and just sitting on the surface.
Tip
Please take the time to evenly absorb it.

Pros
1. A toner that lasts long and finishes refreshingly 2. Gives a brightening effect on the face (individual differences) 3. An excellent item for those with dry skin

1. Absorbs poorly and has a floating feeling 2. When sprayed on cotton, it uses up too much product, making the cotton and the amount sprayed wasteful (as you can see in the photo, it's not very visible on the cotton) 3. So when applied by hand, it has a seriously more floating feeling 4. For oily/combination skin, there is a concern of causing breakouts (individual differences)
Tip
It's so strongly floating that I tend to apply it right after showering and drying my face. I used to use pads, but these days, especially in dry weather, I always use this.

Pros
I was surprised to feel my complexion brightening after just one sheet mask. I wondered if I was the only one who noticed, so I also had my family try the sheet mask, and sure enough, their skin tones immediately became brighter as well. It seems this is definitely an effective product! And especially during the dry autumn and winter seasons, a toner with oil, rather than a very thin, lightweight one, seems like it would be very useful. I also have the Seolbi Galactomyces Ampoule 97%, and comparing the two, I definitely felt that the Haeyo Jina Rice Phila Oil Toner was more moisturizing and brightened my skin tone. While it's not in the most affordable price range, I think this would be a great product to recommend to those in their 30s and above who struggle with dryness.
Cons
I didn't find any particular downsides, but when using it as a sheet mask, I didn't notice this, but when I pumped some out to apply it as a toner, the oil toner had a milky color and texture that was a bit like milk. It reminded me of when you use milk as a face pack, and the milk doesn't get fully absorbed into the skin, leaving a whitish film on the surface. However, if you roll it around with your hands, the oil toner gets absorbed into the skin quickly, though not as instantly as some lightweight toners. But once absorbed, the moisturizing effect definitely lasts longer than those lightweight toners.
Tip
Using it as a sheet mask seems amazing! The only downside is that the volume isn't very large, so if you use it generously like a sheet mask, you'll probably finish the bottle in around 10 uses, which is a bit of a shame.
