ConsBecause of the oil, it feels like it's sitting on top of my skin rather than absorbing completely.

I appreciate that the volume seems quite generous.
ConsDespite consistent use, I didn't notice significant brightening effects. It didn't absorb well and felt like it just sat on the skin. Most importantly, while I rarely get blemishes, I developed a couple of small bumps after using this. It may work differently for others, but it wasn't the right fit for me. Also, the container design, which dispenses product in small amounts, was a bit inconvenient. If you're looking for a gentle toner, I'd recommend the Dokdo toner over this one.

While it's not meant for direct application, I found that helping it absorb is key. Make sure to shake the bottle well before use and pat it in thoroughly for the best absorption. As someone with redness-prone, super sensitive skin, I did experience a slight tingling sensation, but thankfully, no blemishes appeared.
ConsIf I had to nitpick... I often felt like the product wasn't fully absorbing and just sat on top of my skin.
TipTake your time to ensure the product is evenly absorbed into your skin.

A toner that lasts long while finishing with a fresh feel 2. Gives a brightening effect to the face (may vary) 3. An incredibly beneficial item for those with dry skin
Cons1. Doesn't absorb well and feels like it sits on top of the skin 2. When using it as an exfoliating toner with cotton pads, it soaks up too much product, wasting both the cotton and the toner (as you can see in the photo, it's barely visible on the cotton) 3. Applying it with hands makes it feel even more like it's not absorbing 4. May cause blemishes for oily or combination skin types (individual results may vary)
TipDue to how much it sits on the skin, I prefer to apply it right after showering when my skin is still damp. I used to use pads, but nowadays when it's dry, I always use this

Thinking it might be just me, I tried it on my family members using cotton pads, and sure enough, their skin tone immediately looked more radiant. This product definitely seems to deliver on its claims! It's particularly useful during the dry autumn and winter seasons. Unlike overly thin, lightweight toners, this oil-infused toner seems like it'll be incredibly beneficial. I also have the Cellbien Galactomyces 97% Ampoule, and in comparison, the Hayejin Rice Filler Oil Toner feels more hydrating and noticeably brightens the complexion. While it's not in the budget-friendly range, I'd recommend this product to those over 30 who experience significant dryness. It's worth the investment!
ConsWhile I didn't notice any major drawbacks, there's one thing to note: When using it as a regular toner applied with hands rather than as a cotton pad pack, I observed something interesting. The oil toner has a milky hue, and its texture when applied is somewhat milk-like too! It reminds me of how milk doesn't immediately absorb when used in a face pack, instead sitting on the skin's surface. However, unlike milk, if you gently massage this oil toner, it does absorb into the skin fairly quickly. That said, it doesn't instantly disappear into the skin like some lightweight toners do. The hydration it provides definitely lasts longer than lighter toners once absorbed!
TipUsing it as a cotton pad skin pack is fantastic! The only downside is the relatively small amount. If you use it generously for skin packs, you might go through the entire bottle in about 10 uses, which is a bit of a shame. Still, it's worth it!
