It seems really gentle and suitable for all skin types! When I heard it was an 'oil toner', I thought it would be really oily and sticky, but it's not like that at all. Especially, the moisture it provides seems great for the seasonal changes.

It's extremely moisturizing and just perfect for my dry skin. Even people with sensitive noses won't have any issues. It's great for achieving a dewy glow.
Cons
You have to shake it every time you use it. The amount that comes out on the cotton pad is quite small.
Tip
After using it like a sheet mask, applying an ampoule or cream and then doing your makeup results in the best dewy, skin-like finish.

🧡I'm currently using my 2nd bottle of the fall and winter toner that has become a staple in my routine🧡 However, I stop using it when my skin is sensitive!! I have a very sensitive, dry skin type. My skin is prone to breakouts, redness, and flushing. Around 2-3 PM, my skin becomes quite oily, and when I concentrate or talk a lot, my skin tends to heat up. Since I have dry skin, I've been trying to just load up on hydration. I've been searching for hydrating creams, essences, and ampoules, but I couldn't find the right moisturizing product for my skin in the fall and winter. Even light, creamy formulas felt a bit suffocating. Then I randomly discovered this product, and it has become a staple toner for me in the transitional seasons! (Now I just use my hands to pat the product into my skin instead of wiping it off) Since it's an oil toner, you need to shake it before use. It has a slightly milky appearance, but it leaves a thin, non-greasy, non-suffocating coating on the skin. That's why I find that my base makeup applies well when I use this in my skincare routine. The product provides great hydration and moisture, so I don't experience any tightness. I just add one cream on top of this toner in my skincare routine now. ✅ For reference, the Laneige Cream Skin Refiner doesn't work well for my skin. When I used it, I didn't feel like it was properly hydrating, and it had a strange, separating sensation. It also seemed to bring out more flakiness and a suffocating feeling. I tried it when it first launched a couple of years ago, so it's possible I wasn't using it correctly. But if you have a similar experience, I'd recommend trying the Hanyejin Oil Toner! Or if you're looking for something similar to the Laneige Cream Skin, this could be worth a try as well.

Pros
This is the most satisfying part of using this toner. As it is an oil toner, the moisture is quite remarkable. There were even days in the summer when I only used this product. The price is a bit high, but if you think of it as an all-in-one (skin, lotion/essence, serum), it doesn't seem that expensive. I used to wipe off my makeup and then use a serum to hydrate, but since using the Rice Ferment Oil Toner, even in the dry winter, I can just use this one and apply a cream, so it's very convenient and great. The texture applies smoothly. Just shake it once before use and gently pat it on your skin, and it spreads nicely and absorbs quickly. Hydrating products often feel sticky and take a long time to absorb, but this one doesn't have that problem, which is great. This is a lifesaver product with no bad ingredients. Normally when a product doesn't have fragrance, it has a medicinal smell, but this one doesn't have that issue despite the lack of fragrance. The rice-like scent is not at all unpleasant.

The toner has a pleasant aroma and the right moisture balance!! It may not be suitable for oily skin types! It seems to be more suitable for combination or dry skin types.
Cons
There doesn't seem to be any particular downside. The fragrance and texture were all quite decent.
Tip
It's better to use a cotton pad rather than applying it directly with your hands! Soak the cotton pad in the toner and leave it on for about 3 minutes, it works great!!

Pros
1) Moisturizing. Unlike regular water toners that dry out the skin immediately after application, this product keeps the skin moisturized. This is likely due to the oil components. 2) Non-greasy. Although this is an oil toner, it does not leave a greasy coating on the skin, nor does it make the skin excessively oily. It is a lightweight oil toner that can be used without any burden. (I have an oily T-zone and dry U-zone, but using this product does not make my T-zone overly oily.) 3) No viscosity. I prefer using cleansing toners, and viscous toners are not my preference. This product has no viscosity, so it can be used well with a cotton pad. Of course, it can also be applied directly to the skin and absorbed cleanly. 4) Packaging While it may look like a glass container, the packaging is made of lightweight plastic, which is a plus. 5) Good ingredients The ingredients are good. Since basic skincare products are used daily, I tend to pay attention to the ingredients, and this product has good ingredients, so I can use it with peace of mind.

It was usable because it was moisturizing and had good ingredients! I found that absorbing it is better than using it as a toner that you wipe off.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it would be that the layers are separated..? And I'm a combination skin type in the winter and an oily skin type in the summer, so I don't think I could use it in the summer.
