It's less runny than typical cleansing oils, which is a plus. Ingredients and Sensitivity: As someone with severe redness and tightness after cleansing, I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks to its vegan formula, plant-based ingredients, and vitamin C content, it caused no irritation and less tightness. No stinging in the eyes either. Cleansing Effectiveness: This was my first full-size cleansing balm, so I wasn't sure about the right amount to use. I found that about three swirls were enough for a thorough cleanse. While it doesn't completely remove lip products, it does an excellent job with mascara and other makeup. Scent: Despite its lemon-yellow color, it doesn't have the expected citrusy scent. This might be disappointing for some, but it also means fewer artificial fragrances. The scent could be a hit or miss for some users. Standout Features: Unlike other cleansing balms, you don't need to scoop it out, which is more hygienic. It melts with body heat faster than expected, and it rinses off so well that you don't need to double cleanse. There's minimal residue left on the skin.
ConsIt's hard to tell how much product is left (a transparent container would be nice). The price seems a bit high for the amount you get. It would be great if they offered refills so we could keep reusing the case.

Rich and nourishing. Formula: Yellow balm consistency, not too soft. Melts easily with body heat when massaged. Nice rolling sensation. Scent: Has a refreshing lemon scent, perhaps due to the 'vita' in the name. Distinct ceramide fragrance. Slight tea tree-like scent as well. Not unscented, so it might be a matter of personal preference. Unique feature: Big points for the twist-up design. Hygienic and doesn't require a separate spatula. Cleansing power: As it's a cleansing product, I must evaluate its effectiveness. By evening cleansing time, it removes most makeup well, except waterproof mascara. Effectively removes lip products too. Minimal irritation. Seems quite gentle. The 50ml twist-up format should last a long time. For reference, I have dry skin that's not prone to blemishes, minimal pores and blackheads, and resilient skin that's not sensitive to most cosmetic ingredients.
ConsTexture: Not recommended for those who prefer a squeaky-clean feel after cleansing. Price is too high. The high cost for a cleansing product seems like a significant drawback. Can't say it feels like a must-have despite the price. Also curious if the innovative packaging, which I mentioned as a key advantage, will continue to dispense product well after using more than half. Will we be able to use it all up, given its solid form? If not, it might leave some regrets about the price and value for money.
TipYou don't need to twist up much for effective cleansing. Since waterproof mascara requires a separate eye makeup remover anyway, using an eye makeup remover first and then cleansing overall with this balm works well for thorough makeup removal.

While pump types can be tricky to control and often drip, and balm-type products come with a spoon that I end up not using, this product allows for easy control of the amount and doesn't drip, which I really liked. The texture melts smoothly into an oil, and a small amount is enough to roll over the entire face. The scent was a bit off-putting at first, but as I used it, I found it wasn't too artificial and I got used to it. It's gentle, causing no eye irritation or stinging when emulsified. After emulsifying with water and rinsing, it doesn't leave a lingering slippery feeling - at some point, you can feel the oiliness being cleaned away. While I did follow up with a foam cleanser, I think this product has decent cleansing power on its own. Being a vitamin product, I expect it might help brighten the complexion with consistent use.
ConsThe downsides are that it's a bit pricey, and you can't see how much product is left. Also, it didn't completely remove my eyeliner and mascara, so I had to use a dedicated makeup remover for those.
TipInstead of using it all over my face daily, I used it on my nose and chin areas for oil control.

I loved that I could use it hygienically with the built-in grinder, without needing a spatula, eliminating worries about contamination. It has a vitamin-like scent, which isn't too strong, but might be a matter of personal preference. The cleansing effectiveness is quite good. However, it does leave a slightly rich feeling afterwards, so if you're not a fan of that, you might want to follow up with a second cleanse.
ConsSince it's a closed-type product that you use by turning the grinder, it's difficult to gauge how much is left, which is a bit disappointing. The price point of this product is also on the higher side, which is slightly unfortunate.
TipI have combination dehydrated skin, so I felt a bit of richness after cleansing. I use this for my first cleanse, followed by a cleansing milk or enzyme soap for the second cleanse. This routine helps remove dead skin cells and leaves my skin feeling smooth and satisfying.

It removes mascara and eyeliner well, though it doesn't quite tackle lip stains. The best part? No need for a second cleanse! It's so convenient! It doesn't hurt if it gets in your eyes! I was worried it might sting when removing mascara, but it's just a slight discomfort at most if it does get in. The twist-to-use cleansing balm is a first for me - it's fun and easy to use! The only downside is you can't check how much product is left. It doesn't drip down your face when you're melting it, which is a plus! I've had zero issues with blemishes or skin reactions since using this.
ConsThere's not much to complain about! The scent is a bit strong, which was overwhelming at first, but I got used to it. The only real drawback is the price... It would be perfect if it were just a tad more affordable.
TipHighly recommended!

The twist-up design makes it more sanitary, which I really appreciated. Personally, I find it even more convenient than using a spatula. 2. A scent that won't polarize opinions It's practically fragrance-free with just a hint of vitamin scent. I'd say it's unlikely to bother anyone. 3. It's clean and refreshing. I had a preconception that cleansing balms would be heavy and leave a residue, but this was surprisingly lightweight. After cleansing, instead of an unpleasant oily feeling, my skin felt comfortably moisturized, which was very satisfying. I think it'll be especially useful in winter. 4. Sleek design The clean, mint-colored container gives an impression of lightness. As someone who pays attention to design, I'm pleased with its simple yet attractive appearance.
Cons1. The application method might divide opinions. If you're used to using a spatula, this method might feel unfamiliar. Some might even find it less hygienic as it can get messy around the edges. 2. The price point might seem a bit high to some. While it's great for removing makeup, it doesn't offer many additional benefits beyond that.
TipThis cleansing balm could work well on its own for those with oily skin. The hydration it provides lasts for quite a while.

I loved how easy it was to use, sharpening it like a pencil. It's hygienic since neither a spatula nor your hands directly touch the product. I usually don't wear makeup, just mineral sunscreen, and this cleansing balm removed it effectively. After using it for a few days, I didn't experience any blemishes, and it melted gently on my skin without causing any tingling or irritation during the massage.
ConsIt's a bit more cumbersome than milk or oil cleansers that you can use right away since you need to sharpen it. Also, it's somewhat pricey, so it might be best to purchase it when it's on sale.

The texture is incredibly smooth, with a lovely yellow hue. It's so satisfying to watch as it naturally melts on the skin, effortlessly dissolving makeup. It even feels like it's giving a gentle massage. A notable feature, which could be seen as both a pro and a con, is how easily the balm melts. After cleansing, there's no tight feeling, no irritation, and my skin feels nicely hydrated. I absolutely love the pretty packaging with its convenient lid!
ConsOne downside is that the product tends to stick to the container after use. I usually wipe it with a cotton pad. It's a bit frustrating not being able to see how much product is left or how much I've used. While I'd love to repurchase when I finish this, the price point is a bit steep for me.
TipIt's best not to spend too long cleansing. If you use the right amount, you might not need a second cleanse (especially if you wear light makeup). For eye cream and lip products, it's better to use a separate remover.

Excellent cleansing effectiveness It removes even mascara thoroughly! It's more effective at removing makeup than other cleansing balms I've tried. Clean rinse With other cleansing balms, I'd feel a slippery residue even after rinsing repeatedly. This one rinses off cleanly, which I loved from the first use. Scent The fragrance can be a mix of oil, petroleum, and fresh scents. I didn't like it at first, but I got used to it, appreciating that it's free from artificial fragrances.
ConsPrice Considering repurchasing, I realized it's quite expensive. Less noticeable pore cleansing Unlike other cleansing balms where I could feel the sebum being removed, I didn't get that sensation with this one. Potential dead skin cell issue My skincare routine remained the same, only changing the cleanser, but I noticed more dead skin cells appearing. While I can't definitively blame this cleansing balm, my face started shedding noticeably after using it. This was disappointing, but everything else was great. Just take this as a note that some people might experience this...

It's a vegan product with paper packaging, which gives me a sense of pride. I love cleansing balms for their sherbet-like texture that melts gently on the skin, and this one delivers exactly that feeling. Plus, the way the product comes out when you twist the lid is truly hygienic.
ConsThe scent is a bit unique... It doesn't bother me much, but some people might dislike it. The price is... quite steep, unfortunately.
