  Pros

  This was my first time using a refillable cleansing balm, and I found it quite fascinating. I love that you can use just the amount you need, and it's hygienic too. I think this type of product packaging could become more common in the future, which would be great. I was satisfied with how well it removed lip and eye makeup, and what I liked most was how gently it cleansed without irritating my skin. Perhaps due to the vitamin ingredients, my skin felt refreshed and bright after use.

  There were two main things I was really satisfied with: 1. The container The twist-to-use design is incredibly clever and convenient. It's also very hygienic and clean! With balm-type cleansers, I always had to keep a separate spatula or risk dropping it with wet hands, which was inconvenient. But that's not an issue with this one, which is great. 2. Gentleness Usually with balm or oil cleansers, I need to follow up with a foam cleanser to avoid that coated feeling. But with this one, my skin feels fresh without needing a second cleanse. Perhaps that's why I'm not experiencing any blemishes!

  Cons

  The container is a bit large, so it's slightly inconvenient to carry around. Other than that, I have no complaints!

  I loved how convenient it was to use. It seems more hygienic and better than the balm type you scoop out. I appreciated how gently it removed makeup!

  Cons

  For those with super sensitive skin, I experienced some blemishes after use, so I had to stop using it. However, if you don't have sensitive skin, this product might work well for you. Also, as shown in the photo, it didn't completely remove long-lasting tints or eyeliners. For point makeup, I'd recommend using a separate makeup remover.

  - Being a product you shave with a grinder, it's more hygienic compared to other cleansing balms. Plus, it's unique and fun to use! - I have super sensitive skin, but this product didn't cause any redness or blemishes. - In my opinion, the texture feels lighter than the B***k cleansing balm. - The scent is quite neutral, likely to please most people. - The yellow color makes the 'vita' claim more believable. - As a swimmer, I always need to cleanse before getting in the pool. I used to carry oil, but was worried about spills. This product is convenient to carry around and use without that concern.

  I have dry to normal sensitive skin! Depending on my skin condition, I occasionally get a few small blemishes. Throughout my use, I found this product to have many advantages: 1. The packaging is unique. I thought balm-type cleansers usually came in jars, but this one has a grinder, which seems hygienic from start to finish. Though I'm not sure if it'll dispense as well when it's nearly empty. 2. Right after use, my skin looks really clear. It's not a whitening effect, so it's not long-lasting, but immediately after washing, I feel like I've cleansed thoroughly. 3. The rich texture seems to cleanse well. I used it alone after removing mascara with a lip and eye remover, and there was nothing left on my toner pad (I had worn cushion foundation, or whitening cream + cushion). 4. It doesn't seem to irritate my skin. Maybe because it's a balm, it doesn't strip away oil and moisture, leaving my skin feeling firm. 5. It seems to help manage blackheads and whiteheads. Since I started using it, I feel like the skin on my nose has improved.

  Cons

  1. Even after thinking hard, I couldn't find any downsides. ❗️November 11th update It seems to react to temperature and keeps melting. It's not just once or twice, but about one out of three times when I try to use it. It either doesn't come out when I turn it or comes out melted, making it a bit difficult to use.

  Tip

  I emulsified it almost every time I used it. Keep in mind that it can be used emulsified.

  First off, the grinder design is hygienic and makes it easy to control the amount! I've always used cleansing foams and oils, so this was my first time trying a cleansing balm. Though I fumbled a bit with the unique application method at first, the more I used it, the more I appreciated how sanitary it is! Second, it's a vegan product with outstanding performance! Usually, vegan products can be a bit disappointing in terms of effectiveness, but that's not the case with this Vegan Vita Cleansing Balm! I'm really impressed. I used to always double cleanse, but with this balm, I can finish with just one cleanse - that's how effective its cleansing power is! I'm super satisfied. Also, after using it for about a week, I noticed that the small milia around my nose had disappeared. I'm thrilled to see it's effective for removing dead skin cells!

  While I have no complaints about its performance, if I had to point out one drawback, it's that it's difficult to check how much product is left! The grinder design makes it hygienic, but unlike other cleansing balms, the container isn't transparent and can't be opened, so it's hard to gauge the remaining amount... That's a bit frustrating.
