I have been using the product for about 12 days. First of all, I have sensitive and oily skin. I usually alternate between using mild products and barrier-repairing products. First, there is no fragrance. I thought the SOS Plus Balm would be thick, but it's just like a regular lotion. What I really liked was that recently my face was itchy again, and when I scratched it, I got a wound... I just sprayed a regular toner, and it was painful, but then I remembered the Zero-id Esso-es Balm and applied it, and it didn't hurt at all and provided sufficient moisture, which was fortunate.
