Pros
Here's a review after using the product consistently for a week!! I usually have combination skin, but in the winter my skin becomes extremely dry, so I have to reapply moisturizing cream frequently. The balm-like texture is much more moisturizing than my regular moisturizer, so I initially applied the Zeroide balm all over my face instead of my usual moisturizer. However, the next day I had a pimple on my forehead, so it seems I applied it too thickly. I then started using a small amount of the Zeroide balm on top of my regular moisturizer, and the pimple went away quickly, while my skin still felt well-hydrated. (For those with sensitive skin, it's best to start with a small amount on top of your regular products and gradually increase the amount as needed.) Recently, my hands have become extremely rough, so I took before and after photos, but the before photo didn't turn out well as it was a bit dark. Using the balm alone without a base routine doesn't seem to fully penetrate, so it's best to apply toner, essence, and moisturizer first, then use the balm on top. It creates a protective, moisturizing layer. The texture is in between a cream and a balm - it's very smooth and doesn't feel sticky at all. It's fragrance-free. I've also been applying it to my son's body when his skin gets dry and itchy, and using it together with his body cream has definitely reduced the itchiness. I plan to keep using it, especially in the winter, as it's a must-have in my opinion.

Pros
Zeroide had sent me samples of soothing lotion and intensive lotion a few years ago, so I was already familiar with the brand. This time, I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, so I got to try the SOS Balm as well. The texture is thick and ointment-like, with an oily feel, so it's best to apply a thin layer on the needed areas for someone with oily skin like me. While using the product, I noticed two effects: 1. Acne soothing - I sometimes get pimples, and when I applied the product on a pimple on my chin that was red and swollen, even without touching it, it started subsiding the next day. The mark remained, but it improved in two days. I should have taken before and after photos, but unfortunately I didn't. 2. Redness improvement - Recently, my cheeks have been getting red due to the dry indoor environment and heating. I applied a thin layer in the evening, and the next day, the redness was significantly less, and I didn't feel as much heat.

The skin is normally fine with sensitivity, but the moment an incompatible cosmetic product is used, the entire skin is turned upside down. The application is smooth and lightweight, yet the moisturizing effect is as if a protective film has been formed on the face, leaving it thoroughly hydrated.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but the Zeroide cream I was prescribed before didn't have much of an effect either. This one is the same way. Even on days when I'm a little tired, I've had pimples pop up...

I had high expectations for the Zerroid skin cream, as it is a very famous brand in the dermatology field. The product is a night cream, and the volume is only 40ml, which is a very small and portable size that fits in one hand. The cream has an opaque texture, and I expected it to be thick, but it applies smoothly and softly. I usually use the Atopalm mle cream from the same company, which has a thick Greek yogurt-like texture, so I thought the Zerroid cream would be similar. However, the Zerroid cream has a soft, mousse-like texture, lighter than the Atopalm mle cream. After application, the Zerroid cream leaves a subtle glow without any greasy feeling, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. It reminds me of a less oily and thick version of the Bepanten ointment. The scent is reminiscent of raw peanuts, which some may perceive as unscented. It was not unpleasant to me during application. Even though I applied a generous amount due to the dry weather, the cream did not feel heavy or greasy, and it absorbed well with light patting. Unfortunately, the Zerroid cream did not agree with my extremely sensitive skin. After using it for just two days, my face became irritated with itchiness and inflammation.
