I have been using the product for about 12 days. First of all, I have sensitive and oily skin. I usually alternate between using mild products and barrier-repairing products. I really wanted to try the Zero-id brand as it is widely used in dermatology prescriptions and is famous for its barrier-repairing properties. I've heard a lot of good things about Zerroid, and after actually using it, I found that it applies much more moisturizing than expected compared to its formulation shape. It doesn't feel sticky and absorbs well!! 👍 It seems to be fragrance-free and gentle. : )
Cons
The amount is only 40ml, which is a bit disappointing. I'll probably use it up quickly..haha

The other night products were thick and difficult to apply, and it was burdensome to apply and make up during the day, but I liked that the texture was not thick but flowed on smoothly. I didn't feel it slipping off after I applied it and did my makeup a little later. The formula is dense and unscented, suited for nighttime use. When winter comes, my arms and legs become extremely dry and itchy in spots. I applied this primarily to those areas, and it definitely felt gentle yet protective for my irritated skin. I used it at night before bed, and in the morning, my skin felt soft and supple, with less flaking. On days when my face felt really tight, I squeezed out just a tiny dot and spread it thinly - even that small amount provided sufficient moisture, thanks to the rich formula. While I can't use it daily due to its thick, rich texture, it's great to use occasionally when my skin needs a break. I'll just apply the Hwahae after my toner and use it like a sleeping pack. I mainly used it on my knees and arms, and it really helped with the bumpy, sensitive skin. After using it overnight, the itchiness went away and my skin felt smoother. This would be great for those with sensitive skin, eczema, as well as for babies and pregnant women.

I have extremely sensitive skin, so I only look for gentle products, especially skin lotions. Even though others say something is gentle, a lot of them don't work for me. I used to use Zeroide, so I trusted it and applied for the Hwahae Trial Reviewers. First of all, the product doesn't irritate and is gentle even when applied on the affected areas.

The cream formula also looks plump and applies well, and the moisture right after application was fine. However, after a few hours, it felt dry and powdery when touched. I usually have dry skin or feel like there's powder on my face after application. When I apply a cream that feels soft and fluffy when touched, my skin ends up getting upset. I think it might be because it clogs my pores or the oil-water balance is off. I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but when I went back to using my usual product, my skin started to calm down a bit. I've always loved the Zeroids brand, but this cream feels like it's sealing in all the previous base layers I've applied, so it's perfect as a final barrier cream in my skincare routine. There's no irritation at all, and it feels like a thick, comfortable blanket enveloping my skin's surface - I love it. It's a rich cream, but surprisingly not overly oily or heavy, just pleasantly dense and comforting. As I've been using it, I've felt my skin's barrier gradually strengthening, and I'm completely satisfied with it!
Cons
I didn't notice any major drawbacks! While the actual size feels quite small when you receive it, since it's in an ointment-type form, it seems like you'd be able to use it for quite a long time.
