Less oily, it applies evenly all over the face without pilling. Absorption: Being a balm, it doesn't absorb as quickly as a water-based moisturizer. However, it sinks in within a minute, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Hydration: As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found it provided just the right amount of moisture. However, I did experience some blemishes on my forehead where I have more active oil glands. It's important to adjust the amount based on your skin's needs. Scent: It's fragrance-free. You can only detect the natural scent of the ingredients, which makes me feel like they've truly focused on skincare effectiveness.
ConsWhile it's a well-known product, the price-to-quantity ratio is quite disappointing.
TipFor areas with more active oil glands, it's best to apply only a small amount or use it as a spot treatment for better results!

In winter evenings, I usually layer an emulsion and barrier cream with an intensive cream, but this product was really satisfying as it provided great hydration and soothing effects with just a small amount. Being an intensive balm, it's a bit rich, but not to the point of being greasy - it's perfect for winter night care! As the weather is starting to warm up, I wish I had used it earlier to enjoy its benefits throughout the winter. I've tried La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm, Bioderma PP Balm, and Bioderma Cicabio Pommade Cream, but personally, I like the Bioderma PP Balm and Zeroid Intensive Balm the best! The texture is just right, and it spreads easily, making it a joy to apply.
ConsSince it's a moisturizing product, I don't think I'll be able to use it when it gets warmer. It's great for layering over an emulsion or moisturizer in winter. While it's good, it's a bit pricey for the amount you get, so I'm on the fence about repurchasing.

It also provides good hydration. Application: The texture is just right - not too thick or runny. I'm not a fan of sticky formulas, but this one absorbs well into the skin. Scent: I appreciated that it doesn't have an irritating fragrance. It's close to being unscented.
ConsSince it worked so well for my skin, I don't have any particular complaints.
TipI found it worked best when used as a final step after basic moisturizing with toner and emulsion.

First off, I have sensitive, oily skin. I usually alternate between gentle products and those that focus on barrier care. I was grateful for the opportunity to try Zeroid, a brand famous for barrier care and often prescribed by dermatologists, thanks to being selected as a Hwahae Tester. Pros: • It's gentle - As someone with super sensitive skin, I could use it comfortably without any adjustment period. • Light texture despite high hydration - I tried it during the transitional season between winter and spring, and the hydration was undeniably good. Plus, it absorbs well, making it really convenient to use. • Improves skin barrier - I've tried other creams known for barrier improvement, and both worked well for me. This one seems particularly suitable for winter and seasonal changes.
ConsFor oily skin like mine, it caused some minor blemishes. A tip would be to apply a smaller amount.

When applied, you can feel a bit of richness, but as you pat it in, it seems to coat the skin, creating a glow and leaving it incredibly hydrated. After absorption, there's a slight stickiness when touched, which seems to indicate its strong moisturizing effect. Scent: It's nearly fragrance-free. There's a very faint scent that seems to come from the cosmetic ingredients rather than added perfume. Unless you put it right up to your nose, you'll hardly notice any scent at all. Recommended Skin Types: This cream is perfect for combination dehydrated skin and dry skin types. It's ideal for those with an imbalanced oil and moisture levels, as it provides definite hydration while seeming to strengthen the skin. Even with my super sensitive skin, I experienced no itching or tingling - my skin felt comfortable and moisturized.
ConsApart from the small size, I found absolutely nothing to complain about.

I could even apply makeup a while after using it without any pilling issues. My skin has been dry and super sensitive lately, with even my usual gentle skincare sometimes causing a tingling sensation. However, Zeroid, being a brand favored by those with sensitive skin, didn't cause any irritation at all. Personally, I'm not a fan of scented skincare products, so I was pleased to find this one is fragrance-free!
ConsDespite my skin being extremely dry with a lot of dead skin cells due to winter, I didn't see any dramatic effects even with daily use. Also, the size of the product is a bit small, which is a downside. It felt more like a large sample size - I even doubted whether I had received the full-size product!

Highly recommended for blemish-prone, sensitive skin with redness! - I was stressed when blemishes appeared, possibly from using the wrong skincare. But after applying this product in the morning and once more during the day, I was pleased to see the redness noticeably subsiding. It doesn't feel greasy at all, and it's like it creates a plump hydration barrier. It's great to apply as the final step in your skincare routine. 2. Recommended for combination dehydrated and dry skin - The texture seems perfect for combination dehydrated or dry skin. For oily skin, I'd only recommend it during dry winters. It goes on white at first, but quickly melts with your skin's heat and absorbs completely. 3. Excellent as a soothing cream after laser treatments - After laser treatments, my skin is sensitive and can sting or become redder if I use the wrong products. This one is truly non-irritating, making it great as a soothing or regenerating cream post-laser.
Cons1. The amount is too small - please release a larger size - While it's called a balm, it's not thick but more like a rich moisturizer. The small amount means it feels like it's used up quickly, which is disappointing.
Tip1. If you're wearing makeup, the texture can cause pilling if you apply too much. I recommend applying a thin layer or using a thicker layer only at night. 2. When your skin suddenly feels irritated or becomes red, applying a thick layer definitely gives a soothing sensation.

In winter, my arms and legs get extremely dry and itchy in patches, so I applied it mainly to these areas. I could definitely feel it soothing and protecting my irritated skin while being gentle. Rather than during the day, I applied it before bed, and when I woke up in the morning, my skin felt soft and had less dead skin cells! On days when my face felt extremely tight, I squeezed out a tiny amount, about the size of a dot, and applied it thinly. Even with this small amount, the rich texture provided sufficient hydration. It's truly a thick, rich balm, so I couldn't use it daily, but it's great to apply like a sleeping cream over just toner when your skin needs a break! I mainly applied it to my knees and arms, and it was great for calming sensitive, chicken skin-like bumps. After sleeping with this on, my skin definitely became softer and the itching disappeared! This would be perfect for those with super sensitive skin who can't use just anything, people with atopic dermatitis, and even babies or pregnant women.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, maybe the small quantity could be seen as a downside. To be honest, I haven't really found anything significantly disappointing about it yet. If I had to mention something, perhaps the quantity and price?? It's not extremely expensive, but somehow... there's just a slight feeling of... something lacking in terms of the price point.
TipFor combination dehydrated or oily skin (face), I recommend using just toner and emulsion, or toner, essence, and ampoule, then applying a tiny dot of the balm spread thinly! For those with sensitive body skin, I also recommend using it on your body!

You might think it's a thick cream, but it's a formula that absorbs without any stickiness. Perfect for oily skin with its non-sticky texture Ideal to use when your face feels dry after blow-drying Lately, with the dry weather, my face has been feeling itchy and sore after blow-drying. It used to be a daily routine to reapply cream after drying my hair, but finishing with this cream has been so convenient as it locks in moisture!
ConsWhile it absorbs well, it does have some moisturizing power, so I had to adjust the amount depending on my skin condition. Other than that, I didn't find any particular drawbacks with this product.
TipAdjust the amount based on your skin condition Recommended for use before blow-drying, in winter (for oily skin), and year-round except summer (for dry skin)

As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect cream, I'm impressed by how well it absorbs, its texture, and its effectiveness. It's become a go-to product, and I'll likely repurchase when I run out! Layering it twice in the evening leaves my skin feeling incredibly comfortable the next day! It's also great for reducing redness and inflammation. This cream seems perfect for combination dehydrated, oily, and super sensitive skin types!
ConsThe only slight drawback was that it felt a bit drying... However, blending it with a touch of jojoba oil easily addressed this issue, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
TipFor best results, apply a layer all over your face, then gently pat an extra thin layer on particularly sensitive areas.
