I've been using this cleanser since middle school or high school - it's been years! I buy it most frequently on Coupang and stock up whenever the price drops. The green tea version is okay, but I prefer the tea tree one. It doesn't have any extraordinary benefits, but it also doesn't have any major drawbacks. The cleansing effectiveness and price are better than other cleansers on the market, making it a no-frills, clean, and versatile option. There's no reason not to use it. My sisters and I all use this exclusively. We always seem to buy the 3-pack set on Coupang! One thing I've noticed from consistently buying on Coupang for years is that the price keeps creeping up. Still, it's much cheaper than other cleansers available in stores, so I keep buying it. It doesn't cause blemishes on my skin, cleanses thoroughly, and suits me well overall. I've been repurchasing this for years, it's that good. I've tried other brands, but this one is unbeatable in terms of value for money. It doesn't clog pores, and even with my sensitive skin, I don't get any blemishes. It's fantastic! To be honest, while it might struggle with stubborn eye makeup like mascara, it effectively removes most other products including foundation, eyeliner, and eyebrow makeup. It's simply excellent, I can't praise it enough! There wasn't anything bad. Everything worked well for me. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I've been using only cleansing water for a few years now. I've tried various types before, but I decided to give this one a shot when I saw it on Coupang with a buy-one-get-one-free deal and good reviews. It's gentle and doesn't cause any irritation. What's more, when I use it with Siccoroto cotton pads, it seems even less irritating. I wish the packaging design was a bit more simple... The current design looks like it's meant for teenagers.

However, it struggled with Etude House mascara, which didn't come off even with vigorous rubbing. Tested with Clio mascara too, which I usually wear without issues, and it removed well. I use a separate cleansing oil or cream for my mascara as a second step. Being a water-based product, it seems less effective than oil or cream cleansers, but overall it's a decent performer. ✔️ Cooling effect/Irritation: As someone with sensitive skin, it removed makeup from both eyes and face without irritation. The cooling effect is outstanding. My face tends to heat up easily, but this product gives a refreshing sensation that noticeably reduces facial heat. <Repurchase Intention/Overall Rating> ✔️ Will repurchase. It's one of the few products I use consistently. I have combination-dry skin and rarely wear heavy makeup, usually just sunscreen and brightening moisturizer as a base, with a touch of eyebrow and shadow for a nearly bare-faced daily look. Since I don't wear heavy makeup and cleansing oils always cause blemishes for me, I do a two-step cleanse with cleansing water or wipes first, then a foam cleanser. This product offers great value for money in terms of both performance and feel. At first, I tried using separate eye makeup removers, but this product alone gently and effectively removes everything, so now I use it for my entire face, starting with the eyes. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without any deep dryness, and has a gentle, hydrating feel... I don't think there's anything better at this price point. There's not much to complain about. The main downside is that The Saem doesn't have many offline stores anymore, so it's less accessible. Ordering online means paying for shipping, which is a bit of a drawback. It removes makeup thoroughly. You don't even need a separate eye makeup remover! It can cause an allergic reaction. Not recommended for those with super sensitive skin. It's convenient to use with a foam net for easy lathering.

As someone who finds removing makeup the most annoying task... that's me... I barely manage to dab some on my face for important meetings or weddings. Without this, I probably wouldn't even bother with makeup at all. It's gentle on the skin and removes makeup effectively, so I always make sure to have it on hand. There's nothing I dislike about it! It's great at removing most makeup effectively without causing any irritation! The scent might be hit or miss for some people. However, it's just a typical tea tree fragrance that most of you are probably familiar with.
