Hydration: Great moisture and absorbs well. You can layer it without feeling heavy, and it gives a beautiful glow. Ingredients: I bought it after checking the ingredients, and they're indeed good. Brightening: It provides a subtle brightening effect, not too intense, with a natural luminous finish. It's a natural brightening product that's perfect for dry skin. It has good hydration and absorption, no white cast, and absorbs well. With its mineral filters and great ingredients, I'm satisfied with using it. Those with oily skin might find it a bit greasy. Recommended for dry skin types. You need to apply multiple layers for better brightening and sun protection. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2022
I have dry and sensitive skin, and I'm on my second day of using this product after seeing it recommended on YouTube. I've been using various brands without settling on one, so I was intrigued by Dr. Alga and decided to give it a try. Usually, when a product doesn't suit me, I get itchy and develop blemishes the next day, but I haven't experienced any of that yet. It's only been two days, so I'll need to use it more to get a detailed impression. The content has a pink-beige color, providing a brightening effect, which is perfect for these mask-wearing times. When I want to wear makeup but don't want to go for a full face, this gives me just enough of a complexion boost. I hope this becomes my go-to product. The thick and dense texture doesn't absorb very well. (Update) I initially thought the dense texture wouldn't absorb well, but I was surprised by how nicely it applies! For my dry skin, applying it with a damp sponge makes it feel more hydrating. I especially like that it doesn't leave residue on my hands. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 26, 2022
Not drying at all Even though I have dry, sensitive skin and apply it thickly for over 8 hours, it doesn't dry out my skin or cause any blemishes. My skin definitely feels comfortable. Peachy brightening It gives a subtle peachy glow that's perfect for a no-foundation look. Just applying this alone makes your skin look beautiful. Smooth texture It has a rich feel without being heavy or pilling. It absorbs well. Excessive shine It's so shiny that if you apply it thickly down to your neck, the glow becomes excessive. It's almost comically over-the-top. Incompatible with masks When wearing a mask, it transfers and gets messy. It seems best to avoid using this during times when you need to wear a mask. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2022
It absorbs well and helps even out skin tone. I'm not sure what else to say to reach the 20-character minimum, but those are the main benefits I noticed. I'm not sure if it's the coconut oil or stearic acid, but whenever I use this product alone, I always break out. Even when my skin is fine with foundation, this cream causes blemishes to appear. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 2, 2021
The best part is that it naturally evens skin tone without needing foundation It might feel a bit heavy for those with sensitive or dry skin. While it's not extremely irritating, people who usually prefer lightweight, fluid formulas might find it less appealing - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 5, 2021
I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive and prone to deep dryness. I decided to trust Dr. Alga and give it a try, and I'm quite satisfied with this product! First off, the ingredients are great and it's gentle enough for my blemish-prone skin without causing any irritation. The texture is a bit thick when applying, but it absorbs well and isn't too sticky. Plus, it's a mineral sunscreen that doesn't sting my eyes, which is fantastic. The brightening effect is subtle - just a slight correction? What I really appreciate is that it doesn't pill or leave a white cast, making it even better. It's light enough to wear alone on bare skin without feeling heavy, and it also works great as a makeup base without causing my makeup to slide around. The only downside for me was that it felt a bit drying after a while. I think I'll need to layer it over a solid skincare routine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 26, 2021
After extensive research, I chose this non-nano mineral sunscreen with gentle, skin-friendly ingredients that both adults and children can use. It's especially great for kids since it's easily washable, solving the cleansing issue. The tinted formula seems to offer a slight brightening effect on the complexion. The short shelf life is a downside. It may cause deep dryness for those with dry skin. There's a slight white cast. Apply eye cream all over your face, then spritz with a facial mist. Use a sponge or brush to blend it in evenly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinApr 8, 2021
Among mineral sunscreens, Dr. Alga's product seems to be the best. While their premium line is more popular due to better ingredients, I'm thoroughly satisfied with the 100 sunscreen. It brightens my complexion, has great ingredients, and works wonderfully! The container looks big, but it contains less product than you'd expect, so it runs out quickly. Endless repurchasing ahead! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2021
This product is best suited for winter use only. Unfortunately, due to the coconut oil content, using it in spring can make it feel like summer, clogging pores. Here's why I like it: Ingredients: It contains sun protection with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, plus beneficial oils. The ingredients are gentle, and iron oxides provide a natural brightening effect. If only it didn't have coconut oil, it would be even better! Rating: 4/5 stars Texture: It feels like applying a rich cream and gives a very natural brightening effect. Rating: 5/5 stars Formulation: As the name suggests, it has a true cream consistency. Rating: 4/5 stars In winter, the water and powder base can separate slightly (I understand this is unavoidable due to the gentle ingredients). The coconut oil content makes it tricky for acne-prone skin. Sometimes it's fine, but other times it can cause significant breakouts in summer. I only use it occasionally on very dry winter days. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2020
Organic, keeps skin hydrated, brightens complexion, and mineral-based sunscreen - what's not to love? It's hard to find any flaws, but if I had to nitpick... maybe the price? Remember to shake well before use
