First of all, the texture is a silky sorbet-like texture! The cleansing balm I've used so far was only Banila Co, but this one feels a bit softer. I was worried that since it contains charcoal, it might feel gritty or leave residue on the skin after rinsing, but there was absolutely no issue with that.😆 It melts so smoothly, dissolves well, and emulsifies incredibly fast! It turns into a watery texture as soon as it touches water..!
