Please note that I've only used it twice, so I can't provide a detailed review yet. Packaging: I found it convenient that the spatula can be attached to the lid. Amount: It's 100ml, and since I don't use cleansing balm daily, it should last a very long time. Even with consistent use, it might last over 6 months. Texture: It's solid like butter, but melts to an almost liquid consistency with the heat from your hands. It doesn't have a sherbet-like feel. Application: While it looks a bit like camouflage cream when applied due to its black color, it cleanses well. It also manages facial sebum to some extent. As my face has become drier transitioning from summer to fall, making sebum more noticeable, this product seems suitable for management. I'll need to use it more to determine if it effectively removes whiteheads. Blemishes: The ingredient information mentioned that coconut oil might cause acne for oily skin types, but I used it anyway since it's a cleansing product. I didn't experience any blemishes on my face.
ConsIt seems less effective at managing sebum and removing whiteheads compared to my previous product. However, it's difficult to draw a definitive conclusion as I haven't used it many times.
TipAs this product emphasizes moisturizing after cleansing and contains oil, it doesn't leave a squeaky-clean feeling. If you're concerned about residue, you might want to follow up with a cleansing foam. For best results, apply to dry skin and then emulsify with water for effective cleansing.

The Heida cleansing balm cleanses just as gently and effectively as B***. What I loved most was the innovative lid design with a spatula holder - such a brilliant idea! The sleek packaging is also a big plus. It doesn't sting at all if it gets in your eyes and works well for sensitive skin. True to its 'moisturizing' name, there's minimal deep dryness after cleansing.
ConsWhile charcoal is said to be good for absorbing excess oil, I'm not so sure about its effectiveness on whiteheads and blackheads...
TipMake sure to emulsify thoroughly!
