My skin doesn't agree with oils at all... They cause blemishes in the strangest way.

These days I'm using a cleansing balm, which is like a happy medium between cleansing water and oil.
It's incredibly hydrating and when you apply it to your face, it melts with your body heat.
It's perfect for dissolving with warm water!

I've gone through about 4 tubs of Heida! It does run out quickly since my family uses it too.
If you're using it alone, it should last about two months.
The scent is really lovely, but it's charcoal-colored so it looks a bit funny when you apply it~~

I've found that using a modeling mask after cleansing with this product works wonders.

One thing I wish was different: it would have been nice to have an extra cap when you open the lid. The balm scoop is attached to the lid, and I'm a bit worried it might accidentally fall into the balm.

I was extremely satisfied with the texture that melts into a gentle oil upon contact with skin temperature. It was perfect for dissolving makeup without irritation. Even waterproof makeup came off cleanly, and my skin didn't feel tight or have any residue after cleansing.

When I dispensed an appropriate amount onto my hands and lathered it up, it created a rich, dense foam that felt like it was thoroughly cleansing my skin.

The application feels like a mud mask, but after use, my skin becomes super smooth, like after a facial! Overall, it's gentle and I'm satisfied.

Apply evenly to a dry face, focusing on areas with pore concerns or blackheads, gently massaging in circular motions with your fingers. After emulsifying with a bit of water, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water for a clean finish!

Here's my review after using the Heeda product for two weeks, which was effective not only for thorough cleansing but also for sebum control.

1. Application
Initially, I was surprised by its dark color, but contrary to my expectations, it had a sorbet-like texture that was smooth and not at all stiff. After rolling it a few times with my fingers, it melted seamlessly, making the application and overall feel quite pleasant. The included spatula made it incredibly convenient to use hygienically.

2. Cleansing Effectiveness
I used it by massaging for about 2-3 minutes, then emulsifying with water before rinsing thoroughly. The emulsification was remarkably quick, and it removed makeup so effectively that it felt like a double cleanse without needing any additional cleansing products. Moreover, perhaps due to the charcoal ingredient excellent for pore care, it seemed to clear out hidden sebum from various spots just from this one use.

3. Skin Feel
Usually, effective cleansers tend to leave the skin feeling tight, but surprisingly, the Heeda product left my skin feeling fresh after use. True to its name, it left my skin feeling moisturized. Being composed of only vegan ingredients without animal-derived materials, the product feels genuinely gentle and reassuring.

I noticed some excess oil on my nose in the evening, but after thoroughly massaging this in, it disappeared! Using it daily or every other day could really help manage oily skin (though it won't eliminate it completely, of course).

I don't use a separate eye makeup remover, and this cleansing oil removes makeup more easily than others I've tried. Even when I rub it close to my eyes, there's no stinging or discomfort.

Usually, after double cleansing with an alkaline foam cleanser, my skin surface feels dry. But with this, there's no dryness at all.

It's exactly as described in the product details. I'm really impressed!

If you're not used to it, it can be a bit tricky to control the amount and it might get stuck between your fingers, which felt a bit inconvenient at first. I suppose it'll get easier with practice. Other than that, I didn't have any particular complaints.

I have oily/combination, sensitive, blemish-prone skin and usually use oil-based products, but this was my first time trying a balm cleanser.
