  Pros

  I was worried it might feel gritty or irritating because of the charcoal, but it's not harsh at all and feels surprisingly gentle. It seems to refine my skin texture somewhat and removes makeup effectively, which I really like!

  Cons

  The sebum control is a bit underwhelming. Its effectiveness in removing blackheads is rather minimal.

  Pros

  I was amazed at how incredibly gentle the texture is! I was genuinely surprised when I started rolling it on my face. It's so pleasant to use without any irritation! The cleansing effectiveness is great - it removes face makeup well. For point makeup, as per the instructions, if you dampen it slightly with water and emulsify it, it removes eyeliner effectively! Waterproof mascara leaves a bit behind, though. Above all, after finishing cleansing, I usually feel an immediate tightness and stretching sensation, but with this product, my skin feels soft and hydrated with no skin tightness at all! I've avoided other cleansing balms because they can cause blemishes if not used correctly, but this one rinses off well with water and doesn't cause any blemishes. I think even those with super sensitive skin would be able to use it well.

  Cons

  I didn't see significant effects for pore management... It feels like it only partially removes sebum. No matter how diligently I rolled it, even after steaming, there wasn't a noticeable sebum removal. Still, I'll keep using it consistently!

  Tip

  Removing makeup after steaming or right after exercise when pores are open can help somewhat with sebum removal.

  Pros

  I absolutely love that they've included a spoon inside the lid of the case. It's so convenient to use! I wish other creams had this design too. The texture is incredibly smooth, like a cream, which makes it absorb well. I was worried it might irritate my bare skin, but it was surprisingly gentle - even better than I expected. There's hardly any scent, and after cleansing, it leaves my skin feeling hydrated without any deep dryness.

  Cons

  I haven't seen much effect on removing blackheads, but that might be because I haven't been using it for very long.

  Pros

  I used it for 6 out of 8 days. On two days, I only used sunscreen, so I didn't need the cleansing balm. The texture was surprisingly silky, and even a small amount was effective for cleansing. Without using a separate eye or lip makeup remover, I first melted my face makeup with the charcoal cleanser, then rolled it around. It removed everything well. I had some blemishes on the bridge of my nose, but they cleared up without leaving any marks. I think it would be good for people with dry skin too, as it's richer than expected.

  Cons

  The spatula that attaches to the lid is round-shaped instead of having a concave spoon shape. You have to attach it backwards for it to stay in place. Otherwise, mine kept falling off. It wasn't as effective as I'd hoped for removing dead skin cells and sebum around the nose area.
