  Here's my review after using the Heeda product for two weeks, which was effective not only for thorough cleansing but also for sebum control. 1. Application Initially, I was surprised by its dark color, but contrary to my expectations, it had a sorbet-like texture that was smooth and not at all stiff. After rolling it a few times with my fingers, it melted seamlessly, making the application and overall feel quite pleasant. The included spatula made it incredibly convenient to use hygienically. 2. Cleansing Effectiveness I used it by massaging for about 2-3 minutes, then emulsifying with water before rinsing thoroughly. The emulsification was remarkably quick, and it removed makeup so effectively that it felt like a double cleanse without needing any additional cleansing products. Moreover, perhaps due to the charcoal ingredient excellent for pore care, it seemed to clear out hidden sebum from various spots just from this one use. 3. Skin Feel Usually, effective cleansers tend to leave the skin feeling tight, but surprisingly, the Heeda product left my skin feeling fresh after use. True to its name, it left my skin feeling moisturized. Being composed of only vegan ingredients without animal-derived materials, the product feels genuinely gentle and reassuring.

  ■ Packaging: When you open the top lid, there's a plastic cover for sealing. Don't just try to remove it! You need to twist the lid to fully remove it. I thought I couldn't open it because I was weak, but then I realized it's actually much more hygienic. Another thing to be careful about is that when opening and closing, you might feel it automatically closing depending on the angle. I felt a lot of pain initially because my finger got caught! Be careful! I liked that there's a hygienic spot to store the spatula on the lid. ■ Application: When I first applied it to my face, I wondered if this texture would melt quickly. You don't need to worry about that at all - it melts well with body heat, just like sorbet. You can spread it all over your face with just a small amount. ■ Cleansing: It seems excellent at removing makeup! However, since I wear eye makeup that requires some pressure to remove, I experienced some eye stinging. I thought I had washed it off properly, but the area around my eyes stung, and I wondered how to use a product meant for removing makeup when it stings so much. You need to rinse really, really well. But I didn't think that would be good for the skin. ■ Scent: It has a floral scent! I think even those sensitive to fragrances could use this well.

  ■ Not recommended for: After using the product, my skin felt moisturized without any tightness. I thought this kind of product might be better for those with dry skin rather than oily skin.

  ■ Pro tip: You can use it by applying it directly onto your makeup and letting it melt with your body heat. You need to wash it off for longer than you might think. And if you happen to be washing your face in a white sink, I'd like to warn you! The product is black, so when it emulsifies, it turns gray and drips, which wasn't exactly a pleasant experience. I recommend rinsing it off while showering!

  The best thing is how moisturized my skin feels without any residue after use - it's absolutely fantastic! I've always used cleansing oils and thought 'cleansing oil + double cleanse' was the best for my skin. I never considered alternatives like cleansing balms or emulsions! So I tried this without much expectation, but wow! It was amazing! The product is solid but comes with a built-in spatula, making it hygienic and easy to use! When you first use it, you rub the black oil balm on your face. I was worried it might clog my pores or stain, but after rinsing, it washes off completely clean! I thoroughly massaged it all over my face, then added a bit of water and repeated the rolling motion. During emulsification, it turns grayish - I continued rolling in this state, then added more water, rolled again, and finally rinsed it all off before double cleansing. With multiple rounds of rolling and double cleansing, I didn't feel any residue. Despite being a deep cleanse, there was no tightness! I'm so satisfied with how it cleanses thoroughly without drying out my skin.

  Cons

  There's nothing bad to say! I'm just really satisfied with the product overall! I think it would be great for travel too!

  Tip

  Emulsify multiple times! I repeated the process of 'adding a little water and rolling' several times, followed by double cleansing. This not only removed all makeup residue but also seemed to effectively clear away sebum and dead skin cells, which I absolutely loved!

  As soon as I received the product, I could tell they put a lot of thought into the packaging! It has a slightly cool scent, but it's almost fragrance-free. The spatula included allows you to use the product without contamination. It removes makeup well and emulsifies quickly. Usually my face feels tight after double cleansing, but this leaves my skin feeling hydrated and non-irritated, which I love!

  After seeing only white cleansing creams, using a black cream for cleansing feels both unfamiliar and unique. *Skin type: Dry. Upon opening the case, you can tell they've paid attention to even the smallest details. From the spatula for scooping the cream to a separate space for storing it - it's all there. I love how hygienic it is to use. When applied to the skin, it melts with body heat after a few seconds, making it easy to gently massage. It wasn't irritating or stinging around the eyes at all, and it emulsified well, leaving no makeup residue for a thorough cleanse. After rinsing with lukewarm water, my skin didn't feel dry or tight. There was a slight herbal scent, but it's so subtle you might not even notice it if you're not paying attention.
