The 19th shade / Summer Mute / It's a dry atopic skin with a lot of flushing. It feels like the tone is definitely getting brighter. The purple-based base helps to neutralize the yellow and red tones, so you don't really need to use foundation, and the concealer can cover the areas that need to be covered! I even tried using it as a tone-up before makeup, and there was no stuffy feeling when I put foundation on top. Rather, as the product description says, it has a 'silky priming texture', so it has some unevenness and pore coverage, so the makeup looks clean. It also seems to match the neck color well.
