The Hwahae tone-up sun cream I used to use was discontinued, and I've been looking for a replacement. But Espoir has made a perfect alternative!! It has good spreadability and adhesion, and most importantly, the tone-up effect is amazing, so I just wear this without applying foundation!! I highly recommend the tone-up sunscreen & physical sunscreen to those who want it! I'm a sunscreen enthusiast with over 10 opened sunscreens, and as new sunscreen products have been released, I've been eyeing them. This time, I decided to purchase the Espoir sunscreen for the first time. Last year, I used the Dr.G Lavender Color sunscreen well, but I was curious about the Espoir one as it seems to brighten the skin tone significantly. Although it's a lavender color, it has a hint of blue, which is interesting as it neutralizes the yellow and red tones. The brightening effect is noticeable, making skin up to 2 shades lighter for those with #21 skin tone. During this dry season, I only use the physical sunscreen when I'm not wearing makeup, and my skin looks so fair! I think I can even use it as a base when it gets hotter.
Cons
Regardless, since it is a non-comedogenic product, it may feel a bit drying, but when I used it alone without makeup, I didn't really feel the dryness much! For those with darker skin tones of 23 or below, the difference in tone from the face to the neck will be more noticeable, so I'd recommend starting from shade 21.

At first, I applied the same amount as when I usually apply tone-up cream, but I was flustered because it became too white. However, when I applied only a small amount, it was fine. And it is completely purple, so it has a grayish tint.
