The ingredients are good, and it can even be used on damp skin, which is a plus. I'm not sure if it actually removes dead skin cells. I couldn't really notice any difference. - yu*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJul 19, 2024
When my skin was in good condition, it somewhat helped with texture, but even then the effects weren't particularly impressive. When I used it during times of high stress and sensitivity, my skin completely flared up. Maybe using it twice a week was too much, given its minimal effects... I'd recommend those with super sensitive skin to avoid this product. Even though I patch tested it on my body, it still caused a reaction on my face. - fn*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2024
I liked that it didn't feel like a fake peeling sensation, but rather a gentler exfoliation that seemed less irritating to the skin Compared to before, it felt like it removed fewer dead skin cells, which was a bit disappointing - ye******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 16, 2024
The Detclear Peeling Jelly is a reliable go-to for gentle exfoliation. Its hydrating formula helps prevent the dryness that can sometimes occur after removing dead skin cells. Plus, it's so mild and non-irritating that you can use it without any worries. I'm not entirely sure if it's effectively removing dead skin cells. When I used it on my chin during a breakout, it didn't seem to properly exfoliate the area. It was a bit disappointing. - dl*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 12, 2023
This is the most effective exfoliating gel I've ever used. It's incredibly efficient at removing dead skin cells. Compared to other products with the same volume, it's on the pricier side. However, the performance is still top-notch. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2023
Among exfoliating gels, this one's the most comfortable and I love that it doesn't have any beads! I really dislike products with plastic-like particles as they make me anxious. It's gentle and provides just the right amount of hydration. I love how it smoothly removes dead skin cells and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh when I massage it in during my shower. Given that it's an exfoliating gel, those with sensitive skin might want to use it only occasionally. I noticed that using it too frequently can lead to some blemishes. - tk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 21, 2022
It's great at removing dead skin cells without any irritation. I'm really pleased with it! The gel is thinner than I expected, which makes it a bit inconvenient as it tends to drip. - bu*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 2, 2022
After trying it once, I could feel my skin texture improving. As of now, I'm considering repurchasing it. The usage instructions aren't detailed enough. I'm unsure how many times per week I should use it or how long I should massage it in for. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2022
It's great at removing dead skin cells. You can use it daily, even on damp skin, which is perfect for me since I wash my hair first in the shower. With consistent use, your face really develops a nice glow. If you use it daily, it's less of an issue, but when used occasionally, it can sometimes cling to facial hair and be a bit difficult to rinse off completely. - le*********Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 23, 2022
It's incredibly gentle on the skin, and you can really feel it sloughing off dead skin cells. After use, your skin has a noticeable glow. The price is a bit high for the amount you get. The biggest drawback is that it tends to clump up with facial hair, forming little balls on your face.
