Unlike the typical thick texture of sunscreens, this feels more like applying a regular emulsion or moisturizer. It glides on smoothly and leaves your skin feeling hydrated without any stickiness or heaviness. Compared to many matte and white-cast-heavy sunscreens, this one applies comfortably. It has a transparent and clean application. It's as moisturizing as a hydrating cream, so you can protect your skin from the sun and keep it hydrated in one go. While matte sunscreens often require special removers or vigorous rubbing to wash off, it's amazing that this one rinses off with just water. Even with gentle cleansing, it removes completely without leaving any residue. Due to its extremely lightweight texture, you need to be careful to prevent it from running. Its minimalist design makes it easy to carry, so you can take it with you when you go out and reapply frequently. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2021
- No white cast! - The watery texture makes it easy to apply smoothly! - When applied to my 19-month-old baby, it didn't cause any skin blemishes! - The product comes in a generous amount! - There's a lingering sticky feeling... I thought it would go away over time, but it doesn't. - It doesn't absorb immediately upon application, so you need to pat it in quite a bit. - Although it claims to be water-removable, I feel like I should still use a cleanser on the kids after application. - I'm not entirely sure if it actually rinses off with water alone. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2021
❤️Review after 10 days of use on combination sensitive skin❤️ *Texture* It's a sun milk type with a thin consistency, but once applied, it adheres well and feels firm. However, it's comfortable on the skin without feeling heavy. *Scent* There's a very faint fragrance that quickly disappears. It's great that you can't smell the sunscreen even when wearing a mask. *White cast* There is a white cast. It provides a nice brightening effect that lasts. Just make sure to pat it in thoroughly after application to avoid patchy areas. *Hydration level* Unlike some mineral sunscreens that can leave your face feeling tight and matte, this product is moisturizing and doesn't cause any deep dryness. It's perfect - not greasy at all. *Overall impression* My elementary school-aged daughters and I are enjoying this product. The ingredients are gentle, and it's easy to wash off with water, making cleansing simple. Highly recommended for families looking for a mild mineral sunscreen for everyone to use. Pat it in quickly as soon as you apply it to your skin. It adheres rapidly, so if you don't blend it well, you might end up with patchy white cast. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2021
The biggest advantage is that it's a washable sunscreen that can be removed with just water. I usually use other brands, and I often had to argue with my child about using cleansing tissues after washing. Now, I can let my child wash their face independently, which is convenient. As someone with oily skin, I found it to be very hydrating, absorbs well, and feels refreshing. Scent: Fragrance-free Texture: Thin emulsion type White cast: Slight Stickiness: Initially sticky after application, becomes powdery over time Moisturizing power: Mild There's a bit of stickiness initially. When applying, there's a slight white cast, but it looks natural and I actually like it. After applying the sunscreen, allow it to absorb fully before applying makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2021
Although it's meant for my child, I, in my 40s, tried it first. It's a convenient tube type, and being a milk formula, it spreads easily. It's simple to apply by squeezing out a bit and smoothing it on. The absorption is quite fast. The finish doesn't feel sticky, but you can sense its moisturizing effect that protects the skin, leaving a soft feel. It would be great for summer hydration. Being a non-nano product, there is some white cast. When I applied a suitable amount, it appeared quite white on my adult skin tone. So, I focused on applying it to the center of my face. This actually gave a highlighting effect, making my skin look radiant and smooth - definitely a plus! People say my skin looks good. For children, the whiteness shouldn't be an issue since their skin is fair. The washable feature is incredibly convenient. It rinses off like milk when it touches water. If you rinse with water only, there's a slight rich feel left, but it washes off cleanly with soap. Since it washes off with water, it might come off a bit easily with sweat. But being a milk-type washable formula, it's good for frequent reapplication. For sun protection, it's probably best to reapply every 3-4 hours. It's lightweight, skin-safe, with good absorption and finish, convenient, moisturizing, and gives a glow to the skin. I would repurchase. It's great for kids' sun protection, except for water activities. No more worrying about sun protection for a while! Due to the white cast, when adults use it, adjust the amount and focus on applying it to the center of the face like a highlighter! If you apply it to highlight areas, you'll get compliments on your face looking good with a subtle glow! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 15, 2021
The texture is slightly thin and moisturizing, as expected from a sun milk. I trust it because of its good ingredients. The scent is subtle, so it's not off-putting. There's no eye irritation or skin tingling, which is great. While there's some white cast, it's manageable if you spread it well. Being washable, it's convenient as it comes off easily with a simple bath or face wash. I used to use Botanical Therapy's sun pact type, but that ran out quickly due to its smaller size. This one definitely has more product, so I think it'll last me through summer. I've been using Botanical Therapy products since my child was young, and I trust them because we've never experienced any blemishes. The scent is subtle, which is slightly disappointing as my child prefers sweeter fragrances, but the quality ingredients make up for it. It's a bit pricey for the amount you get, which is unfortunate. It's best to apply plenty of skincare products first, then the sun milk, and carry it with you to reapply throughout the day. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 15, 2021
As someone with sensitive skin prone to redness, I can't just use any new cosmetic product carelessly. I always look for gentle and soothing options, typically sticking to products like Physiogel or Zeroid - the kind that's safe enough for babies. I've been using this sunscreen provided to me for over a week now, and I'm pleased to report no adverse reactions. There's no burning sensation, and my skin feels comfortable. It contains magnolia bark extract, which is said to calm irritated skin. I highly recommend this for those with sensitive skin. While I'll need to use it longer to be certain, overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. Given that I have extremely dry skin, if I don't establish a solid skincare base, I might experience a slight feeling of dryness. For those like me with very dry skin, I suggest pressing a bit of facial oil onto your skin after your final skincare step before applying this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinApr 15, 2021
This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. The biggest advantage of this product seems to be that it can be washed off with water, as the name suggests. Until now, when applying sunscreen to my baby and then washing it off, it was inconvenient to use a facial cleanser, so I used to wipe it off with baby cleansing wipes. But with this, I liked that it washes off well just with water. When applying, it spreads easily without being sticky and finishes with a fresh feel. It's also fragrance-free, so I didn't have to worry about the ingredients. I also appreciated that it's a mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide. There don't seem to be any downsides yet. If any come up later, I'll update my review. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 15, 2021
It's crucial to apply sunscreen frequently, regardless of its SPF, and I loved how light this one is, making it easy to reapply anywhere! The Hwahae Testers will appreciate that it can be easily removed with just a first cleanse - what a treat! Other sunscreens require oil cleansing followed by second and third cleansings, so having one that's easy to wash off is incredibly convenient. It applies moisturizing and absorbs well, leaving your skin feeling soft without any stickiness, even hours later! The essence-like texture allows for wide coverage with just a small amount, preventing any heavy feeling. Above all, it's so gentle - I'm thrilled! Even sunscreens claiming to be gentle would make my eyes sting and tear up, but this product caused absolutely no irritation! That's why I'm even more impressed with it! I was a bit disappointed by the slight white cast. However, it did have the effect of making my complexion look brighter. If you apply it carefully in small amounts to limited areas, it absorbs well and reduces the white cast! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 14, 2021
As a mineral sunscreen, it's perfect for daily light application. Even my 34-month-old baby applies it without fuss. Best of all, it washes off easily with water, which is great for kids! With cleansing waters, I always worry about residue and my child gets irritated with extra washing, but this just rinses off in the shower - so convenient! I was initially concerned about the white cast, but after reading up, I learned that nano-sized particles eliminate white cast but might not be good for children. I'm relieved this is non-nano. The fragrance-free formula is another plus. Parents will recognize the scent - it's similar to Bepanthen. The long shelf life is also appreciated! Personally, I found it slightly sticky and it takes a bit of time to spread evenly. However, considering its safe ingredients for children, I'm very satisfied overall - you won't find a better sunscreen for kids! While the SPF isn't the highest, it's perfect for daily use.
