It's a bit shiny at first, but the shine fades over time, so it's fine. It gives a natural and beautiful brightening effect to your complexion. Even with double cleansing, it doesn't wash off 100% completely. As a high school student, I apply sunscreen at 7 AM and cleanse between 8-10 PM, so some skin irritation is inevitable. However, I sometimes feel a tingling sensation during the day, and when I get home, I notice blemishes have appeared. After wearing it for a long time, excess oil does come through. When first applied, there's a slight shine, but in winter, you can go out without powder as the oil absorbs over time. In summer, you definitely need to set it with powder! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 3, 2025
It evens out the skin tone decently, without being too light or too dark The right side is before use, the left is after. My skin erupted with tiny bumps... And this is even after a week of home care to calm it down. I originally only had acne scars, but now I've got a minefield of bumps. The coverage isn't as good as I expected either. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 20, 2025
As a foundation-free product, it does a great job of evening out my skin tone. While the coverage isn't perfect, it's sufficient enough to make me satisfied. Unfortunately, it tends to transfer onto my mask and causes blemishes to appear. I thought it might be an adjustment period, so I persevered and kept using it, but it's just causing a breakout of tiny bumps. Since it's a slightly matte product, I recommend applying it by gently patting with a puff. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 10, 2025
The coverage is so good that people around me can't even tell I'm just wearing sunscreen! Plus, there's absolutely no darkening effect! I noticed a few blemishes appear on the day I applied it, but it was only one or two small pimples. I plan to use it for about a week more and if it doesn't suit my skin, I'll switch to something else. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 3, 2025
I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin with large pores in the T-zone and cheeks. After seeing so many recommendations for this foundation-free sunscreen, I was impressed and have settled on it. It's like a BB cream - you might wonder about the coverage, but once you apply it all over, your skin looks radiant. Just try it once, and you'll find yourself naturally going foundation-free! I wish they could improve the ingredients a bit... Sometimes I get unexpected blemishes, which is troublesome. It doesn't work well with gel creams - it pills off. I think applying it with a puff works best. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 1, 2025
It applies smoothly and looks natural when used right after a moisturizer After using it for a while, I noticed it might be causing blemishes. It seems like areas where I didn't remove it thoroughly are more prone to breakouts. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2025
I've been using this for about six months on a friend's recommendation, and it truly lives up to its promise of giving you that porcelain-like complexion. It's great because it combines foundation and sunscreen, saving you from the hassle of layering products over your sunscreen. As a student, I appreciate that I don't have to apply multiple layers that could suffocate my skin. This one product creates a complete base, which is relatively simple. The shade is perfect for the average Korean skin tone - not too light or dark. Even if you think your skin is darker than others, it works well if applied thoroughly. My friend who recommended this came back from studying abroad with a much darker complexion, but it still evened out her skin tone beautifully. Since it has foundation properties, it also works great as a base for color makeup. There's a reason I stopped using this sunscreen. While part of it was because I didn't go out much during winter break preparing for my second year of high school, the main reason was that I developed quite a few blemishes on my cheeks after using it. I inherited good skin from my parents and rarely had breakouts except during specific times (e.g., ovulation). However, after using this sunscreen, I experienced more blemishes than usual. These weren't just temporary blemishes, but the kind that could leave scars. I've always been cautious about makeup because I know someone who had severe acne from wearing makeup just a few times for graduation photos and had to undergo dermatological treatments. That's why I always stuck to whitening sunscreens and avoided cushion foundations. I thought this product was primarily a sunscreen, but it seems it still caused blemishes as it's partly a cosmetic product. Those with sensitive skin should be careful when using this. A note for those with dry skin! Try applying this sunscreen while your toner, essence, and moisturizer are still slightly damp. This method can help reduce dryness a bit. I also remember it adhering better to the skin this way. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 12, 2025
It really beautifies and naturally evens out the complexion, making the skin texture look even better I used this for just two days, and my skin completely freaked out. So, if you're someone who knows their skin is super sensitive compared to others, please think twice before choosing this - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 2, 2025
Usually, cushions or foundations tend to look patchy on my skin, but this one doesn't cake at all and gives a beautiful, natural finish. Strangely, whenever I apply this, I get a lot of tiny, millet-like blemishes on my forehead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 31, 2024
It applies smoothly without pilling, which I really appreciate. The color and coverage aren't too intense, giving a natural look that I'm quite satisfied with. Unfortunately, it caused blemishes, especially around my chin area. I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction, but those with sensitive skin should be cautious - it might be due to the rosemary oil. For winter use, it's quite matte, so those with combination dehydrated skin or oily skin should ensure a good skincare routine before applying.
