Even with double cleansing, it doesn't wash off 100% completely. As a high school student, I apply sunscreen at 7 AM and cleanse between 8-10 PM, so some skin irritation is inevitable. However, I sometimes feel a tingling sensation during the day, and when I get home, I notice blemishes have appeared. After wearing it for a long time, excess oil does come through. When first applied, there's a slight shine, but in winter, you can go out without powder as the oil absorbs over time.
