Pros
The convenient packaging of the spatula made a great first impression. It seemed very hygienic to use! The cleansing balm melted well, even compared to other brands, with a smooth, slippery feel. I won a Hwahae event and decided to try it out. I have combination skin in my mid-30s. If I use skincare products incorrectly or something, I tend to get breakouts and my skin gets sensitive. I first removed my makeup after work, and the application was incredibly smooth. The cleansing was also effective, and it has an extra lid, so the container is separated, which is great because water doesn't get in. The scent is just a typical skincare product smell. After rolling it for about 5 minutes, a white, oily substance came out. After washing my face, I looked in the mirror and it looked good. The amount is a bit disappointing, but the texture is like a soft wax, a very smooth wax-like feel. Pros
The makeup was well removed, and this is the best oil/balm cleanser I've used so far in terms of sebum removal! I can't see the sebum just by looking, but when I press on the nose area, it becomes visible. Even though I've been diligently rolling with the oil and balm cleansers, the effect has been minimal. This one is the most effective among the ones I've tried so far (Hanskin yellow, Banila Co. cleansing balm).
Cons
First of all, the volume is small, so I think I'll use it up quickly. Considering the cost-effectiveness, it's quite disappointing. And I think a second cleansing is necessary! I usually do a second cleansing no matter what I use, but the finish doesn't feel refreshing, so you'll need to do a second cleansing. And looking at it now, the ingredients are a bit concerning. First, it removes makeup thoroughly, just as it says 'deep cleansing'. I usually wipe off my makeup with a cleansing water first, then wash my face and wipe it with a toner, thinking it might irritate my skin. But when I switched the first cleansing step to a cleansing balm, there was no irritation and my makeup was removed well!! I was worried that the cleansing balm might be too oily, but the Bifesta cleansing balm rinses off refreshingly with water!! When I cleanse by wiping, mascara tends to pull out my eyelashes one by one, but this doesn't make my eyelashes fall out at all when I rub it with my hands, and most importantly, it deeply cleanses the mascara color as well, which I really liked!

Although I don't usually wear heavy makeup, as someone who uses cushion foundation, sunscreen, and eyeliner, I found this product to be extremely effective in cleansing. Especially with its balm-like texture, it melts smoothly onto the skin as I roll it on, leaving a wonderfully soft feel. As I have dry skin, the lack of tightness after cleansing is very important to me, and I'm delighted to say this left my skin feeling thoroughly moisturized and supple. When using it, it didn't get wet and I applied it like a lotion, then washed it off with water, so it felt unfamiliar at first. But the formula melted softly and absorbed in, so it felt pleasant. After washing it off with water, there was still a sense of a film, so it felt moisturized without dryness! I usually just apply sunscreen, so I checked the cleansing power and it removed everything cleanly. So I'm satisfied with the cleansing power as well! The scent is unexpectedly strong, so there may be likes and dislikes, but I didn't mind it. It gives a sense of being cared for. The recommended skin type is likely better suited for dry skin rather than oily skin. But I think it will work well for those who usually use oil products. The part I was most satisfied with was the improvement of blackheads and the uneven texture on the T-zone area. Personally, it seems effective for the bumpy texture on my T-zone and blackheads!!! It was amazing how it melted smoothly as soon as I applied it to my face. I didn't do a second cleanse, but if you dislike the slippery feeling, you'll likely need to do a second cleanse.
