I'm extremely satisfied with it. While I don't use mascara or eyeliner, it removes all other makeup exceptionally well, apart from the long-lasting tints. What I truly love is how it effectively dissolves and extracts sebum. As you massage it in, you can feel the sebum bumps on your T-zone under your fingertips - it's so satisfying! It even smooths out the whiteheads under the chin with a good massage. However, you need to use enough product to really get those sebum-extracting benefits. I'd recommend using at least the amount shown in my attached photo. Also, you need to massage it in gently for about 5 minutes to really get those sebum plugs out. Because of the rubbing, I don't do this every day to avoid irritation, but space it out. After one thorough cleansing session followed by regular daily cleansing, you'll notice sebum and whiteheads take longer to form! The scent is an aromatic herb fragrance, very similar to Earth Mama's Organic Balm. It's quite strong, but being an aromatherapy scent, it's not unpleasant or nauseating. The texture is softer than other cleansing balms, so it melts very smoothly on the skin. I recently snagged this for under $6 on Coupang, which made it an incredible value for money. Unfortunately, it's not available at that price anymore. I should have stocked up!
ConsWhen using a larger amount, even with thorough emulsification, it does leave quite a bit of oil residue. For combination dehydrated skin, a second cleanse is a must. I always follow up with a mild acidic soap to remove the oily film left behind. Also, it doesn't do much for long-standing, deeply embedded blackheads. While it does smooth out the bumpy texture when you touch your nose, it doesn't extract stubborn blackheads like it does with sebum in the T-zone. If you're buying this specifically for blackhead removal, you might be disappointed. One design flaw is the spatula that's supposed to attach to the lid - it falls off constantly. It's better to just flip the whole container upside down and twist it open instead of using the lid.

It seems to remove makeup effectively (though I can't speak for mascara as I don't use it). The scent reminds me of something that would repel mosquitoes. It gently dissolves makeup, and when I feel some texture around my nose area, I make sure to massage it thoroughly. This helps reduce the appearance of blackheads.
ConsWhen removing makeup, I felt the product was a bit too rich in texture. It causes a tingling sensation. Initially, my entire face reacted, but now I only get blemishes in certain areas. As a result, I'm diligently applying skincare products with cica ingredients. The spatula tends to detach easily.

It's so gentle you can use it without any worries! The scent is quite subtle, almost fragrance-free, so it's unlikely to cause any discomfort. While I haven't tested it on heavy makeup, it does an excellent job removing my everyday look. It works hard to cleanse effectively without irritation!
ConsGiven its rich texture, using it too frequently might potentially lead to blemishes for some skin types. It's something to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin or are prone to breakouts.

Although I've never tried a cleansing balm before, I was pleasantly surprised! It removed makeup better than I expected, so I didn't need to use another product afterward - that was the best part for me. The scent is quite strong, which might be polarizing, but I personally liked it. However, if you're sensitive to fragrances, you might want to skip this one. The included spatula was a nice touch, making application more hygienic and convenient.
ConsThe packaging seems a bit cheap - the lid doesn't close properly, and the spatula keeps falling off, which is a bit annoying. I wish the spatula would stay in place better. Also, as someone with strawberry nose, I didn't see much effect on my blackheads. It didn't do much for my blemishes either! I had high hopes for this, so I'm disappointed enough to deduct a point. Lastly, the product leaves a slightly oily residue, so it might not be enough to end your cleansing routine with just this. I'd recommend following up with a foam cleanser.
TipI recommend using the Bifesta Cleansing Balm as your first cleanse, followed by a foam cleanser for your second cleanse. This will help remove any residual oiliness. Due to its rich texture, this product might be more suitable for those with dry skin rather than oily skin.

Unlike other cleansing balms where it's often difficult to store the spatula, Bifesta's design conveniently fits it into the lid. As someone who typically wears light makeup, I found the cleansing effectiveness satisfactory. It's not stiff and melts easily with body heat, making it comfortable to massage onto the skin.
ConsI prefer a squeaky clean feel after cleansing without any residue, but this balm leaves an oily sensation as it melts - perhaps due to added oils. I wouldn't recommend it for those who dislike residual feelings. It might not be an issue for those who double cleanse. The ingredients don't seem particularly high-quality. While I didn't experience any blemishes and wasn't too concerned, I'd advise those with super sensitive skin to check the ingredients before use.
TipMake sure to follow up with hydration after cleansing, and it would be beneficial to add nourishing skincare products to your routine.

I was surprised at how well it removed makeup during cleansing, and even more impressed by its subtle fragrance. It effectively removes face makeup, heavy eye makeup, and even lip color! The compact design makes it convenient to carry, and the spatula attached to the lid ensures hygienic and easy application.
ConsIt has a slightly oily texture, which makes it quite slippery during cleansing, so you need to be thorough when washing it off. While it claims to improve blackheads and sebum, I'm not sure about the results yet and will need to use it longer to see.
Tip‼️Here's how I use it‼️ Apply the balm all over your face in a massaging motion. Focus on areas where sebum tends to accumulate (like the nose area) with extra massage. Finally, wet your hands slightly and massage your face again as if you're creating a lather before rinsing off. This is the method I recommend!

My skin tends to get red easily and is a bit sensitive, but the scent wasn't overpowering or unpleasant, and there was no irritation, which I absolutely loved!
ConsIt was a bit richer than I expected, and there was a slight slippery residue even after rinsing with water, which was a little disappointing. However, since I usually do a double cleanse, it wasn't a big inconvenience! That said, it didn't seem to remove mascara or heavy makeup as effectively as a cleansing oil.
TipBefore cleansing, wash your hands with warm water and gently roll the product - it melts beautifully! Since it melts smoothly without any granules, you can give yourself a massage while rolling for a two-in-one benefit!

This makes it particularly suitable for those with dry skin. It contains natural charcoal powder that helps remove excess sebum. I usually do a double cleanse, and this product worked great as my first step cleanser.
ConsRather than leaving the skin squeaky clean, it leaves a slightly oily finish. While it was good for the first cleanse, I wouldn't recommend it for the second cleanse. It would be even better if it had a more skin-friendly ingredient list.
TipThis product is excellent for use as a first-step cleanser. It's great for gently massaging away makeup. I'd recommend it more for those with dry skin rather than oily skin types.

(I've been using the Banila Co cleansing balm before.) Cleansing effectiveness/Texture: - It seems to remove even heavy makeup well, so the cleansing power is excellent! However, the cleansing balm type itself seems to have a lot of oil, which leaves my skin feeling a bit greasy after washing. It's like there's still some residue...? Ingredients: - I have super sensitive skin, and while it didn't cause any tingling, I did get some small blemishes... It should be fine for most people to use, but those with sensitive skin might want to be cautious. Pores: - It doesn't seem to have any particular effect on blackheads, cleaning pores, or dissolving sebum. It's just for removing makeup, so don't expect any additional benefits. Summary: - Good cleansing power, but leaves an oily feeling after washing, so it doesn't feel clean and refreshing. Not recommended for sensitive skin. No effect on dissolving sebum. Might be good for those with dry skin who just want to remove makeup without any extra effects (not recommended for oily skin).
ConsIt leaves a very oily feeling, and as someone with sensitive skin, I developed small blemishes...

However, the Bifesta Smooth Cleansing Balm [Deep Clear] removes makeup more thoroughly than other products I've tried. I was particularly impressed with how well it removed eyeliner and lipstick - better than I expected! The included spatula makes it convenient to use. Since it's designed to care for impurities and sebum, I noticed it seemed to reduce my blackheads a bit.
ConsThe downside is that it's a bit pricey. Also, it feels quite slippery - perhaps a bit too rich in oils? This aspect was somewhat disappointing. Because of this, I recommend washing your face multiple times when using it.
TipWhy cosmetics come off easily: When the makeup remover comes into contact with water, its ingredients form micelles that encapsulate the makeup and emollients. This is why the product easily slides off the skin.
