It was creamier than I expected and melted well into my skin, making it easy to apply. 🌷Fragrance The cleansing fragrance was not overpowering and easy to use. Even without any fragrance, it would have been fine too, but the mild scent was pleasant. 🌷Usage Using a spoon to scoop it out was not as inconvenient as I thought. The balm texture was well-maintained, and I was able to use it all up without any waste, which was better than a squeeze type. 🌷Cleansing Effect When I melted the balm and rolled it on my skin, it became nicely emulsified and removed everything thoroughly. The finish was not drying at all. 🌷Skin Type I have oily skin and occasional breakouts. The balm texture felt a bit more greasy on my skin compared to oils, but it didn't cause any issues. In fact, my pores seemed a bit smaller after using it.
ConsThe balm type requires scooping out a spoonful each time, so it's not easy to control the amount, and I felt like I would use it up quickly. I prefer a more powdery finish, so when I used this product alone, the slightly slippery feeling made me want to follow up with a cleansing foam to get a more satisfying clean. The finish might be a matter of personal preference. The oily texture might be too much for those with oily skin types. It would likely suit dry skin types better. While the ingredients are a bit disappointing, I will continue using it since it didn't cause any skin issues for me.
TipEmulsifying it further with warm water and rolling it on the skin can be helpful.

Cons🍁 I like a clean, residue-free feeling after cleansing, but the cleansing balm seems to become oily as it melts. I would not recommend it to those who dislike residue. However, it may be fine for those who do a second cleanse. 🍁 The ingredients don't seem to be the best. I didn't have any trouble with breakouts, and I didn't mind it much, but I would recommend that those with sensitive skin check the ingredients before using.
Tip🥞 After cleansing, be sure to moisturize and add nourishing basic products for best results.

After cleansing, a moisturized feeling remains. So it seems suitable for those with dry skin. It is said to contain natural charcoal powder that removes sebum. I usually do a double cleanse, and I found this product worked well for the first cleanse.
ConsThe finish left my skin feeling a bit greasy rather than squeaky clean. While it worked well for the first cleanse, I was a bit disappointed using it for the second cleanse as well. The formula could be improved to be even gentler.
TipThis is a good product for the first cleanse. It removes makeup well with a gentle massaging motion. I would recommend this more for those with dry skin rather than oily skin types.

For reference, I have sensitive and dry skin! 1) When massaging it directly, little granules come out! 2) For eyeliner, I use Clio mascara or a combination of Etude and Peripera. Even so, it wipes off easily and is gentle on the eyes, not causing any discomfort when it gets in. 3) It has a herbal(?) scent that personally makes me feel mentally relaxed! 4) After washing, I didn't feel any tightness! 5) Despite having enlarged pores and small blemishes, and using primer and concealer, it still cleansed my pores well! 6) The spoon(?) -like thing is attached to the lid, which is hygienic.
Cons1) Since I have sensitive and dry skin, the cleansing process was a bit unfamiliar, as it didn't make that squeaky clean sound when washing with the balm at night. 2) The spoon(?) -like thing tends to come out after using it for a while. 3) I personally liked the scent, but I think people's preferences may vary! 4) When removing eyeliner and mascara, even after wiping my eyes and using eye drops, the hazy vision didn't go away quickly.
TipIf you have issues like small blemishes or folliculitis, massaging this balm can help bring them to the surface. And most importantly, after using the balm, you can cleanse your skin well with a regular cleansing foam without needing a deep cleansing one.
