Why? Because: - It would make my face so white that my neck looked like it belonged to someone else - It was so greasy that I felt like I could fry an egg on my face - It felt so heavy that my face gained a kilo They say not wearing sunscreen accelerates skin aging, but you need to find one you actually like, right? Luckily, I won the chance to try this product for two weeks, and let me tell you, this non-nano mineral sunscreen doesn't have any of the three major sunscreen drawbacks I mentioned above. As someone with combination dehydrated skin who loves that 'moist inside, fresh outside' feel, this sunscreen left my skin feeling wonderfully fresh and powdery, without any deep dryness. Just perfect! The texture is light and non-greasy, so when I apply makeup over it, there's no breakdown or caking. In fact, my makeup seems to apply even better than on days when I don't wear sunscreen. The large size should last about three months, which is great. I've always disliked stick sunscreens because they collect dust, but this squeeze tube format is much more hygienic. Also, since there's no white cast, it would be great for men or children to use too! After finishing this, I'm 200% sure I'll be repurchasing!
ConsThe only downside is that the staying power seems slightly lacking. On days when I only wear sunscreen without foundation, my complexion looks a bit dull in the afternoon.

It applies smoothly without any white cast, stiffness, or stickiness, feeling more like a moisturizer than a sunscreen. I typically use sunscreen before makeup rather than on its own, and when I apply base makeup over this product, my skin looks as if I'm having a great skin day - the makeup adheres well and creates a beautiful, dewy glow (even with matte foundation!). I love how it helps create a moisturized makeup look, concealing dead skin cells and giving a flawless skin finish. Sometimes I mix sunscreen, makeup base, and foundation for a lighter application, as I dislike the heavy feeling of layering sunscreen, primer, makeup base, and foundation. Even in this case, it provides the same moisturizing feel as mixing with emulsion or moisturizer, which I found satisfying. I recently found a suncare product I really liked and was planning to stick with it, but after using this sunscreen, I've changed my mind. There are so many excellent sunscreens out there... Due to its hydrating properties, I'd recommend this to those with dry or combination dehydrated skin.
ConsI applied for The Hwahae Testers because I liked that it was a low-irritation product that passed skin irritation tests. However, I was surprised by how much it stung when I first applied it. While it doesn't cause skin issues like redness or hives, it had a burning sensation similar to applying emulsion on broken skin. Fortunately, the stinging doesn't last the entire time the sunscreen is on - it disappears after a while.
TipIt's a bit disappointing that I can't fully experience and accurately evaluate its UV protection effectiveness since it's not the season with strong sunlight.
